Is Zoom Customer support the WORST!! on the Entire Internet??

I have never encountered a company that has such a lack of respect and support for its customers. Zoom seems only interested in taking money and not listening to its customers at all. A Disgrace given its industry position,

Same issue here. I have noticed that they don't even completely read the customer's email or chat message. And reply to the first 3 to 4 words of your message.

just horrendous support.  no personality.  no help.  no empathy for my frustration.  they're all robots.  are there other options available as good as zoom worth looking at?

Agreed. I thought I had already cancelled my autopay subscription, but apparently had not. 4 days later (because no one answered the phone Friday-Sunday) they would not issue a refund. And then after calling multiple times, every single time the customer service supervisor is conveniently unavailable. Just a disgusting way to conduct business for $20 billion company.

Customer service just blew my mind. I asked for help on pricing information and details on the vanity URL to move beyond my premium plan. And customer service emailed back dismissing me and telling me to look it up myself. LOL nevermind then.

We’ve been trying to reduce our unused licenses by two for a month now. Now were just trying to not be a managed account so we can reduce our licenses ourself as Zoom doesn’t seem to care about their customers. This is the worst support I’ve ever received and I have to use Intuit products and Bill.com.

Totally understand your frustration 😞. Customer support and responsiveness are so crucial, especially for a platform like Zoom. Hopefully, they address these issues soon.

They haven’t addressed it in the last month, I have no hope left, we are looking at moving to Slack. I would say the support is terrible, but its non-existent.
