I am not able to find out an option to upgrade from 499 plan to pro plan which is 1147 

Hi, I signed up for the Zoom phone metered plan ($12/ monthly) and after trying to add my Poly E350 Voip phone by using the MAC, I continue to get an error message stating “Extension 800 requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan.” Please see attachment   Is there something I’m missing, or do I need to upgrade the plan again in order for me to add the phone? Any advice is really appreciated. Thank you

Unfortunately, I have only received automated responses and have not been able to speak with anyone from the support team.The add-on renewed on June 10, 2026, and I canceled it on June 16, 2026. I simply forgot to cancel it before renewal, and the feature has not been used since then. I had paid all the credit and it shows paid as well, but i am still not able to avail the services. Does anyone know why? 

I was charged 250.86 Canadian by ZoomUS on January 18/2024. I did not authorize this nor have I been able to contact anyone about it. When I tried phoning, I was cut off because I did not have my account number which I have been unable to access. Please help. ***********

Luego olvide cancelarlo, zoom es algo qué no uso y no volvería usar. Paso el mes y se cobro en automático, he intentado una devolución y la respuesta ha sido NO. Un servicio qué no usaré, qué no estoy interesado. No recibí un correo anticipando el cobro, a veces pasa y a todos nos ha pasado qué se olvida una subscripción y a veces se envía un correo para recordar la renovación. Sí pasaba eso, en ese momento lo hubiera cancelado. No hago reuniones por llamada. Alguien de aquí alguna vez recibió devolución, me siento molesto y lo considero injusto, creo qué los casos deberían estudiarse.

I made a payment on Zoom in April for a one-time event,but since then, the same amount has been regularly deducted from my card every month.I am told there is a contract period, but I no longer use this service.No one wants to pay 450,000 won for three months just to hold a single meeting.I was unaware of the contract period and did not see it. I just made a mistake. Instead, I made a payment to continue the pro current plan with a total of 100 participants. I should have upgraded to 300 participants. How can I cancel the payment and choose to upgrade to a capacity of 300 participants?
