I recorded a meeting and accidentally stored it in my computer. I wanted to store it in the cloud so I could share it easily (too heave for emails). How can I upload it to the Zoom cloud now?
I was hosting a webinar. I had closed captioning enabled for accessibility purposes for the delegates. I always mute my microphone when showing videos. I was talking to a colleague while a video played and noticed that my words were being incorporated in the closed captions in addition to the words from the video! HELP! This is not OK. If a presenter is muted, I cannot imagine how closed captioning is picking up my language. It is very distracting for attendees and also a privacy issue. I absolutely double checked that I was muted and I was. How do I get closed captioning to not record what I am saying when I am muted. The captured closed captioning errors are also in the recording.
It's absolutely infuriating to me that when you are on the Clips tab of the Mac app, there's no obvious way to click "New Clip". Why do y'all make it so difficult to just navigate to create new content? This is so basic and annoying 😠I'm on Version: 6.3.11 (50104)

Usually when I assign myself (an admin account) as an alternative host to my org's webinars, I get a unique join link with the /s/ character for 'start.' As of this morning, when I tried to do this for multiple webinars, all I could get was a generic zoom.us/join link. I am then prompted to put in a meeting ID and then got bounced to registration. I updated Zoom Workplace from 6.4.7 to 6.5.1 but the problem continues. I also tested with a colleagues admin account as alternative host, and they got the same generic /join link Running on Windows 11 What changed/am I doing wrong? I would upload screenshots but it says I do not have permission, so you'll just have to believe me.
Hi!I have a little problem with my zoom recordings.I recorded a podcast with a guest. but in the recording only video of me appears in it. Why did it happen and can I change anything with it.
I was getting to the 40 minute point in a paid for Zoom meeting that I had accessed via a browser link in Edge. During the meeting I had accessed another browser link successfully. The screen started flashing on and off though audio was maintained. Clicking on my touch pad only seemed to make things worse. When I stopped clicking, I was able to hear audio and proceed with just that. My system was fine once I was out of Zoom. After I researched on here, I made sure my computer sleep settings were extended, updated Windows and Edge, then re-tested Zoom on this website.. I downloaded Chrome as a back-up, in case it was Edge (have deleted cached files in settings on Edge) and I've turned off video acceleration in both. It occurs to me as I write this that 40 minutes is the point at which a free Zoom meeting has to stop. Would what I experienced
I just had to reset my mac book, now the zoom says my internet connection is not working. I have removed any firewalls and proxy. but sill not working?

Is it possible in a webinar to have the Chat default be to All? Right now, it defaults to Hosts and Panelists and attendees need to remember to change to All. We would like this reversed for webinars, the default is Chat comments are visible to all unless Hosts and Panelists is specifically chosen. Our attendees often forget to change the selection and so the discussion is being lost.
For the past four meetings, my iPhone 14 camera has been auto zooming out anytime I move. I have tried zooming in again but then it zooms out again. I've been emailing support back and forth and they told me to delete the app and reinstall. Didn't help. They asked me to set the iPhone 14 camera on auto-lock. Didn't help. They asked me to turn on "gestures" under meeting settings. I don't have that feature under my meeting settings. I turned off "Follow Focus" under Zoom, Accessibility in my phone settings. Didn't help. Is anyone else having this issue??? Has anyone solved this problem? Is it an iPhone issue or a Zoom app issue??

Does zoom video sdk with ui toolkit has auto recording feature if I buy universal credit plan? Like is there any dashboard setting, where I can turn on auto recording? Also, is live transcription feature included in universal credit plan or I have to buy separately?

Hi,I have hosted an event where I had a number of registered participants, who I approved were unable to join the meeting. Every time they tried to use the ID and enter the password they were redirected to register.I have tried this myself and ran into the same issue. What would be the cause of this? It is disappointing as we could have had a larger turnout.
I have trouble using zoom on my Ipad pro, the volume of zoom is low and ipad volume control has no effect on it. Also when a meeting is On on zoom, the whole ipad lost volume, no more sound on youtube, video in my photo album, others app, all go silent. Using the same account on computer are totally fine

I am having trouble with scheduling meetings. I use the drop-down box to enter the date, time, and attendee, but when I go to the next page I get a message that asks if I want to Import Event. There is nowhere to go from there. My attendees are not getting the invite.

zoom: 6.4.12 (56699)macos: 15.5 I start zoom desktop app sends me to my browser to the SSO page of one of the companies I contract for. I want to stop that behavior. I do not want to be handed the login SSO page. Help please. Cheers
Used to be able to write on another members screen, especially as the host. Now this has been removed and the user has to give specific permission (according to AI). This has degraded the experience significantly for me, as I do a lot of training and am viewing the members screens and making comments. What made zoom so special and unique is now gone.
We are wanting to create a meeting where we have 3 "vendors" promoting their services. We will invite attendees and then have the "vendor" present for 15 minutes and then leave the meeting. Then the next vendor will present and so on. The vendors will not be able to stay on after they present. What is the best way to do this via zoom.
I am trying to set up an automation around the ZoomAI Summary. When I go to setup my first Step and Test my Trigger, I get:Error code: Error while retrieving: The app returned "Meeting does not exist: WjL+QoPoSeKlcNgDGsqjXg==.". Yes I have already connected my Zoom account and "tested connection" and that was successful I have looked for any restricting settings that may block Zapier from being able to find the meeting and turned them off:Only Authenticated users can view cloud recording is OFF andRequire password to access shared cloud recordings is OFF I figured it may not work unless there is a brand new meeting, so I made a brand new meeting and it generated a summary, but Zapier still didn't pick it up. Any ideas on how I can get this working?
