Does the host need to have the video active to get an HD recording on the cloud? Hi, I've been getting a measly 640p video for each recording and I think I've tried everything this forum has to offer. And my recordings are still 640p. I'm the host and I record meetings/interviews, but I'm not part of the conversation itself. So, I log on, make sure it starts recording and turn off mic and video. Is this the reason why I'm not getting recordings with a higher quality?
