Desperate need of refund (2 years of being charged for Zoom with non-usage)

I signed up for Zoom because I urgently needed it for one meeting. I intended to cancel Zoom, but as I recollect, I couldn't figure out how (I believe because I did not know which email was connected to my Zoom). Two years ago I came here asking for a refund. Zoom did not responsd, so I assumed there was nothing else I could do. I have seen others receive instructions to contact Billing by signing into the Zoom account, but please remember that this is not an option for me as I don't know which email address is attached to the account that's being charged, so I can't sign in.

I've now been charged over $300 for a subscription I never wanted to keep. After I paid for it, I do not believe I ever even touched the free trial version (again, due to not knowing what email was connected to the free trial).

Can someone please help me identify the account that's being billed? I can provide the charge amount, billing date, the last four digits of the card, and every email address I think might be connected to it.

I just want this subscription canceled and I'd appreciate someone reviewing these charges. Both the charge from July 15, 2026 as well as the 2025 charges I requested last year.

Best,

Ryan

    Hello @Ryan Hidalgo,

Thanks for reaching out. We know unexpected charges or auto-renewals can be frustrating.

For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.

For account-specific help, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, per Zoom’s Terms of Service.
