Contacts disappeared after update

Mine too. Can I use the old version? It was much better.

Is there any solution to this problem? We have encountered this as well but googling gives no luck.

We've found a walk-around to "Invite a Zoom User to Connect" as a temporary solution.

Same issue after 7.0.5→ 7.1.0 update. contacts are still there but not visible on contact tab

Same issue after update from 6x to 7x. Contacts list is empty. When I try to add the old contacts, Zoom App says they are already a contact but does not show them. Recommended steps do not help: Log out and log back in, close the app and restart. Nothing works. Is there a way to look at my contacts list online? I can’t find it. This is sooooo bad.

Mine too ...most of my contacts were lost after the update ...but they still exist in chat ...so I get them from there

Is Zoom aware of this bug?  Are they working on a fix?

In my case, the contacts are still there, in the Android app, under “External Contacts”.   But not in the Windows app, or in the web interface.

Also of note, when the Zoom Windows app first starts up, it shows what looks like an older version of the contacts screen, which shows 2 contacts, then refreshes, then shows the new contacts screeen, with External Contacts: 2, and then the 2 immediately switches to 0.

When I “star” the contacts on my phone, they show up in the Windows app under “Starred Contacts” but still do not appear under “External Contacts”.  That’s a potential work-around while you wait for the Zoom bug squashers to get around to this issue.
