Issue with adding Voip phone to Zoom

Hi, I signed up for the Zoom phone metered plan ($12/ monthly) and after trying to add my Poly E350 Voip phone by using the MAC, I continue to get an error message stating “Extension 800 requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan.” Please see attachment  

 

Is there something I’m missing, or do I need to upgrade the plan again in order for me to add the phone? Any advice is really appreciated. Thank you

    I apologize for the late response. We’re glad to have you here.
     

    It looks like the error is coming up because extension 800 hasn’t been assigned a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan yet, which is required before it can be added to your Poly E350 VoIP phone.

     

    Since you already have a Zoom Phone Metered plan, could you double-check if extension 800 is actually assigned to it in your Zoom Phone settings?

     

    If it’s not assigned yet, just go ahead and link it to your Metered plan first, then try adding the device again. No need to upgrade anything—you should be all set once the assignment is in place.
