Hi, I will have join the meeting for about 3,5hrs. I have no information yet is it gonna be 1to1 or 1toMultiple, where I'm not he host, I'll be only participant in it. Will I have buy a plan to not to be disconnected after 40mins, or the basic one will be enough?Thanks. P.

Hi,I attended a meeting and recorded it without logging into ZOOMworkspace on my PC. When I saved the recording, I selected my desktop as the destination folder. However, I later found that the recording was saved both on my desktop and in Zoom’s default folder (Documents/Zoom). Is this expected behavior, or could it be a bug?

I had a cohost pause and unpause the recording of a zoom meeting (recorded to the cloud). This was intentional in order to create separate files. There is 1 "file" missing. I'm wondering if you can tell me when the recording was paused and for how long during the session if you have the meeting ID and date/time. I'm hoping to confirm that the recording was not started at a specific time in the meeting.

I've just upgraded to the business account, so that I could put my company logo on the zoom invite link, but I can't see how I can do this? Does anyone know if there is any difference from Pro or Business, otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it. Any help would be great.

Hi! I hosted a meeting and need to compile a list of meeting attendees. When I go to "Usage Reports," I am able to pull a list of Zoom users that attended the meeting. However, there were some people that called into the meeting (without being logged into a Zoom account), and I don't see their phone numbers on the attendance report. How do I see the phone numbers that called in?Thanks!

I was on a webinar when the host shared his screen. I could only see it for a minute, then all I saw was the host. Through chat, I was told that others could see his screen share, even when I could not. I am unsure whether the host was using Meetings or Webinars.

A few weeks ago I started having major issues with zoom to the point where it makes it hard to attend online classes as a student. Whenever I am sent to a breakout room it takes multiple minutes to load if at all. During this time I will close the meeting/app manually and via task manager but when I attempt to rejoin it still registers me as in the meeting. It also has occasionally been happening when turning off or on my camera in which I can still see the audio/visually totally normal but the program will freeze. I have done everything I can think to do, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged in and out multiple times, ensured both my laptop (lenovo, IdeaPad Slim3) and zoom are fully updated and none has helped. PLEASE help me I am so frustrated. 

Hello, I use Zoom in my place of worship, so people who can't physically attend are able to watch the service. I have noticed that when I use Zoom, the others in the meeting (people watching from home) can't hear the service from my device. I don't know why that is. I use a Samsung Galaxy A15, and I use its mobile data for connection. The meeting isn't hosted by me and I don't use my own Zoom account to join meetings, I join without an account by just entering the meeting ID. However, when I use another android device, Samsung Galaxy A13, and connect using mobile hotspot from the Samsung Galaxy A15, people can hear the audio from the service from home. The only difference is that when I use the Samsung Galaxy A13, I use an account to join the Zoom meting and that account is also used to host the meetings (where people on home join from). Does that explain why the audio can be heard by others in the meetings when using the Samsung Galaxy A13? Also a lot of people a

I can see the fax on my Zoom client when I submit a test fax from my fax machine to Zoom, but I didn't get an email. Is there any way I can receive emails as well?

Why is it that we cannot create a holiday schedule that we can then have all of our AR's reference rather than having to go to every single AR, every year and update the company holiday schedule? In our previous phone system (ShoreTel/Mitel), it worked exactly that way. Then we only had to update one schedule each year, which significantly reduces the chance of making an error...

I have a user who no longer needs her paid Zoom license and wants to switch to free Basic Zoom account.  Will her recordings and meeting history still be accessible?  She previously ran training sessions and has shared out her recordings.

Has anyone run into this problem? For Zoom Digital Signage, I have a playlist of content that plays on a daily basic but I have this playlist to be interrupted but an scheduled event every morning and afternoon.  From 9am to 9:30am, I want the unit to play a live URL video, interrupt the daily playlist and play the URL for 30mins, then go back to the content playlist.  I have scheduled it and the system doesn't even attempt to play the event at 9am. it just continues to play the content for the day. I know the URL works, if you set the URL as the only content, it plays normally.  any ideas?

How do we add a status indicator button/light to a desk phone or the Zoom Workplace app that shows there is an incoming call to a queue?  If this is not possible, how do we submit this as a feature request? The button would also allow users to pick up the call.

Hello,  I'm a spanish guy who talks in the mac zoom APP in spanish, english and catalan. From my mac its a disaster, I can't talk to my catalan colleagues without having to rewrite all the words I type. I have tried already to deactivate the autocorrect from the operating system (MAC) but it's still correcting the words (the zoom APP). When I have to talk to my catalan colleagues, I have to take my iphone to have proper conversations without having to rewrite every word. I have googled and searched in this forum for a solution. Can you help?I don't need any autocorrect but I can't turn it off from zoom, it's the only app on my Mac that acts like that. 

Hi Folks I have a strange issue with Zoom Meetings, where my video stops every few seconds. I can click the "Start Video" button and it comes right back on, every single time. I tested Zoom a few nights ago with just 1 meeting, just for me open, and only my video feed in the meeting.so, the loneliest meeting in the world, but just for the purposes of testing the webcam to see if it would cut out when in a zoom meeting on my own. I left this meeting open with my webcam on for several hours, playing around with the whiteboards and other zoom bits and not once did the webcam cut-out. It all worked perfectly. The camera only cuts out every few seconds when anybody else is in the meeting. Any zoom meeting with 1 or more other people in the meeting and the camera feed keeps stopping. There are no app crashes, no pop ups, no security restrictions. When the Zoom meeting host uses the recording feature to record the session, how can they avoid capturing all participants' video feeds when a participant (not the host) is sharing their screen? After the meeting ends, the recorded video shows that the participants’ video windows overlap and block part of the shared screen.

It is limited to 40 minutes because I'm having a free account.Before my meeting will start next month, I'm going to upgrade because on this meeting I will host many people for much longer than 40 minutes. Will the link (meeting link) I've created today will work then longer than 40 minutes?Thx

I have been using virtual backgrounds without issue since March 2020, but in recent weeks I have sporadic issues with Zoom failing to work with any virtual backgrounds. When I turn on the camera, the feed stays black until a pop-up comes up saying that the virtual background is still loading and asking me to start video anyway or stop. I can not ever get the background to work.  Unplugging and reconnecting the webcam, changing ports on the dock, restarting Zoom don't work. Using the mic on the webcam never suffers any issues and works even when the feed is black while Zoom is apparently attempting to load the virtual background.  Once I click on "Use video" button and ignore the virtual background, the camera works without issue though obviously without the virtual background. Setup is USB Logitech webcam attached via VAVA USB-C dock on 2019 Macbook Pro running macOS Big Sur 11.4. Zoom version is 5.7.6.  Has anyone else encountere

We use Zoom Chat as our company’s primary internal communication tool. I’d love the ability to reply to messages directly from a notification in iOS. When a notification comes in, I have to open the Zoom app to view the entire message and reply to it. It’s even cut off by a wide margin in the notification itself. By comparison, if a Slack notification comes in, I can view the entire message and reply directly without having to open the app.

In the zoom chat it is quite annoying that the user selecting popup rises when typing '@' expecially when typing emails. Can the zoom chat do like Disourse here does, do the user selecting popup only if there's a space before '@'? So when typing emails or quoting '@' no use selecting popup appears. The popup should appear only when the user type `<space>@`.Thanks!

Hi I have been using paid version of Zoom which is now Zoom workplace. More than a year back I have configured to logout automatically after few hours. This has been working fine but now I want to change that setting but not able to find it. I don't want to logout automatically. Where can I find this related setting? ThanksRam
