Meetings

Since the last update, I can no longer see any of my recurring, anytime meetings under the meeting tab. Does anyone know how I can access them in the desktop client or is this another thing that I must do from the browser?

Does Zoom offer an option to share Polls/ Poll questions between users within an organization? ie, is there a way for me to share Polls I've created so that my colleagues can use them in their own meetings?  Alternatively, if there's a way to create polls from CVS files this would work as I could then share CVS poll templates with my colleagues.  

After the most recent Zoom update for iPad, I’m not able to share documents from my Google Drive App or other PDFs from Safari.  There is only a blank grey screen that appears.

I scheduled a Zoom meeting this morning. When I logged on, it asked if it should creats a text of the meeting. I checked YES. The text off the meeting cannot be forund in Summaries. What happened? Thank you.

I have lost my important zoom recording to the auto-delete feature. Now this recording has been deleted permanently and is not there in the trash also. Is there any way to retrieve recording which is not there in trash also?

the format here has changed. I can choose to join or host but no choice to schedule a meeting as I have done in the past.  Help?Kathi Grace

I use ‘Registration’ events, so Zoom sends out unique links to every participant.I am incurring a lot of admin time dealing with corporate clients who say they have never received the Zoom link. From conversations with many of them, this is not a case of them not looking in their spam/junk folder. The emails are being blocked by corporate mail filters. I end up sending their links by copying them from the Zoom interface and using my own email address to send them. This works -- but it’s extremely time consuming and tedious. Currently, I am having to manually send links to approximately 20% of registered participants.From my own experience, I know that Zoom is being used by spammers to invite me to meetings that I have never signed-up for. Presumably, it’s this usage which is causing the spammer reputation of Zoom’s emails and so causing them to be blocked by an increasing number of systems.An ideal fix to this would be to send emails using my own address. I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed.  I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting....  Sigh.....  Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there.  Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent?  I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.

Hi all, I have used Zoom for many years on the basic platform without any issues. However, recently, my camera and microphone are not working, yet they are working on both google meets and teams, so i think it’s a Zoom specific issue.I have done all the trouble shooting suggested by the virtual assistant, including turning computer off and on, uninstalling and reinstalling latest version of Zoom desktop app, worked through all the computer privacy setting to ensure both microphone and camera are allowing apps to access, etc etc.I did a microphone test in the desktop app, and it showed the sound is fine for incoming but not outgoing?I’m at a loss of what to try next.

How long is a meeting kept once it is deleted.

 I was using phone for audio for desktop zoom. I could listen. Everything worked fine until the host unmuted me, then the audio icon changed, and I could not interact with the host.This is using desktop zoom for Debian, 7.0.0.1666 This problem has happened multiple times.One time, I was able to establish a working system by hanging up the phone and reconnecting.Another time, this method did not succeed, forcing me to move to Android app. 

Hi everyone, I hope I can get some ideas from you regarding the following: I have to conduct 3 meetings in a row, having in between a pause of just 20 min. and I have to record each meeting. Since after each meeting the computer must convert the recorded session, how can I start the next one, without affecting the quality of the one that is being converted and the other, that I have to start? Zoom always resets my microphone input volume to about 1/4 of the maximum volume when I launch it. This means people in meetings can't hear me properly until I remember this silliness has happened and go to settings to increase my microphone input volume. I'm getting tired of this behaviour. Is there a way to make Zoom remember the last input volume (or a preselected input volume)? Thanks in advance for any help.

Since updating to Mac OS 26.3.1, the chat, video, and participant windows are no longer in the foreground during Keynote presentations. This affects my Mac with M1 and M4 processors. Until a week ago, before the update, everything worked perfectly, just like it had for years. I always present in full screen with two monitors. Any idea to fix this?

Hello everybody! Need some help with my Zoom video converting. Today I recorded a meeting on my computer (locally), 2 files with the extension *.zoom were formed. One takes up 1.2 GB, the second - 8 MB. Usually I double-click on one of these files and everything is converted to mp4. But in this case, nothing happens. I tried to transfer everything to another computer and try to convert the video there - no changes. What should I do? Thanks for support.

when I program a meeting with interpreter, zoom delivers video in local language, audio in local language and audio with interpreter, but not video with interpreter to download, is that correct?, is there any way to download the video with interpretation?

When we have just a few Zoom participants everything works correctly - the Zoom callers can hear the audio from meeting room microphones and the Zoom callers can be heard in the room over the speakers. So by all indications our setup is correct - PC works, Windows setup is correct, Zoom setup is correct and connection to sound system (thru a sound board) is working correctly.When we have 100+  callers we have been experiencing an issue where the Zoom callers can no longer be heard over the loud speakers. The users are being un-muted and asked to speak - they can be heard by other Zoom callers - just not over the loud speakers.We have not tried using Host/Co-host setup which is our next step. Is there any other experience with this happening and/or recommended setup to try differently.

During meetings, I regularly get two pop-ups and I see no way to get it to stop. I am on a Mac running the latest OS and client updates.The first pop-up happens periodically throughout meetings, even appearing on shared screens.”Turn On Reactions: Zoom.us has turned off Reaction effects….”Yet, o have reactions enabled, including gestures. All I can do is close the pop-up…which reappears shortly thereafter.The second one nags me whenever I am sharing my screen. It also pops up on the share sometimes, other times on my non-shared screen.”’zoom.us’ is Accessing your screen”When I tap that one, it opens a Mac OS system settings screen where Zoom is already selected as being allowed. I need to remove the 6.6.10 (6.6.19785) 64bit version of zoom and it is prompting for the installer in order to upgrade to the latest version.Can someone provide a download link to this version please and thanks.
