no audio and/or video

This is hands down the worst software I’ve used since the 80’s. I have 6 computers in my home. Only one of them connects to a meeting without audio or video issues. And one of them Zoom Workplace pretty reliably causes a near instant Windows crash. I’m baffled what to do because that one computer is on its last legs. The troubleshooting advice only advises I check obvious things that I’ve already checked. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I’m pretty sure I answered this but it doesn’t appear to have saved.

 

The ones that don’t work: Minisforum mini pc, Framework laptop, home built tower all running Windows 11. Lenovo laptop running Linux.

The ones that do work: an old Dell XPS running Windowqs 11. That’s it.

@Bri I don’t know what is going on here. I keep trying to reply to your comment and it keeps refusing to save the reply. Let’s see if this works.

 

These computers do not work: a Minisforum mini PC; a Framework laptop; a homebuilt tower; all running Windows 11. Also a Lenovo laptop running Linux.

These computers do work: an old Dell XPS 13 running Windows 11.
