Hello,

I am an account owner with 10 licensed users, recently I need to change an employee and insert a new one, but the email of this new employee does not appear in my list.
the same email pending it licensed, but it is not on the list, he is accepting it via email
Has this ever happened?

    My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! Did you add the new emailed employee as a basic user via the add user button in the user management section of your admin account? 

     

    They should show up in pending until they accept the invitation, then if you refresh your browser they will show up in your user database list as a member of the account.
