Hello, before I put the AI on, when I was recording and pinning my video, I couldn't find the participants' videos and that's what I wanted. Since the introduction of AI, when someone speaks, their video is also recorded and is in my recording. Is it possible to disable this option to have only my video (from the host) and the voice only from the participants? 

Hello,We are trying to keep anonymous users, and callers from joining our webinars without having to register for the webinar.  We have about 2000+ people that attend an all-hands webinar.  In these webinars that we host, we have attendees that show as "anonymous" and sometimes there is inappropriate chat and Q&A from these anonymous users/callers.  These webinars are strictly for our employees and was wondering if there is a way that only their domain email could join the webinar.  Also possibly keep our users from forwarding the email so that other users cannot simply click the link and join the webinar.  We use SSO for Zoom.  We use the Zoom Workplace software installed on our computer's version 6.3.11 (60501).  Thank you!

When the meeting starts and participants turn on their cameras, Zoom freezes. Everything freezes and nothing works for a few seconds. After that, the images of all participants (including me) are automatically pixelated. This means the quality of your camera images decreases.Furthermore, Zoom crashes again every time I increase or decrease the number of videos (participant cameras to be displayed), i.e., when I select "Show video thumbnail or grid" during screen sharing to display the remaining participants.The interesting thing is that I asked the participants if they were experiencing the same issue I described above, and they told me they weren't, and everything was working fine for them.I verified that it wasn't a problem with my internet connection, as my partner uses Teams every morning (I have meetings in the afternoon). There are usually several meetings per day, and the number of participants is usually between 15 and 40. She had no issues.P

I can not "see" the background behind me. I just get this grey box. I can use other backgrounds but would prefer to show my actual environment. I have reinstalled app and am using the latest version (6.4.6). Using MacAir (13", M3, 2024), OS Sequoia 15.3.2. Thanks!

I have an 18 month old Pro account, which was provisioned in US although I set it up in UK and I am billed in GBP (might  be significant).I have just tried to set up a meeting that allows access by telephone for Audio only, but I can no longer find a UK access number in zoom. I have found an old telephone number on the internet but when I try and use it asks for my meeting ID and password then tells me that telephone access is not allowed for this meeting. It worked OK  last time I set up a meeting with telephone access a couple of months ago So how do I allow audio only participants by telephone in the UK? 

I am trying to share a folder and a document in Zoom docs.  I have tried via the Workplace and also via Zoom web access.   For the document sharing in Zoom docs:I am able to share the document with some external users but not all.  The oddest thing is that I can share with one user from an external org, but not a second user from that same org.  There does not appear to be a doc sharing security setting at the document level. e.g. name1(at) domain.name works for sharing, BUT name2(at) domain.name cannot be shared too (why would this be the case with the same external domain?) For the folder sharing in Zoom docs:I am unable to share with external users (e.g. name2 (at) domain.name) even though my Security setting allows for sharing with external users. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?  Any recommendations for what my tenant

We are receiving an error when trying to connect to a client meeting - "An unknown error occurred"Error Code: 100006301Seems to happen on both the desktop app, and webpage connection. we are able to connect via a cellphone with no issues, but this is not ideal Cant seem to find any details on Error Code: 100006301 online.

Recently, I have been facing an issue with my audio during a meeting with my mentor. He cannot hear me, but the audio input of my microphone during the meeting is fine. I can see the input level increase when I speak. What I've done so far is: 1) Checked if I selected the correct microphone channel. 2) Tried my pc, headset inputs and the issue still persists.3) I've used also my iphone microphone and did not work. 4) I've joined the meeting from my iphone only instead desktop that I usually do and still not working. 5) Checked his settings also and they were ok! * Bear in mind that I have a connected audio interface (Focusrite) but it worked fine in the past! I cannot identify what is causing this issue! Please help!  

Once again, my recurrent meetings (basically all of my meetings!) have disappeared from the latest update. I can still find them on the desktop version so I know they still exist. Anyone know where I can find them on the Windows Zoom app? Many thanks, Joe

I have a Zoom Pro account and wanted to take advantage of the free trial Zoom Phone offer I recently got via email to see if this service is for me. I am a one-person consultancy, and need a single DIRECT phone line that doesn’t require a caller entering an extension to reach me. I can’t find  anything in your support articles that tells me how to do this. It seems your phone service is totally designed for companies requiring multiple lines with extension numbers to reach anyone. If there’s no way to do what I need (i.e. get my Zoom number to ring directly, without needing an extension), then this service obviously isn’t for me and I’ll need to discontinue the phone as part of my Zoom account. Please advise.

So we have a Zoom Workplace Pro account with Large Meeting Add-On (1000 participants), and we're paid up. BUT now under profile it says only 100 participants/40 minutes. Last week, we did a meeting and it capped us at 100, when 500+ were trying to get on. There is some glitch here. Can't figure it out and cannot get to anyone to help figure this out.

Hi all, looking for some assistance here. I'm on 6.1.10 (38818) for Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93).Whenever I enter a meeting there's a banner in my system menu that says "Turn on Reactions". The X to close the banner does not work. I've updated to the latest version, uninstalled and reinstalled from a fresh download, and disabled zoom notifications in my system menu. I recently got a new laptop and somehow I can't seem to hear music on zoom meetings anymore. This has happened more than once now when everybody else is hearing the music, so the problem is not on the side of the person who is playing music (singing, sharing a recorded song or anything similar). I have tried changing the settings and when I change the audio output (for example I change from speakers to headphones), I can hear the sound for like 2 seconds, and then it starts filtering it out again. If I switch back, the same thing happens. Any ideas what to do?

Hello, Got this e-mail notification about signing it from the old iPhone after 1:16 PM PDT (USA). Model and its version number were correct. However, its device's city was way (>100 mi.) off in the same state. Also, haven't logged into Zoom from this iPhone for a very long time (years?). Zoom (free account) is used from Intel MacBook Pro about once a week like last week. Looked at the logged in the updated Zoom macOS app and saw nothing unusual. Looking at its logged in Zoom's Profile's showing connections show the correct iPhone and computer names and ? E-mail links looked valid like its zoom.us, zoom.com, etc. Confused. Did someone manage to log in from the same exact iPhone model, name, and iOS version from that far away city? Just in case, changed password if someone was used it. We are preparing a conference event for Easter with the participation of Spanish and Portuguese speaking people. We want to translate in real time the speaker to the opposite language, i.e. a Spanish speaker to Portuguese and a Portuguese speaker to Spanish using Zoom captions with translation. We made several tests but we got results with very poor quality. It seems like Zoom does not understand well Portuguese (from Portugal people at least) and then the translation is frequently clueless. I've tested also using YouTube videos with caption enabled and comparing with Zoom captions in the speaker language, without translation. It seems that Zoom understand Spanish pretty well, but it does not understand Portuguese with an acceptable precision.I'm using Zoom client 6.4.3 on Linux Mint.Is there something that we can do to improve captions quality besides providing good sound?Do I need to use a third party tool for this job?
