Waiting Room Image not Displaying for Users

Hello Everyone:

I've tried customizing the waiting room but users keep seeing the default zoom screen when they log on.

I tested the various options - logo, image, etc. and successfully saved but it's not displaying on the users end. Also restarted the laptop to see if that would help, but it didn't. Signed out of Zoom settings as well, but that did not help either. 

Everything else I change has taken effect except the waiting room customization.

    Hello, I am also having the same issue.  Quite frustrating. Does ZOOM even read these comments to assist users?

    Hello Community Members,

    I’m sorry for the delayed response.

    Your custom waiting room will only display if the waiting room is enabled before the meeting is scheduled. If you enable Waiting Room during a live meeting (using in-meeting security controls), participants will see the default Zoom waiting room screen instead of your customizations.

    To make sure your custom waiting room appears for participants:

    • Enable Waiting Room in your meeting settings before you schedule the meeting.
    • Do not enable it for the first time during a live meeting.

    If you follow these steps, your logo, image, and other customizations should display as expected.
