How can the auto-framing feature be turned off on the Android app?  It tracks one's face around the screen to keep it centered. It turns off when I use a background image, but not without one. I would like it off at all times.I have the latest version of Zoom (6.5.12.33008) running on the latest software of the OnePlus Pad tablet (Android 15).

I had a few possible audios recorded and they seemed to be ok. And then I tried the default. Nope. I'll use one of my own.So I deleted the existing audios I'd done -- nothing at all showing on that screen. And then I recorded a new one. It plays back just fine there on the Settings page. And it's the ONLY recording showing on that page that shows the audios you've recorded. But when I call the phone number, the OLD and deleted audio keeps playing. And worse, immediately after the deleted one plays, the default (and very loud) "We are sorry ..." message plays, too.How on earth can I fix this? Thanks for any help.

We were running Zoom Video meetings and a few of our participants would use the Zoom Dial in number to access via phone because they did not have access to video.  When they would dial in they would be asked for 1) Zoom Meeting ID# 2) Participant ID 3) the meeting passcode.  This feature worked seamlessly for our phone participants for over a year. Recently this all came to an end. Now when they dial in they enter the meeting ID (Which has not changed) and receive this message..."This Meeting Does Not Allow Phone Dial In" and then the line disconnects. Nothing has changed on the admin side. All settings have been the same for over a year. Any suggestions on what may have changed to cause this?

Hi, I have a problem with a share screen during a meeting. I use three monitors for my desktop PC, and when I want to share screen and try to choose screen 2 or 3, it does not appear. Also, I try to go to the advance for screen portion. It is not there. There are no options for that. Previously, I used to have them; I am trying to understand why these options are now missing under the share screen.  I tried to search under Zoom Help and couldn't find information to resolve this problem. I uninstalled, restarted my computer, and closed and opened zoom, but nothing changed.  I resort to this now with the community for Help!  Appreciate it if someone familiar with this problem could provide some guidance! Thank you  Best regards,Fareez

I have several charges on my purchasing card that I have been trying to have removed and Zoom will not remove them. I work for an enormous college hospital system with a corporate Zoom account. I am one of literally thousands of lower-level employees, I do not pay for the hospital systems Zoom account. I have been ill served by their "Tier II" department. Who has claimed that the charges are from an increase in Zoom Room Licenses and monthly cloud services. MY COPRORATE CREDIT CARD WAS NEVER REGISTERED WITH ZOOM! I cannot believe that I am still fighting with them to remove the charges! Has this happened to anyone else?  Hi - Thank you for contacting Zoom Billing. I am showing the charges are for an increase in Zoom Room licenses from 45 to 55 and Monthly Cloud services. I will transfer you to our Renewals team who can assist you with cancelling the services if needed.Best,FernandoBIL0601858 / GR0144620

When setting up a meeting, you can enter attendees however whenever I paste a list of emails, it is seen as invalid. I tried to separate them with commas, but it still is not working. I do not want to enter them individually, any ideas?

This isn't exactly Zoom related but I'm having an issue getting my Cisco 8865 to connect to WIFI. Any idea what the issue could be? Thanks!

I've searched everywhere for a solution and nothing has worked.  My time zone and time are correct, a ringtone is set, I'm showing as available, yet still I'm missing calls. I have my headphones on so that's where I'd prefer calls to ring but even external speakers would be okay.

I use multiple Virtual Backgrounds and frequently need to change them in the middle of a meeting (I use the background to illustrate points in class). I am currently going into Settings/Video and manually changing the background. But I have so many, I often can't find the one I want. How can I put them in order? I want students to see me and the slide at the same time.

After attempting to start a meeting I log in, enter the site then it starts rebooting and then freezes my camera and external mouse.  I bought a new mouse thinking that the mouse I had wasn't linking up with my system. Problem still occurs.

i purchase zoom pro for 1 month and it was finished and cant access my previous recording, cant repurchase againany way to access my previous record, it is so expensive to pay 17 dollar to just access cloud for 2 days

I am from India and was successfully using a Zoom monthly paid account. However, my credit card expired, and I got a new one. When I tried to restart my monthly paid subscription with the new card, it showed the message: “The payment currency option is not available for your country.”I also tried using several of my international credit cards that work for making payments in USD on other apps and platforms, but not on Zoom. How can I resolve this issue?

I would like past meetings summarized.  Is there a way to run it through Zoom's AI system?  I still have the recordings.  Thank you

HelloOn last Friday, August 29th I launched a 1-hour Webinar but forgot to record it. Is there any chance to get a recording of the event within the Zoom cloud?

Hello,We are currently using the Zoom CTI integration with Salesforce for our call center operations. After each call, a task is automatically created in Salesforce when the call is dispositioned, which is great. However, the task automatically pops up on the screen, interrupting the flow for our reps as they need to manually close the task window before they can make their next call.We want the task to be created as expected but would like to prevent it from automatically opening and disrupting the workflow. Is there a way to:Ensure that the task is still created after call disposition.Prevent the task from automatically opening in Salesforce after it's created, allowing the reps to continue working without the interruption.Any guidance or suggestions on how to configure this behavior would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have been using Zoom to teach voice lessons online since Covid, and while there were sometimes some lag or freezing, I could always hear my students sing.  Starting 2-3 months ago, the audio in Zoom became increasingly more problematic, and now doesn't work any more at all for singing.  At present, I am only using Zoom for one student.  We can hear each other speak, he can hear my keyboad, and he can hear when I sing to demonstrate, but I cannot hear him half the time.  The sound cuts in and out.  Why is this?  Something obviously changed at Zoom.  There has been no change to either of our computers.  What changes did Zoom make to audio that created this problem?

Received an unexpected email from Secure Zoom Document with an invitation to View an attached document.  Don't know the sender.  As a CPA and Tax Preparer I do not open attachments that are emailed.  I have no idea why I got this and no way of determining whether its legit.  Tried other ways to tell Zoom but since I am on a free version, no luck T

Hi, we are currently setting up our call queues and a feature we had with our old system was that a caller can Press 1 anytime to go straight to the voicemail of the call queue instead of waiting. Is it something possible with Zoom Phone system? Thanks in advance!

Hey Zoom team, We have started to use Zoom simulive for running regular trainings as part of our scaled customer onboarding programme (All of these were live previously). We always have moderators proactively sharing information in the chat as well as answering questions in the Q&A but we have found that the experience for the user is a lot less personable before given that the moderator cannot be seen on camera also.Is this something that you are planning to implement for simulive? It's a major blocker for us. I understand that it's possible to do the live Q&A afterwards but without being able to see the moderators during the session there has been some accusations that it is not even real people in the chat and that they are AI bots. We want to make the experience more personable. Thanks,Cliona

What type of plan do I need to have to speak with a live agent?

Hi all, Is there any other way to view workspace questionnaire results other than to download the CSV report from the Dashboard? I want to use the questionnaire to gather event requirements when a user books a Zoom Room (e.g. number of attendees, catering required, etc...) but find it cumbersome to download the report each time I need to the view the results. Thanks

I need your help and collective wisdom, I am having some issues while sharing my PowerPoint presentations and viewing my presentation notes at the same time (I want my presentation notes to be visible only to me, not to the participants). I have both MacBook Air and mac book pro m3 laptops, I have the same issue on both.1) When I do Presentation View in PPT slideshow options, everyone can see my presentation notes in the side panel. I want only me to see the presentation notes. What can I do to prevent others from viewing them? 2) When I do Basic Screen Sharing of my PPT, I cannot see my presentation notes in the side panel. So when I choose Advanced Share Screen - and make a section of the screen, it appears as a blurry quality resolution for most participants. The framed part of the shared slide appears clear on my side, but not for everyone else. 3) Before sharing, I open my own slide in presenter mode. Then when I say share screen, only the 'share in presenter view' optio

Hello So I wanted some people to join a meeting but they can't use internet. In the UK it was free to dial in to a meeting using ordinary minutes on a phone plan. Anyway, I digress. I live in Africa now. The current option is to put my phone next to the computer speaker and they ring me and listen on an ordinary phone call. Not ideal, but it works. Just wanted to ask on here in case there are any other options, like somehow plugging the computer sound direct to the phone. Thanks!

I just had a meeting, which I recorded. I thought AI Meeting Companion was automatic, but it appears not to be. Can I still get an AI generated summary of my recorded meeting? Thanks!A

I want to make sure the panelists cannot see any attendee names, as well as the attendees not be able to see the names of others.  I also want to make sure that the Q&A and Chat all names are anonymous. In other webinar platforms there is an option to force all names to anonymized. Is this possible in zoom webinars? If so how? Thank you
