Recording Capacity

Hello,

 

I would like to ask if the email alerts regarding cloud recording capacity can be delivered also to Admin Roles. If not, can you please advise if I can add more users as Account Owners, so they can monitor also the email alerts?

    Hey @Dimitris adding on to @crchan123's reply, If the user with the Admin Role has enabled in email notification settings, Zoom will send an email to the host's email address when the process is completed. There will be two links in the email, the first will be for the host, only to manage the recording. The second link will be for the participants.

    Hi @Dimitris, thanks for posting your question! Here are the instructions for adding users to a paid account. Once you add them to the account, they can receive emails related to the account.
