I have been getting help for weeks and no one can figure out why I cannot add a background photo or use Virtual backgrounds this happens on my Samsung phone as well as my chromebook. It does not give me the plus option to add a background photo and on the Chromebook when it gives me the arrow to add virtual backgrounds it comes up error occurred and it does that on the phone as well. I have tried doing this during a meeting, with my video open or my video off

How can I do a meeting with my friends but don’t have the app

For zoom meetings in my group I will copy and paste the zoom link in our chat for easy access. Recently, when I paste the link a WhatsApp phone number shows in the pasted message even though the WhatsApp number is not in the original message. When I try to edit the number out the number doesn't appear in in the edit box. What can I do to stop the WhatsApp number from appearing. I do have WhatsApp on my phone but I rarely use it and only to read messages, not send

So there are two archives in the cloud: the first one (36 seconds), the second one (1 hour two minutes).I’d love to delete the first archive, because it has no content, and leave the last one.I see both at the same time in the list of the recordings, and the system lets me see them one after another, but I want to delete the first one and leave the second one and share it with the attendees.Do you know how can I do it? Hello, I used to have a plethora of virtual backgrounds to choose from, and not there are only 5. When I click the "+" sign, my options are to add a video or image (of my own), but no other backgrounds to choose from. Just got a new MacBook but they were there last week. Anyone know how to find the other options? TIA

I have an external mic to record interviews with people during an event (to help minimize background noise) and cannot figure out how to apply it to zoom. My phone recognizes the device and completes the connection but I can’t seem to get zoom to use it. 

HI, I am using zoom on linuxno matter what i do i cant get the app icon to appear in the zoom toolbar when in a meetingi have apps available in the main zoom page but not the toolbar in a meeting which means i cant access the timer appi have synced to my online web settings and clicked the enable apps button still nothingcan you help?

I am using an individual Zoom account (not managed by an organization). When I try to enable virtual backgrounds in the Zoom app, the option is blocked or grayed out on the Zoom website, even though you are the account owner. I have already:Checked and confirmed all account-level and group-level settings for virtual backgrounds.Verified that your device supports virtual backgrounds (since it works with your personal account).Signed out and back in, and reinstalled the Zoom app.Ensured you are not signed in with multiple accounts.Confirmed your account is not managed by an organization or IT team.Despite these steps, the virtual background setting remains blocked and cannot be enabled.

After the most recent Zoom update for iPad, I’m not able to share documents from my Google Drive App or other PDFs from Safari.  There is only a blank grey screen that appears.

Okay, after updating the desktop IOS Mac Studio, now the iPhone is not showing up as an option to use for camera, even though it’s plugged in.

Our company has been getting spam Zoom invites for webinars, and because we are all on iOS, it is automatically included in our calendars, etc. As they are valid Zoom meeting requests, even just declining these meetings is a pain, so the admin has just blocked any email from zoom.us, and told everyone to use "something else." Is there a way to report these spam to Zoom? Zoom does not do customer support very well.

We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

I can’t seem to get my photo background to work correctly 

Hi everyone,Has anyone noticed brief audio dropouts since the recent Zoom desktop update? In several meetings, audio cuts out for a few seconds while video and internet stay stable.I’ve already updated Zoom, tested different headsets, and tried both Wi-Fi and wired connections, but the issue still happens randomly — especially in longer meetings.Curious if others are seeing this or have found a fix. I have a user who is not receiving emails that are normally sent to a Meeting Host after their meeting ends, which are the Meeting Assets email for a Meeting Summary, and the Cloud Recording email for a Cloud Recording.  They used to receive these emails, but they recently stopped.I receive these emails, and so does everybody else.  As far as I can tell, this user’s settings are exactly identical to anyone else who is successfully receiving these emails.  I also asked our Systems team to review the user’s O365 account to see if there are any emails from no-reply@zoom.us, or any other source, that are being hung up or sent to a hidden folder due to some Outlook Rule, or anything like that, and after thorough review, they found nothing.  The funny thing is, the user is receiving the “Your meeting attendees are waiting...” emails from no-reply@zoom.us, but they are not receiving any others.  I also tried sharing one of my Meeting Summaries with them, which for anyone else would

As our team already uses Vimeo as our primary platform for video storage, distribution, and post‑production, we would like to bypass Zoom’s cloud storage entirely and have all recordings saved directly to our Vimeo account. Hi!  I’ve just upgraded to Zoom Client 7.0.0 (1666). The search bar on the top now pop up a window that is different from the app and where I cannot type anything inside. There’s an input for the search, latest searches, results divided by type. Only the X to close the windows works.

We use the SDK's live transcription feature to provide live captioning for webcast audiences.We've see that Portuguese is still not available as a supported language in the Meetng SDK's transcription implementation — despite the fact that Portuguese is supported in Zoom's native client (both for automated captions and as a default language in the interpretation feature). This issue has been brought up before, but I have not seen a response from Zoom.This creates a real business problem for us. Portuguese is the 6th most spoken language in the world and the primary language of Brazil, one of the largest and most active corporate events markets globally. I have the newest zoom update (5.11.0), and I really need to switch to dark mode because light mode is very straining to the eyes, especially with a huge iMac screen close to my face. however, the "dark" option is not available. in fact, the "theme" category is nowhere to be found in my settings on general in zoom.  where can I enable dark mode here in this?I use macOS High Sierra 10.13.6. pls, I need a quick answer to this, or i'll probably go blind after some time. 

My PC restarts at irregular intervals during a Zoom meeting. I assume it just shuts down and restarts, but there is no blue screen.Has anyone else experienced this problem?Both Windows and Zoom are up to date with the latest updates.
