microphone settings

I have had the same settings for years but all of a sudden it switches to a different setting 

The client cannot hear me during a meeting. I also play music which cant be heard.

Audio codec 

Same as speakers codec

Original sound for musician

I use a laptop and an external speaker and mixer and headset microphone.
