Hello,

On June 15, 2026, I purchased Zoom Workplace Business (Commercial) for 300 participants.

During the purchase process, ZoomMate Standard Capacity (Zoom Horizontal AI) was also added by mistake and charged separately for USD 238.

I cancelled ZoomMate immediately after noticing the error. The service has not been used.

I would like to request a full refund for ZoomMate Standard Capacity (Invoice INV358331713), while keeping Zoom Workplace Business active.
