I am having trouble when zooming our church services. The spoken word comes through clearly but as soon as the music and singing starts the audio stops working. I have tried to alter a variety of settings but cannot find out why. This has only started happening since around July as before that all services where heard ok.Anyone any suggestions please?

Downgrade with the "upgrade".Used to be when you looked as usage reports all you had to do was click "unique users" and it would immediately and cleanly remove duplicates. NOW - nope. Click the box or don't - It doesn't matter. Now you have to manually sift through duplicates.WHY have the box at all!? Why change it to no longer work?NO tech support. NO way to even report the bug. All links to filing a form, a ticket, call, etc no longer work.

This question has been asked before but the answers (and information on Zoom's own webpages) varies.  I want to know is transcription of cloud recordings available with the standard PRO account?  On Zoom's advice page for audio transcriptions, it includes PRO accounts: Requirements for using audio transcriptionA Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise accountBut if you look at the plan comparison chart, it says it's not available with PRO or PRO PLUS, only with BUSINESS and above. Most responses on forums seem to support the latter, but some do say it's possible with PRO.  Can someone please provide the latest official verdict on this question?  Thanks!Alex

When I try to join a meeting I get a join meeting timeout or browser restrictions that prevent me from joining. What causes this error? Could a filter or something else be affecting it?

Hello, Perhaps someone can help me? I didn't see a more appropriate board than meetings. I have an App that was added a couple of years ago, and it keeps coming back. We've removed it on several occasions, yet it still appears when I open a meeting. Can someone tell me how to get rid of this thing? It's called BlueSky Timer. It's like a bad penny. Also, I can't even see the apps that are installed now. When I go to Apps in the desktop client, I get sent to the App store which is incredibly busy interface, and I don't see any link for My Apps. I see nothing close to it in the web interface either. Am I missing something? Really disappointed in the updated interface. Thanks. Jon

Currently, when the host leaves the meeting, Zoom asks that person who to assign as the new host before leaving. I wanted to know if there's a way to change that. I would like for the meeting to continue without a host. Is there a way to set that up?Thank you very much in advance.

i just purchased zoom subscription but i dont see it on my account i even tried relogging in with multiple devices. i do have the mails for my subscription but it doesn't show the subscription

Hello, I have this assigning problem here.My account is a Pro type. I use webinar for a quite a long time.Recently, my client ask me to add breakout session in the webinar.After some research, I found I have to buy zoom session to have this feature.Now my webinar is already been created and there are already registrants. I need to concert the webinar to session.After purchase the session, I cannot assign my account with session.The odd thing is, other account can, but not for my account which is the owner.Appreciated if any one could spot the problem, and help to solve the problemThanks.   

I have a Basic account, and host a scheduled weekly meeting. Anyone with the link can join. No waiting room. This week, the meeting terminated unexpectedly early - there was about 7 minutes remaining on MY countdown timer. I got the big 'Need more time?' popup message at the usual time - around 30 minutes in. I suspect that it was because someone entered the meeting 10 minutes early, then left the meeting early (that was the only difference I know of compared to other meetings that lasted 40 minutes).  Oh, and this week I dismissed the popup message (I usually just leave it there). There were no noticeable connection issues. Can someone shed any light on this, specifically what should I do to ensure I get the full 40 minutes? Should I perhaps use the waiting room to prevent people from joining early and starting the timer? Thank you in advance for any helpful hints!

Someone help me access my video

I used my zoom account primarily for my book club.  My wife used my account for her biz. She did not like having my name displayed on her behalf (instead of her name) during zoom meetings. I terminated my zoom account and my wife enrolled in a paid zoom account. Problem solved...not so fast. I am a participant in a number of business zoom meetings scheduled by third parties. Yesterday, I joined my first business zoom meeting through a calendar invite from an external company.  During the meeting, my wife's name was displayed instead of my name.  I am ok if my wife's name is displayed when I use her account for my book club. It is not ok for her name to be displayed when I am engaged in business meetings in which I am an invitee.  How do I fix this problem?  

Until last week, I could slightly shrink the zoom webinar chat (horizontally).  While I can still shrink it vertically, it no longer seems possible to shrink it horizontally. I believe that my Zoom auto-updated and this is what caused the change (Version: 6.4.7 (64367)). I'm running Windows 11. This is extremely annoying; even before I was annoyed that I could only shrink it a little bit - I really have no clue why zoom restricts how narrow we can make various windows (the Q&A and poll windows are also huge and unshrinkable). Any reason that the ability to shrink the chat at least a little bit was removed?I've done pretty exhaustive searches (including talking to Zoom's AIBot, which admitted that it didn't have an answer to my question) and can't find any info related to this issue.

Hey folks, trying to access and change the virtual backgrounds on this app.  Note on the right-hand side of the settings screen says this feature is "Locked by admin".  What??  I AM the admin - at least I guess I am .  I own the account and I'm the only one who uses it.    A pop-up note says I need to be running Windows 7 and above. The PC I'm using  runs on Windows 8.1.     I'm at a loss as to how I can open the virtual background features on this PC.  I'm able to do it on a MacBook Pro, but unfortunately, it's a year too old to function properly.   Any help or advice is appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Hi!I can see my account which is a pro one, has a lot of settings blocked. It seems I am not being recognized as an admin. I don't have any other user in my account, only me.The thing is I want to change some settings as the meeting passcode required to join but I can't change that.This is the message I get in the dashboard (see screenshot) Well, it says to contact the admin but I never blocked the setting options and I AM certainly the admin of the account.Any ideas on what is the problem?Thanks

I have  installed zoom app in Mac but it seems not let me login using my id. Every time it says that unable to connect to internet. 

Hi out there, I'm trying to use Powerpoint slides as a virtual background for a presentation bu can't see the option to allow me to do that in Advanced Screen Sharing.I've downloaded the lastest desktop version, and checked my web profile and the desktop settings allow VB, and I thought I'd done it before, but now when I follow the instructions I can't see the option. This is all I can see Can someone suggest what I'm doing wrong?  Thanks in advance Tony

Hello, I amm trying to find/access Zoom's attendance reports but all I can see are registrants.  Can anyone advise how to access who actually attended and for how long? TIA

I've just started exploring workflows and am trying to build one to save meeting summaries to our CRM. I've found the template which will create a document from each meeting summary - that all makes sense. But I can't see any way to post to a webhook from a workflow, or any other means to send the data to another app. There are only 19 workflow automation apps on the marketplace. None of them are for my CRM and none offer a general-purpose way to send data, like posting to a webhook or calling Make. Am I missing something? If there a way to do this that I'm overlooking? Thanks.

We are trying something new (instead of using EventBrite). We do our free trainings in Zoom already so I thought we could use the Zoom Registration Required feature. It all seems good except I can't seem to be able to download a list of the registrants, it only lets me view them and then copy their info. That will be a real pain as we send them other materials before and after the training so I want an Excel list. Is that really not an option to download a list of registrants for a meeting? Thanks for your help.
