Attendee logs are retained for 15 months per Getting started with Zoom reporting How can we change this retention period? I don't see any knowledge articles explaining how the retention period can be reduced from 15 months to say, 180 days. 

I recently paired my new Airpods Pro with my PC, and it is the default speaker/microphone. When I am in a Zoom meeting, I do not hear anything (nor can anyone hear my mic), even when the Zoom settings show I am connected to my Airpods. Volume is up everywhere. I have manually changed the mic/headphones within Zoom setting. I test speaker and microphone and no sound comes through my airpods  This is ONLY a Zoom issue (no trouble hearing any other audio on my PC) and it's not happening with the Zoom app on my phone. 

Hello, ProblemI'm using my Airpods Pro 2 to take Zoom calls on my PC running Windows 11. Despite keeping the volume to 100%, I can barely hear what the others are saying only in a Zoom call. When I'm playing audio via Spotify windows app, or Youtube via browser, 20% volume is sufficient to provide that clarity. When I keep Spotify playing on the side with say 30% volume and open Zoom settings -> Audio, there is a pause in the playback and then the audio playing via Spotify becomes barely audible. The loudness drops drastically (despite keeping 100% volume) only on Zoom calls or Zoom audio settings. 100% volume on Zoom feels like 20% or less in other apps. The mic output seems fine though. I am having issues  as follows: 1. On Zoom app which I can open - cannot start a new meeting - when I click doesn't do anything 2. On Zoom app which I can open - cannot open settings  - when I click doesn't do anything 3. 2. On Zoom app which I can open - cannot Join  - when I click doesn't do anything Web Version Ok Any ideas .. I have reinstalled Zoom a few times -- no luck     

HiI'm having an issue accessing meetings when I click on a meeting link sent to me. I have a free Zoom account which shouldn't make any difference with this issue. I've got the Zoom app installed on my laptop. Previously meeting links would open automatically in the app. Now they're not. I get taken to a Zoom website  and click on "Join from Zoom Workplace app" and nothing happens (previously I didn't even have to click that button). I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Same issue. If I open the app, some meetings are on the right side bar as scheduled. I can access if they're there. I have no idea how some get there and others don't. I discovered a workaround which is not convenient - I open the app, click "Join", go to the email, copy and paste the meeting link or ID and then copy and paste the passcode. Does anyone have any answers as to why accessi

I have a basic license and I already have a weekly meeting scheduled on Sundays.  Can I also schedule a weekly meeting for Tuesdays without eliminating the Sunday one?

I have a regular meeting that consistently drops the connection multiple times during the meeting. My internet connection is stable. I have several other meetings with other people and don't have this issue, only with this particular other user. We have tried it with them hosting and with me hosting, and the result is always the same. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I'm looking forward to testing out this sign language interpretation in a zoom meeting tomorrow. We will have two hired interpreters that will transition every 15 minutes. We've tested this out and it looks great live, but we also need a good recording for archival purposes. For the recording, I've enabled the sign language interpreter recording in my "Settings," however this seems to just trigger a separate video file of the ASL interpreter along with a separate speaker view video file. Is there no way to have a recording that has both speaker view + interpreter in the same video file when you download it from the cloud - or are separate video recordings our only option? I'm also curious if a "local" recording to someone's local machine will trigger a different view as a workaround to see that ASL interpreter. Thank you in advance for any advice! 

I activated Transcript in Settings (via web) now. But is there a way to get transcript of videos which were recorded on the cloud before I changed the settings?

Am unable to enable the Virtual Background in my android tab. I tried changing my settings - ( meeting advanced- enabled virtual background) but still it doesn't gives me the option of virtual background in the "more" option at the right bottom on the meeting screen. How can I sort it out? 

After creating a zoom survey, I created a test response to ensure it was working properly. Now I cannot find a way to delete that individual test response from the survey results without downloading the data and deleting it manually.  Ideally, I would like to find a way to delete the individual survey response within the zoom platform so when I download the data I know I am downloading real responses only, and the visualization within Zoom is accurate.  Any ideas?

I have to say, trying to find anyone to speak to at ZOOM is a bigger challenge than climbing Rushmore.  I am hoping someone can help me here.  When people are in my waiting room, it still displays my old company name.  Everything I find tells me my new company name is on the account.  How can I change this??

We have one pro account with multiple licensed users. I do NOT want to know whether the SAME licensed user can hold or attend concurrent meetings. I keep getting directed to information about that. What I want to know is whether licensed user Ashley and licensed user Brad can each have a separate meeting at the same time—they are both licensed users from the SAME pro account. Ashley and Brad do not want to attend both meetings or set up both meetings. Ashley wants to run one for her team at 2 pm, and Brad wants to run one for his team at 2 pm on the same day. Neither wants to be knocked off when the other starts their meeting. No one on their invite list wants to attend both meetings. Is this possible? I have a feeling the reason this keeps getting asked over and over is that the zoom support doc that seems to cover "concurrent meetings" only mentions if one host or user wants to run multiple meetings. Hello,I was on a Zoom meeting and twice in the meeting my Zoom hand was raised.  I never touched the raise my had feature.  Does the Host or Co-host have the ability to raise the attendee's virtual hand?   This interrupted the meeting.    Please advise

I have a new ipad and have installed Zoom. When I click on a meeting and click add invitees only "send message" and "copy to clipboard" appear as options. There's no option to send email. Any help is appreciated. I'd love to not have to copy and paste into an email for every meeting. The option to "send email" does show up on Zoom on my iphone. 

We anticipate a future public meeting where an attendee may want to talk over folks. When I mute this person do they have the ability to unmute themselves or is there a feature where I can mute them permanently if they get too disruptive? Does anyone have best practices on how to manage this kind of experience in a public meeting setting? Thanks.

I noticed today that Zoom is not adding a phone option to my meetings.  When I signed into my account and edited a meeting, I see a message beneath my audio settings: "No dial-in countries/regions available" I followed the directions in this article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068094but got held up in tryin got adjust the "Global Dial-In Countries/Regions" setting. There is no edit button, just plain text that says "Not yet". Thoughts?  

During Zoom meetings my voice is heard fine both through the computer microphone and the headset microphone. I am trying to send Morse Code which is a series of dots and dashes ( a dot is a short tone and a dash is a longer tone. The tones are approximately 700HZ in frequency.) Zoom does not recognize these tones with either microphone. These tones were recognized on my older computer using  Zoom. 

When using chromecast to cast a webinar to a TV... How do you cast the audio with the video? In every instance I know of the audio only plays from the casting device and not through the TV speakers... 

How do I turn off Center Stage video setting for PC? This is the new video feature that zooms in and out on your face as you move around while your camera is on during a Zoom video meeting. There's a thread in how to fix this, which is different for Mac and PC users. For PC, it says there's a "Center Stage" video setting you have to uncheck in Zoom Video Settings, however I've looked everywhere and I don't think it exists.  I've reached out to Zoom Support for help and the conclusion with them was that they have a solution for Mac users, but nothing as of now for PC.  Has anyone figured this out yet? I know I'm not the only one here with this frustration... 

I was recently in a meeting which was hosted by someone else which ended suddenly. I then saw the message "This free meeting has ended". Previously I have always see a message warning me that the meeting will end soon eg 10 minutes, 5 minutes. Just curious if anyone else experienced a basic (free) meeting ending without warnings? Thanks 

I teach Pilates on Zoom and I send the clips to my participants. Up until this Friday they have been able to open the clips and do the class on their iPads. Friday that changed and they are no longer able to access the clip on their iPad. Has anyone else experienced this same problem? This is a major problem for me.
