Zoom Won't Remove Fraudulent Charges

I have several charges on my purchasing card that I have been trying to have removed and Zoom will not remove them. I work for an enormous college hospital system with a corporate Zoom account. I am one of literally thousands of lower-level employees, I do not pay for the hospital systems Zoom account. I have been ill served by their "Tier II" department. Who has claimed that the charges are from an increase in Zoom Room Licenses and monthly cloud services. MY COPRORATE CREDIT CARD WAS NEVER REGISTERED WITH ZOOM! I cannot believe that I am still fighting with them to remove the charges! Has this happened to anyone else?

    I too have had an add on for cloud storage on my account. They began charging me 10.00 a month so I thought it was that my subscription had been changed to a monthly charge. Then after a year, the yearly charge came out. Which sent me looking at my bank statements. I contacted zoom and they say "sorry no refunds". I never signed up for cloud storage. I have never used the cloud storage. I have no need for the cloud storage. So their system added something onto my account. Billed me for a year of it and then says sorry no refunds. That is fraudulent. If you do any researching on the internet you see this is a reoccurring issue. I'm still trying to get it resolved.
