I have turned on sound for musicians in two places, but still when I ring a chime on my phone, people in my Zoom meeting can't hear it. Furthermore I'm finding that when a timer someone in the group has set goes off, that sound is not as clear as before. Lastly, someone messed with the chat feature. It used to be that you would select who to send a message to and it would go direct. Now there are a bunch of tiles and everyone's confused about how to send direct messages. PLEASE HELP!

Hi everyone, I help an advisor during meetings, and he uses Zoom AI Companion for every zoom meeting. Normally the summary is delivered to him, but the last couple of times Zoom AI has just not summarized anything at all from the meeting. Does anyone know what the problem might be here? Thanks,

I host a meeting that has been successful in dual monitor mode twice a day for 4 years. Recently, due to a suggestion, I turned off "screen sharing" in the Zoom online controls both for my Meeting Account and also my Admin Account - to stop members from sharing their screens during a meetings.   This somehow turned off my dual monitor mode.  It grayed out the option for Dual Screen mode.  So now I've turn on Screen Sharing on both he Admin account and the meeting account, and this enabled dual screen mode so I can now select it in the Windows 11 Zoom client. Now - I can go on the Zoom Client, then Settings, then General, I select Dual Monitor Mode and it checks.  I can move to Audio Settings and back - and it stays checked.  If I close Settings, and reopen settings, it is not checked.  And, of course, my friendly head mode does not appear on the 2nd monitor as it had done f

Our company runs virtual trainings. All of our trainers are users in our Zoom account. When a training is scheduled, we add the Zoom meeting to their user account and they use it to run the training. They are setup as meetings, not webinars. However, none of these trainings show up in the Chat History report. Additionally, no chat history from when any of us use our personal rooms show up on this report either. There are some meetings that show up, but I can't pinpoint what makes them unique. Maybe it's ones that are scheduled through our calendar? All I know for sure is that NONE of the trainings and NONE of our personal room uses show up. We have the auto-save chat setting enabled globally and SOME meetings do show up, even when there was no chat usage on that particular meeting. Any idea why our trainings and personal room chat logs are not? I care a lot less about personal room chat logs, I just noticed

Can someone please tell me how to transfer ownership of a recurring meeting?  We need someone else to take over the meeting going forward, but we don't want to change the ID and password, since it is widely distributed.  Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

All my meetings have the same topic in Zoom.  I am unable to edit the meeting topics.  Therefore unable to find a specific meeting without searching forever.  The suggested solution of editing the topic on the Meeting Summary page does not work. HELP!! 

I have tried all ZOOM troubleshooting and I have called Apple, however, my AirPods won't connect to ZOOM meetings.  They connect on EVERYTHING else on my MAC and work great, but I need them in use for my ZOOM meetings and they WILL NOT CONNECT even though it shows chosen microphone AirPods, etc.  Any ideas?

I am trying to upload a virtual background, but when on Settings/Background & Effects/Virtual Backgrounds, I click the + sign to the upper right of the virtual background thumbnails and get the following message: "You cannot upload images or videos due to restrictions placed by your admin." I am the admin.  So, I went onto the settings for my account in my browser, and went through every setting, but could not find any place to toggle that feature on of off... what am I missing? Thank you for any assistance you may be able to give on this matter. En effet, j'organise régulièrement des visios pour un groupe de personnes qui se connectent systématiquement avec les mêmes codes ID de réunion et code d'accès.Je viens d'acheter un nouvel ordinateur sur lequel j'ai installé zoom, et hier soir, alors qu'une réunion était organisée,  ma salle d'attente est restée vide, personne ne parvenait à se connecter, alors que je me suis connectée avec le même email et mdp que d'habitude. Les participants recevaient un message comme quoi une autre réunion était en cours.Et effectivement, à bien y regarder, mon ID de participant est différent, et les ID de réunion et code d'accès également.Comment faire pour retrouver mon ID de participant, mes codes ID de réunion et codes d'accès  habituels ?Merci de votre aide,Bien à vous, cb2_2

I was sent a link to a Zoom recording, along with a passcode. When I click on the recording link, it says, "Permission is needed to view this recording." My only choice is to click the "Request to view" button. There is nowhere for me to enter the passcode. Can someone tell me why this is happening? Thanks!

Hi,I'm experiencing an issue when scheduling 2 different Zoom meetings. If the first meeting runs longer than expected and overlaps with the second meeting's start time, participants who try to join the second meeting are automatically redirected into the first meeting instead.This creates confusion and disrupts both meetings.Both meetings were scheduled separately. I'm using the same Zoom account to host both meetings. The Zoom version is the latest.Why is this happening, and how can I prevent it?I want to ensure that participants can only enter their designated meeting, even if there's an overlap.Thanks in advance!

I am a participant in a Zoom meeting.I would like to know the actual time of the meetings I have attended in the past.

Some of the Zoom Meetings I run require them to be like webinars, participant listen only and chat. When I login and set-up the program under Host Tools I disable all participant options except Chat.  I make all my presenters co-hosts so they can have the webcam, mic, and share features.  This works great in the main room but when everyone moves to a breakout the co-hosts still have their webcam, mic and share capabilities but it seems that the participants (at least some) can now turn their webcams and mics on. I thought the main settings for participants would also carry over to breakouts.   Is this incorrect or am I doing something wrong?

I know that Zoom has the poll option for the meetings, but I cannot seem to find out how to make a poll in the group chats. Does Zoom have a Chat/Poll option and if so, how to I use it? If it doesn't, is there 3rd party polling platform that works well with Zoom chat? 

I am unable to access my clould records. When I login I do not see them under "recordings" but Zoom definitly said, it is recording the meeting in the cloud. Zoom version is: 6.4.7 (64367). What can I do to access my recordings. 

Hi,I really enjoyed the new Zoom Docs feature—it's a great companion for Zoom meetings!That said, I’d like to share the content of a Zoom doc via email with my team to keep everyone in the organization on the same page, keeping the same layout as it appears in the Docs.Is there any way to do this?

For accessibility purposes we'd like to have every meeting automatically enable live transcription so that we don't have to have a host/co-host individually start the transcription/captions for every meeting we have on our account.  To be clear, we don't just want them to be available, we want them to be turned on by default for every meeting.   Is this possible?
