Music on new iPadAir6 during Zoom meeting

I have a new iPadAir6, iPadOS version 18.3.2. When music is played during a Zoom meeting its starts out loud and clear for 3-4  seconds, then the volume goes way down and the quality is poor. The sound fluctuates for the duration of the music. V

I can hear my phone ringing and I’ve also done the test speaker function, which I can hear but once I answer a call, they cannot hear me and I cannot hear them. I have test called other people so I know it’s not the client, it appears to be on my end

My picture is too big

Just in Zoom my face is very big, i need to distance 2 meter from my laptop to be in normal size. This is not normal, in other prgrams the picture is normal. Sorry, i am not English native speaker.
