Hoping someone in the community might be able to answer the question - Is there a way to export zoom reports by year? Or, at least, by Quarter? I need to pull zoom meeting reports by year, including meeting subject title, dates and usage time, attendance, attachments, etc. Can someone here direct me to a link or training that details how to do this? Without having to go in and click on each month individually and then go to reports and click on each individual report function? It's proving to be a tedious and time-consuming process, and I had very few meetings. There must be a way to download meeting reports and activity by calendar year. I've checked the knowledge and support center videos, etc, but not finding it. Many thanks for your assistance!

Hello,My name is Soumitra Dutta , oxford based entrepreneur, I’m trying to understand how Zoom Meetings and Webinars differ for US‑based users. How would you explain the difference? Please share your thoughts. 

Zoom Workplace 6.6.6. 19875,  Windows 10 OS, Google Calendar, Gmailwhen I register for a Webinar using Zoom and click their calendar link for the Zoom link and event details to sync with my calendar, the event appears also on my Zoom Workplace calendar.The problem is that the Zoom calendar lists me as the Host of the meeting and does not contain the Zoom link or other details, just the name and time of the meeting.Thus, I have to go to my confirmation email or to a tickets page or orgainzation’s web page to obtain the link..  I can understand if the Zoom calendar is only the name and time of meeting, but don’t know why I am listed as host and I have the button to start the meeting that I am not the host of? Help please! 

Hi.In our zoom meetings, sometimes the cohost will accidentally mute the host and then they don’t have the ability to unmute him, without sending a request, which he may not always see. Is there a way of either. Allowing cohosts to unmute the host or preventing the cohost from muting the host?

Habe mich bei zoom in der App angemeldet. Kann in meinem Meeting keine Aufzeichnungen machen. Sehe nur unten Teilnehmer, Chats Reaktion, Bildschirm frei geben und Mehr. Hi everyone.  When I start my videos my virtual background is on a blue background despite every thing being on none /off.  No avatars are on etc, no green screen on.  I am able to shift through other virtual backgrounds.  But I cant get it to have nothing on there yet.  Can someone please help me make it so I do not have a background on my screen.  I am not certain if I hit something in the past, but I am uncertain how to take it off now.   Please help.

Hello, I need minutes from a zoom meeting I missed. Do you have archives of past meetings that I have the information for? 

I have been running Zoom meetings on my MacBook Pro for years with great success.   Recently when using my video on Zoom, my camera now broadcasts a green screen when no back ground is selected in the video function.   The Zoom green screen button is turned off.   The MBP camera works fine in other applications.    I have uninstalled and downloaded Zoom with no luck.   I would welcome any thoughts on how to resolve this as the video quality is horrible and disruptive.   On a Zoom call yesterday the green screen effect was completely covering me over during the meeting.   Humorous for sure but very unproductive. Thanks for any hel

I am trying to findout why ZOOM recoding is not the same for the laptop and cloud If I record on the cloud after making changes in the setting it will record GALLERY and SPEAKER, but NOT SPOTLIGHT IF I record on a laptop it records, GALLERY< SPEAKER AND SPOTLIGHTED people. is there something I am missing for the cloud? Lost a lot of great speakers today when 5 were spotlight at the same time, but only speaker and gallery view showed up in ZOOM.

The Zoom Debian Linux package is requiring ibus. I have recorded via zoom meeting yesterday, but if I try downloading, it says to pay for upgraded version. The meeting length is less than 30 minutes. May I know what to do?

Hi, I teach a zoom movement class using a lapel mic and Apple music. I share audio coming from my macbook to which I have speakers attached. I used to be able to set the music volume for the meeting as separate from my system and ext. speaker volume and now I can’t. I need the music louder in my space (coming out of my speakers) so I can talk over it and still hear the beat for my movements.Now, my previous settings are not working. The volume that allows the meeting participants to hear me is the same as my speaker volume and I cannot make my speaker volume any louder. Macbook and zoom are up to date. I select Share Advanced, Audio Stereo, then play the playlist, and set the volume at 2 bars which is now too quiet for me to hear with my speaker turned up all the way. If I raise the system volume to 3 bars, the participants can’t hear me over the music. Apple music has an audio setting and that is all the way up. During a meeting I can only use a virtual background or the light blue plain screen that is on my background. Cannot use my camera’s background. 

Hi! I'm a student and I recently bought a pretty budget-friendly tablet, Redmi Pad 2, and it has Helio G100 processor, and it doesn't have an option to change background. Does my device's processor or system cannot/ does not support changing my virtual background during meetings? TYIA!

I am requesting immediate help with two recurring issues that are impacting our meetings. I have already contacted support multiple times, but I have not received a resolution.Issue 1: Unknown third party participant joining our meetingsEvery time my boss and I join a Zoom meeting, a random third party participant joins automatically. I was able to have the Waiting Room feature disabled. I was playing with some setting, now there is a Waiting Room for the participants.  I can't seem to get the Waiting Room disabled again.  I use PMI with Instant Meetings, so I am not scheduling the meetings.  I clicked the Disable Waiting Room button, but that doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas?

This is hands down the worst software I’ve used since the 80’s. I have 6 computers in my home. Only one of them connects to a meeting without audio or video issues. And one of them Zoom Workplace pretty reliably causes a near instant Windows crash. I’m baffled what to do because that one computer is on its last legs. The troubleshooting advice only advises I check obvious things that I’ve already checked. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I chair weekly zoom meetings, Participants raised hands have always displayed in chronological order in both participants list and gallery….UNTIL - i purchased a new Microsoft Surface computer. Suddenly “raised hands” now display in random order in both participants list and gallery. I can’t find any setting to fix this. Any suggestions? Many thanks. Jean

I am a basic user, Version: 6.4.3 (52139), Mac Pro. I am trying to turn off the blue screen background, which I presume is a virtual background. I'm not even sure how I got one. Changing virtual background to None does nothing. Trying to follow instructions to change the background have gotten me nowhere. I tried following the instruction "As an admin (logged in), navigate to zoom.us/account/setting, then Meeting -> In Meeting (Advanced)You'll find the following options for your entire org's account, including 'Require user s to always use virtual background'. Disable this and unlock the virtual background setting if this is locked."
