I am new to ZCC and have been working with our ServiceNow team to setup the integration.  We have the integration working; however, we are running into an issue with phone number matching/lookup between ZCC and ServiceNow.  Anyone else run into this and have a fix?  ZCC formats phones numbers as +1xxxxxxxxxx and in Service Now the phones are store with parenthesis and/or dashes.  If I change the number in ServiceNow to match the ZCC number format then the User lookup works and the user is populated in the Interaction record.  I am hoping there is a way to normalization the phone numbers between ServiceNow and ZCC so the integration will find Users by phone number.  Updating all the phone numbers in ServiceNow is not an option.

Hi!There is a new feature in version 6.1.10 where a banner is present in every chat showing External members are present. Is there a way to disable that? It is very annoying and distracting. Thanks in advance.Ana

I have attended thousands Zoom meetings since 3/12/20. However, in the past few months Zoom consistently turned my camera off.  If I turned the camera back on, Zoom will greyed out and frozen.Eventually I figured out that when my D drive has free space <3.75 TB, I will have Zoom problems.  I have a 10 TB Dell XPS 8940 computer.  OS C is 2 TB SSD with 1.32 TB Free, D is my 8 TB Data Drive with 3.62 TB Free.  I consistently need to move data out of my computer to external HD to have free space over 3.75 TB.  So I re-installed my Zoom 2 weeks ago. Then the real problems start.  I cannot see presenter's slides or maps while other attendees can!  I checked “View”, the Side-by-side with Speaker or Side-by-side with Gallery (sorry since I’m no longer able to see them, the names are from my memory) are no longer there.  I checked my settings many times.  Under “Share Screen” I have “Side-by-side mode” checked and “Focus mode” on.I turned the

I recently attended a Zoom call hosted by someone else. I joined as a guest, and didn't have my own Zoom account at the time/wasn't logged in.   I requested permission to record the call, which the host granted, and the recording icon was present throughout the call.   After the call ended, the host does not recall seeing the video converting message, and cannot find the recording locally/in the cloud. Likewise, I cannot find the recording locally, and as I say, wasn't logged in/didn't even have an account at that time. What has become of the recording, and how can we access it?Many thanks in advance!

Dear Zoom Support Team, I used to have a Zoom Pro account but switched to another provider due to a recurring issue I encountered. Many of my clients, especially those using Zoom for the first time or installing it for the first time, had significant difficulty joining the audio via their mobile device – specifically through the app, not using the phone network. For many users, the process of joining audio via mobile was confusing and led to frustrating delays. In several cases, I spent up to 20-30 minutes helping my clients figure out how to properly connect to the audio before we could start the actual conversation. My question is: Is there now an option when creating a Zoom meeting to allow participants to join audio only via computer or mobile app, similar to how platforms like Google Meet or FaceTime work? It would be very helpful to have the option to exclude the phone network entirely to simplify the process for my clients. I look forward to your response and

When analysing the surveys in a meeting where guests can also register, the names are not displayed.I have a meeting and a survey in which everyone can participate, I did a test and registered as a guest where I can also enter my name.If I now take part in the survey and then look at the results, I only see Guest in the name and not the name entered by the guest. So I can not do any analysis of the result because I only see Guest as name. The anonymised participation option is switched off.

Since the last update, I can no longer see any of my recurring, anytime meetings under the meeting tab. Does anyone know how I can access them in the desktop client or is this another thing that I must do from the browser?

I have enabled Zoom AI Companion as the owner of our account.  I would like to only allow this add-in for one user to test before we offer it house wide.  How do I select which user's can have this option enabled to start?

Currently when I create a meeting, the default setting is to have the meeting run for 30 minutes. The vast majority of meetings I book are 1 hour in duration, so I have to adjust this every time I set a new meeting. How do I change it so that the meetings will be 1 hour be default? (i.e. a meeting that starts at 10 am will end at 11 am by default, instead of 10:30 am, as it does now)

Hello everybody! Need some help with my Zoom video converting. Today I recorded a meeting on my computer (locally), 2 files with the extension *.zoom were formed. One takes up 1.2 GB, the second - 8 MB. Usually I double-click on one of these files and everything is converted to mp4. But in this case, nothing happens. I tried to transfer everything to another computer and try to convert the video there - no changes. What should I do? Thanks for support.

Every time I start the zoom app, the Timer app sound defaults to "And the Winner Is".WTF??? It scares the hell out of people every time it goes off, and I need to attend to the work I am doing. Is there a way to set the default to a beep? I’m so frustrated with all the extra steps I need to do here.

I have spent many hours over the past two days trying to resolve a serious issue with the Zoom Waiting Room function. Despite following every single step provided by Zoom Support (including enabling the Waiting Room at the account level, locking the setting, reinstalling the app, clearing the Zoom folder, etc.), the issue not only remains but has gotten worse. Now, even when a client joins the meeting, I no longer receive any notification via Zoom or email. I’ve tested this repeatedly using different devices, including my iPhone. No matter whether I join first or let the client join first, there is no sign that someone is waiting to be admitted. The Zoom app window doesn’t show any participants waiting, and I get no email alert. This has made it impossible for me to admit clients to meetings, and I risk losing them because of this. I’ve invested in Zoom for years to support my psychotherapy practice, but this issue is seriously impacting my work. Is there anyone who has

We're the Skagit Valley Chorale, a large community choir in northwest Washington State. You may know us as the choir whose March 2020 rehearsal became one of the first widely reported COVID superspreader events. Since then we've been very serious about keeping singers who are ill away from rehearsals, especially now that the choir has grown to 135 voices. We use Zoom so singers who are ill or need to be remote can still take part. We chose Zoom over Google Meet because Meet won't record without raising our Google Workspace costs.Like many performing-arts nonprofits, we've slowly adopted technology for our administration through Google Workspace for Nonprofits. Recently we've focused on improving the sound for remote attendees, who only listen and sing along at home with their audio and video muted. We also record rehearsals and post them to our YouTube channel so singers can review them later. We currently stream rehearsals to Zoom from a personally owned Windows 11 computer using the d

Earlier today I had an important C level meeting that I was trying to attend. The meeting just continuously displayed waiting for host for the entire 1 hour time slot and then inconsistently displays that the link expired. It didnt request entry of a passcode for the meeting which is abnormal when it requested the webinar ID. It displayed this way on multiple devices and connections. It is a fairly important regular quarterly meeting hosted by a major financial institution and there have been significant problems previously with meetings like this. Apparently you can't get basic human support from zoom even though depending on what happened with this it may have implications for zoom investment and the support bot directed me to these support forums. Basically all I want to know expediently is if the meeting was ever actually run or not because I was definitely there for it the entire time and there hasn't been any communication from the hosts that it was cancelled.

hi, I am using a Zoom Pro account and have purchased the Live Translation add-on, all the relevant settings have been done and confirmed correct as per Support Chat, but the Invoice Translator icon still does not appear on the tool control bar, please advise the reasona nd what I can do further.

There needs to be a separate audio notification specifically for when a participant enters the Waiting Room. There appears to be some confusion around this feature request because multiple reports asking for a Waiting Room audio notification have been marked solved by pointing to Zoom's existing join/leave sound setting. That is not the requested functionality. That setting produces notifications for people joining/leaving the meeting generally. What I (and apparently many other users based on the number of similar posts) need is much simpler:Play a sound for the host/co-hosts when someone enters the Waiting Room. That’s it. Simple. Problem solved. This is especially important after a meeting has started. Once you're presenting, screen sharing, or focused on the conversation, it's extremely easy to miss the small visual notification that someone has entered the Waiting Room. It disappears quickly, and someone can then sit there indefinitely because nobody realizes they're waiting to be adm

Zoom updated yesterday and now all of my contacts have disappeared. Why? How do I get them back? I need them.

I D BEEN USING MY ZOOM , ALWAYS WITH BLUE MICS FOR MY MEETINGS AND YOU TUBE INTERVIEWS .  IM HAVING ISSUE NOW WITH THE MIC , ONLY WITH ZOOM , CAUSE IM ABLE TO RECORD USING OTHER APPS OR DEVICES .   PROBLEM ONLY PERSISTS IN ZOOM

Sometimes, I do not have internet service.  For instance, if I am on an airplane without wi-fi.  However, the Zoom pop up "unable to establish secure connection" constantly appears, interfering with whatever I am doing on the computer.  How can I disable this pop up when I have no internet service?

Zoom-7.0.00 for Linux. Impossible to use text input tool for whiteboard, since Zoom interprets non-latin letters incorrectly, as commands to switch focus or change tools.

Hi,User in my team as a contact centre are having issues where the call doesn't ring or connect and just pop up as a missed call. This isn't every call and doesn't affect all agents but some experience every other call.

Can I schedule a meeting for 70 attendees by first listing 4 attendees in the Scheduler template and Saving that template?  Zoom will assign the Meeting Link and schedule.  May I then open a Google email, addressed to 66 attendees, cut and paste the Zoom Meeting Link on to this Google email?

I too am having issues with my Apple Pencil on the classic whiteboard but not one that I am seeing here,  My issue is that when I use my apple pencil to write as I write the letters disappear immediately(but not all of them!) and sometimes I have to write the same letter(symbol) three or four times before it stays on the screen.  But there is even more weirdness going on,  If I use the highlighter feature available as a pencil choice it works as it should.  In addition if in the pencil mode and I use my finger to write, there is also no issue with letters disappearing.  HELP!!!!

I just learned today that the blocked/spam indicator icon is not an org-synced indicator.  All our zoom phone users are expected to report spam calls that they answer, but since the blocked/spam icon isn’t an org-synced indicator, the only way to verify if numbers are being reported by staff members is to search the manual spam number list.  I believe organizations using zoom phone would universally benefit if the blocked indicator was org-synced.To the development team: “Zoom Phone: When an admin/user marks a number as spam (Manual Spam Number list), show the same ‘marked as spam/blocked’ indicator icon in call history for all users/org members (especially call queue members), not just the user who reported it.”
