I could sure use someone's guidance.  Since I installed the latest version of Zoom Workplace I can no longer access a meeting directly within the Zoom application. I must open a browser and, as I am a co-administrator for the meeting, there are features I cannot access in the browser.Since the installation, video stutters and freezes if it works at all. It has also introduced the same symptions in VLC, Celluloid and MPV Media Player.  Video sometimes works fine in the browser but nowhere else.I worked with potential iBus issues but to no effect (I support Debian's request it should be optional--its pointless for a huge number of us).  When the video works in the browser there will be 3 to 15 second delays in some sesstios.  Before upgrading Zoom there were never any problems whatsoever either in Zoom or other software.I have done all Zoom recommendations to rectify the problem.  I have reinstalled all affected software. Zoom picks up my voice but not my instrument. This never happened before. I couldn’t find the right audio settings to correct it. I rejoined the meeting, I restarted my tablet, no change. I uninstalled and reinstalled zoom.

During my zoom sessions, my clients rapport problems of the music coming from spotify plus my voice getting scrathy and dissapearing momentarily. I dont hear these interferences, the sound sounds perfect for me.I have a fast and stable internet connection and a new computer, so Im not sure what could be the problem.Does anyone have any advice?

Has anyone had any trouble with assigning the Zoom for Developers role to a user? I see we have the setting enabled in our Admin account but it's not listed as a role and I'm unable to assign a user to that permission. Any insight you could provide would be much appreciated! 

Hi, I've been having issues with my video connection for months. Every time I'm on video the connection bars in the bottom left of the screen are yellow or red, and my video regularly glitches/freezes. I have very fast wifi and just bought a new computer as well (to try to fix the issue), and super fast upload/download speeds. All my other apps work perfectly and never have speed/connection issues with anything else. I've reached out to the customer support team, but none of their suggestions have helped. The issue persists every time there are atleast two people on video. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but frustrating for sure. Thanks for any help.

OS version: Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTSZoom version: 6.4.6 (1370)Hardware: Dell XPS 9320 Laptop, using integrated mic and speakers. Problem: During Zoom meetings, my sound and microphone will abruptly stop working. When this happens, if I go into audio settings and click "Test Speaker" no sound plays. My microphone still transmits sound, but it becomes very distorted and low quality. This state can usually be fixed by leaving and rejoining the Zoom meeting. It also seems to have a chance of being fixed every time I swap speaker devices in the Zoom settings. I can usually trigger this state by sharing screen or otherwise swapping focus away from Zoom. I don't have this issue with any software other than Zoom. I have a suspicion that this is a Pipewire/Wireplumber issue, but I don't understand enough about how Zoom interacts with those to troubleshoot. I haven't found any transparent documentation about that. Troubleshootin

As a host, I no longer see the people waiting in my waiting room.therefore I can't let them in, so we can't have a meeting. 

System Setup and Hardware- MacMini M1 running Sequoia 15.2 (24C101),- Connected by USB to,- Zoom Livetrak L-8 running v1.12 and driver installed on Mac OS.FaultLivetrak L-8 functions normally as an audio interface when Zoom is closed. As soon as Zoom app is opened the interface disconnects and cannot be used, including in Zoom. As soon as Zoom is closed, the interface returns to functioning normally. Restarting the Mac and reinstalling Zoom software makes no difference. 

Starting two weeks ago, I can no longer change the audience when FB launches via zoom.  In the past the audience is set to (only me) and I could change to public. Don't know why the Zoom FB audience is set to "only me" when my FB profile audience is set to public.  I would like my audience set permanently to public and not "only me" when zoom launches FB. How can this be fixed. Once I end streaming to FB from zoom, it will allow me to change to public but not while it is live. Very frustrating. 

I have been leading a meeting for over 2 years. The past 2 weeks I am unable to do so because I start the meeting and no one shows up. I start getting texts from members saying: they can't get in; they got in but were dropped. I have tried to restart the meeting but get a message that I have to end the meeting in progress. Clearly when I do this, they get dropped. However, although I am in my meeting and they say they are we are not visible to each other.

Il link della riunione è stato regolarmente generato e condiviso, ma al momento dell'accesso Zoom lo ha riconosciuto come "non valido" e ha reindirizzato alla homepage, impedendo a noi (e ad altri) di partecipare. Successivamente è stato generato un nuovo link per lo stesso incontro. Grosso problema per noi perché in così poco tempo non era possibile avvisare tutti i contatti invitati e siamo stati costetti a rimandare di una settimana, davvero una brutta figura con le persone coinvolte. Quale potrebbe essere stato il problema?

I want to delete my basic account. But, when I try to terminate from Account Management > Account Profile it need the verification code. I Request the code and sent to mail. But, I didn't received the code. I need the code to terminate this basic account. Because I want to change my paid account to this email. Thank you

When ever a user of mine clicks on "schedule" on the Zoom app she gets a screen that says loading, then after a bit she gets a blank screen. I've uninstalled with third party tools, i've installed the full version and the web version but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

I have been hosting meetings regularly, the last one was last Thursday, but yesterday, upon launching, instead of the regular screen with controls, I got a blank screen with only my ID and no controls (see screen capture). Attendees joined (in another screen) I could see them and hear them but I could not join my own meeting. I closed the meeting for everyone, created another meeting, same thing. I had to cancel the meeting. I have been testing creating meetings and launching, and still the same blank screen with no controls. I have updated to the latest Zoom Client 5.13.10 - nothing changes.I submitted a ticket to Zoom support yesterday, no reply. And I have another meeting planned for tomorrow Thursday. Any ideas, solutions? Many thanks.

I hold weekly sessions... now I have been using the same Meeting ID for past year and never it was an issue. This week when people were trying to login they were getting an error that the meeting is at 7pm when I was already logged in. So I had  to create a new meeting ID and share it with people in that way I lost a few people. Secondly I generally set chats as with hosts and co hosts only... now due to the chat separator it is becoming problematic opening each window and checking for the questions... can we get it in the old way.... bcoz during sessions or workshops it breaks the flow as it becomes time consuming to open each window..... Thirdly, for all the participants it shows as if the chat is disabled when the chat is still on. how to fix it?? Another issue is, when I used to send any info in such meetings previously it used to go to all participants, now I have to send it individually which is time consuming, any

I join a weekly writing group and discussion. Lately, I can hear some participants but not others. Sometimes, I can hear "Gail," but if she speaks again later, I won't be able to. I know it's on my end bc I can see everyone reacting to her. Help!

I'm a public speaking instructor, and hold live Zoom sessions to listen to my students' speeches. I have my settings set up so that participants can record on their computers, and I can also record to the Cloud. Last year, everything worked just fine...but now, for some reason none of the students are able to record on their computers, even though the program says, "Recording in progress." I'm NOT intentionally recording their speeches unless they get a notice that they can't record from their end...and yet, their speeches are recording to the Cloud, but not recording on their end. Anyone have an idea of what's going on?

Hi - I have just switched PCs (from Windows 10 to Windows 11) and have developed a new problem > when I share content on a second screen (e.g. PowerPoint slide show) my Zoom gallery window disappears on my main screen and I am left with just a floating control bar - I need to be able see all the meeting participants when sharing in this way as I often share my second screen throughout a meeting - any suggestions for fixing this? Help please!

How do I set a basic Webinar for free?

When I am in the main meeting, I have audio and video without an issue. However, when assigned to my breakout rooms, I lose the audio stream and cannot hear what is being said. This has happened on a couple of occasions to me. It has also happened where I have audio in the breakout rooms but lose it when re-entering the main meeting. The video stream is intact and clear (i.e. no signs of poor connection). I have tried using my Mac speaker/microphone as well as AirPods Pro, but the issue has not resolved. 

Yes I know the alternative host needs to be in your same organization- and they are. im creating zoom rooms with alternative hosts that are a part of the same plan (we're all under a university) and some accounts zoom recognizes and zoom doesnt recognize other accounts. i know for a fact the emails that aren't working have been attached to a zoom account, so im not sure what the problem could be. is there any service i could use to manually appeal this, and get those zoom accounts registered? or is there no way? 

I had a zoom workplace trial and recorded a meeting.  Now that the trial is done, I don't see the recording in my account.  Is it retrievable if I sign back up for pro again?
