Hi,I am having trouble logging into my Zoom account. I usually logged in using GOOGLE, but by mistake, I disabled the option to log in to Zoom using GOOGLE in my account settings, and now I have no other way to log in to Zoom. Currently, when trying to log in using Google, the following message appears: "You cannot log in to your Zoom account using this method. Please contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2 025)" I need your help urgently as I have a very important online meeting today, and I need access to my account
My father is trying to create a Zoom account so we can video chat, but he's stuck on the Privacy Statement. He can't find the button to accept the terms and continue creating his account, and he's gotten so frustrated with searching for it that he's gotten disgusted and given up. He says he scrolled all the way to the bottom of it but can't see anything to click. I can't see his screen, so I have no idea how to help him, and the virtual assistant has no answers. Can someone please tell us how to get past the Privacy Statement so he can join the meeting I'm trying to set up? Thank you.

Hi, I have had to create another account to create this query in the community. I have a Basic account on another email address which has 2FA enabled. I never enabled 2FA and do not have the recovery keys. I'm unable to log back into my account. Can someone please help as I need access to my account. Thanks

I have a basic account. I tried to log on and it prompted me to create a 2fa code (which I already had). I did this, and now my new 2fa does not work, and I cannot log onto my old basic account. Zoom will let me reset my password, but not my 2fa. I created a new basic account to post this question. How do I delete my old basic account and switch to the new?
Hello, My other account is currently inaccessible, so I’m posting from a different one to reach the team.Google Sign-In was disabled, and now I’m completely locked out — I never created a separate Zoom password, so I can’t log in using any other method. Every help article or chatbot response tells me to “log in” to fix the issue, but that’s exactly what I'm unable to do. Hello I have recently taken over as an Office Manager at a Small Business and I am looking to merge / consolidate the various Workplace Pro accounts into one licence - We only have 5-8 staff each with their own paid accounts some annual some paid monthly but not looking to upgrade for a Business license. Can I just increase the licenses on one 'Master' Admin account and then invite the other users? Even though they have already paid for an annual subscription? Also is there a way to find out all the users from one domain? - I fear there maybe former staff members with a rolling subscription and no obvious way of knowing if they have an active paid account or not - Any advice?

I still cannot figure out my Zoom account problem, as I paid my Zoom Meetings Workplace Pro renewal on 3/27 (as evidenced in my bank account withdrawal). Yet, my account shows I only have Zoom Workplace Basic. Somehow, I was downgraded and cannot get anyone via customer service call back (limited to Business Pro and above) and Zoom chat is useless! Zoom chat gives basic answers that don't come close to answering my problems/issues! It appears I'll have to pay another $159.90 to have a Zoom Meetings Workplace Pro account again! I cannot link to my Google account at all, so I'm in limbo right now. Do you know anyone with customer service call-in access who might ask a quest

I've been paying and using zoom pro for years and all of a sudden it switched me back to the basic plan even though my zoom pro is still being processed and paid each month. Paid for Zoom One Pro back in December but my account (only 1 email address used) still shows Basic.Suport form is useless, cannot press "Next" after filling in all boxes.Email billing - that fails with a zoom returned email stating to use KB, KB and chat bot are useless. Someone from Zoom needs to reply to this and assist, or quite simply I will do a chargeback as I expect a modicum of service, granted do not need telephone support, but the minimum is a working and proper email address for support when your own product fails to work as it should when money is paid.

I've added contacts in my profile to use in setting up zoom meeting, they don't appear in invite box when setting up a meeting. Why can't the system recall contacts and/or popular emails of contacts when creating a meeting?
