AI Meeting Summary Emails Stopped After 11 June – Missing critical summaries

I'm experiencing a critical issue with Zoom AI Meeting Summary emails and need urgent help.
The Problem:

I was receiving AI Meeting Summary emails regularly until 11 June 2026
After that date, the automated summary emails completely stopped arriving. I didn’t change anything.

Have just had very frustrating sessions with the web bot ‘helper’ which yielded nothing although test zooms and suddenly they’re working again?

Urgent Need:
I specifically need the AI summary assets from a meeting held on 21 August 2026:

Questions:

Where can I retrieve the missing AI summary from the 21 August meeting?
Why did the automated emails stop after 11 June when they had been working correctly before?
 

Would really appreciate any info / wisdom to find these assets.
