Where can I access we asked registrants to submit when they registered

Hello @AM8

Click on your webinar in the portal. Scroll to the bottom to see the registrant details. Click on the edit button on the right. Click on an individual registrant to see their details including "answers" to any customer questions on the registration form.

You can also go to Reports | Usage Reports | Webinar and export registration details from a specific webinar as a csv file.

Can I get the information from the questions before the webinar date? I am organising a webinar in April and I would like to see the responses I have so far, but seems like I am unable to.

You can using the registration reports. You can obtain this within Zoom. If you want to automate this you can either use APIs to extract the reports of there is a Zoom app, Salepager, for automatically generating webinar reports. You can also track the number of registrants for an upcoming webinar.
