Unable to Reach Human Support – Request for Billing Review and Customer Assistance

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Zoom support.
I have been trying to reach a human representative regarding a billing issue involving the automatic renewal of my Large Meeting 500 Participants add-on. Unfortunately, I have only received automated responses and have not been able to speak with anyone from the support team.
The add-on renewed on June 10, 2026, and I canceled it on June 16, 2026. I simply forgot to cancel it before renewal, and the feature has not been used since then. I am requesting that my case be reviewed by a real person and considered for a one-time courtesy refund.
What concerns me even more is the lack of access to genuine support. The only place where I have been able to express my concerns is this community forum, which should not be the only option for paying customers seeking assistance.
I currently use more than three Zoom accounts under different email addresses and have been a loyal Zoom user. However, experiences like this make me seriously question whether I should continue relying on Zoom as my preferred platform.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for the opportunity to have my case reviewed by a human representative and to receive the level of customer support that paying customers expect.
