Zoom is currently kicking out some participants during the session. When they try to rejoin, they are seeing error codes 103033 and 104122. Do you have any similar exp after the cloudflare incident?

I tested Zoom on different Linux distributions (Garuda, Pop!_OS, Nobara, Mint) using a Logitech C922 webcam (1080p), and in none of them was Zoom able to use the HD resolution. It always defaulted to 480p.I tried several ways to fix it, but nothing worked—whether using Wayland or X11, GNOME or KDE, the result was the same.Any idea how to solve this?

I have just upgraded the Zoom workplace client to version 6.6.6, and the share screen chooser is garbled (see attached screenshot). Downgrading to 6.6.0 fixes the problem. I tried this on Gnome/Wayland on both openSUSE Tumbleweed (Zoom workpkace rpm package; Gnome 49.1) and on Bluefin GTS (Zoom flatpak install; Gnome 47.5). Does anyone else observe this, or is it just me? Edit: also tested on openSUSE Leap 15.6 with Gnome/Wayland 45.3: same problem.

Does anyone know if its possible to use iCalendar/Mac Calendar with Zoom to schedule/show meetings?  We have the desktop app but our email is not hosted by Outlook or Google.  It appears that Zoom only supports Exchange and Google for these integrations.  Anyone at Zoom reading this - will there ever be  Apple support for mail/calendar? 

I am a teacher. I record all my seminars to the cloud. When I share screen everything is fine, when I allow students to share screen the recording automatically stops without notifying me. How do I stop this from happening?

When in a Zoom meeting, I used to be able to adjust desktop speaker volume of my using my computer's volume controls. Now, they do not work on Zoom volume -- instead, I have to go into Zoom Settings/Audio and move the slider. Is this a setting issue? Or did Zoom change this?

With the latest update, version 6.2.0, recurring meetings with "No Fixed Time" have been removed from the desktop client home screen and calendar. There is no way to put them back on there without changing them to a fixed schedule and end date. Tell Zoom that this change MUST BE REVERSED. I and thousands of other users routinely use Zoom to hold meetings with no fixed schedule and no end date. We don't use the Zoom calendar for anything -- we have our own calendar and invitation systems. All recurring meetings should be available somewhere on the client home screen. I have reviewed several pages of questions related to Polling in Meetings and do not see this question answered.  Apologies if I've missed something. We have long had the feature turned on to allow hosts to create a poll before OR DURING a meeting.  I have one Pro user who never sees the option to begin a Poll in real time during an active meeting.   When I start a meeting myself, as another Pro user, I also don't see a Polling option.  We are both updated on version 5.8.7.2058.  I have not inquired of anyone else in our organization if they are encountering the same issue, but if two of us are, presumably everyone is.  Screenshot attached shows my Zoom menu bar (nothing under More except Live Stream options).Please advise. Thank you,Amber

I recently started getting ENDLESS meeting reminder popups, for meetings that have been cancelled or that I am not attending.  These pop up every 5-6 seconds perpetually.  Apparently the only way to stop them is to DELETE THE MEETING that they are reminding me of.• Closing the pop (via the "X") closes it momentarily, then it reappears again in a few seconds• Clicking "Snooze" closes the popup, but AGAIN for only a few seconds• Clicking "Dismiss" (after the scheduled start time) closes the popup, but AGAIN it pops up within a few seconds!!• Even if I join the meeting momentarily and then leave the meeting (or end the meeting, if it was my own meeting), the popup STILL starts coming back every few seconds!!!This is insane!!  Why can't I simply close / dismiss the reminder and have it be GONE?!?!?  This is SO ANNOYING!!I am apparently running Zoom Workplace version 6.1.12 (46889) on a Windows 11 PC.

Hi, Is there any option to switch between the Camera and the Presentation Screen quickly, without closing the screen sharing?  If there is no such option to do it now,  is it possible to make some software improvements to enable such an option to use the full screen Camera view, while doing a presentation. 

Is it possible for a participant to record meeting without host invitation or permission? If a participant records, will this cancel the host’s recording? Paid subscription host recording to local device. Thanks for your expertise!

Example: I am the host of a meeting and start recording the session. I need to leave early, so I make someone a co-host. Question: Will the meeting continue to record with the co-host if I leave? Or will recording end? I am recording to the cloud. 

I went to my recording settings and turned off the automatic recording when meeting using my personal meeting room. It is still auto recording. How do I turn this off? 

I’m currently using the Zoom Basic plan to create instant meetings through API requests and display them on my website using the component view. I noticed that with both the Basic and Pro plans, I can’t host multiple meetings at the same time. If I purchase the Video SDK Pay As You Go plan, will I be able to host multiple meetings simultaneously?

A client called today to complain that on his Mac, his zoom desktop no longer sends meeting invitations. I am not a mac user, but from my work in Zoom on Windows, when scheduling a meeting, if Outlook is configured it will open the Send meeting invite and you can then enter the recipients.On mac all I can get it to do is add the meeting to the outlook calendar, or with apple mail configured, I can add the meeting to the icloud calendar, but not invitation is actually sent. What am I doing wrong? Is this really possible on mac desktop zoom client? Thank you!

I am trying to customize my meeting link with my company name. The knowledge center provides these instructions below but my issue is that under Step 3, there is no "Customize" option showing in my profile/meeting. I have a Pro account and I updated my version earlier this week. Is there another reason this option is missing?  To create your personal Zoom link for a meeting:Sign in to the Zoom web portal.In the navigation menu, click Profile.Under Meeting, to the right of Personal Link, click Customize.Enter the ID or personal link desired.Click Save Changes.

Hi everyone! I've created several zoom-meetings for my students. Each meeting has it's own topic, so I want to put a corresponding banner on every meeting's waiting room. But I can't find settings to customize a single meeting. In Zoom support I see only how to change the banner for all the meetings at once. So the question is - can I put different banners for different waiting rooms? If it's possible, where can I find these settings?Thanks in advance!

About a week ago I can no longer Mute/UnMute with the button on my AirPods Pro.It has been working perfectly in the past. Now I get a Zoom error message "Cannot control mic with AirPods pro" See picture.This is a new error It used to work up until about a week ago.I tried reinstalling Zoom. I tried unpinning and reaping my Bluetooth headset.

I'm hoping someone can advise me on how to troubleshoot an audio issue.  I have an issue where every so often my Zoom audio will cut out for 1-3 seconds although the video continues. While not frequent, it means I can miss key pieces of information. (a) This is not a standard connectivity issue -- the video continues without lagging or interruption(b) This is not a standard speaker/audio source issue -- it lasts only a few seconds and it does not occur on other programs, only on Zoom(c) This is not an issue with the speaker's audio -- it occurs across a range of meetings I'm in and I'm the only one who experiences the loss What can I do to troubleshoot?

When I open my Zoom app on my MacBook Pro Camera it shows me with a white background.  I have tried everything to get this to go away it will not.  If I change to desk view it shows what is behind me.  I have checked camera settings.  I have went on my iPad and iPhone all of it works but the MacBook Pro Camera view which gives the weird white background.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Traveling to Dubai in a few days and I am seeing conflicting info on the web about whether Zoom works there.Does it work there?

I have online music classes for a long time. Suddenly, from this week, two students encountered the same issue during the class, which is that the setting to original audio does not stop Zoom from auto-suppressing the sound. I can't hear their their piano playing at all, and all background noise disappeared too. I changed devices using a phone, iPad and Windows laptop, the issue persists. I'm sure it's not my receiving side's issue. It's the issue with the device of my students. They both use Apple products, iPhone and iPad. Is there an iPad upgrade that conflicts with the Zoom setting? Has anybody encountered the same issue as I did?

Hi- I am in US and take guitar lessons with a teacher in UK. He records the lessons for me. He uses a windows computer(I believe)  and I use my Ipad pro (updated)  and though I have checked enable original sound for musicians both in and out of a meeting my teacher CAN NOT hear my guitar. We can speak to each other but as soon as I play he says my guitar cannot be heard. I can see and  hear his guitar.  I take my lesson in a quiet room. He says I am the only student he has this issue with!i tried taking a lesson on my patio and when i played the recording some of the sound cut off intermittently. Please help! 

While I am able to see closed captions in some meetings, I am unable to turn them on in other meetings. I have gone to Accessibility in Settings, but  CC simply would not appear at the bottom of the screen. They did not turn on when the other member present initiated the call, nor when I initiated the call. I did get as far as seeing the sample of a caption, and I turned on "enable." I hope someone can guide me to a solution.
