Structuring the Zoom Meeting Invitation for 60 attendees

Can I schedule a meeting for 70 attendees by first listing 4 attendees in the Scheduler template and Saving that template?  Zoom will assign the Meeting Link and schedule.  May I then open a Google email, addressed to 66 attendees, cut and paste the Zoom Meeting Link on to this Google email?
