Starting a new meeting as a host, sent invitations for participants as usual, but when they try to join, few of them weren't able to connect video (automatically connected in "audio-only" mode). They can't see the host and host can't see them!! Why? Why only few people and why all of a sudden meeting invitation chose to connect them with audio only mode!?!

I have Zoom events & webinar. We’d like to leverage the zoom platform to provide registrants on-demand access post webinar. I just don’t see it anywhere or how I can access it. Can someone please help?

Hi all -   I'm using Zoom on a Neat Bar system (neat bar + TVs), and with a recent software update, the camera is automatically enabling camera tracking. This is causing issues with the video as it does not frame the room correctly.   How can I disable this camera tracking permanently? I'd like it to start with a set framing of the room each time.    Thanks!

I work with multilingual documents and have noticed that Hindi and Tamil text can sometimes behave differently depending on the application, font, or encoding being used.For anyone sharing DTP or older documents through Zoom, do you normally convert legacy-font text to Unicode first, or keep the original font-based workflow?Curious to hear what workflow others use, especially when documents need to be shared across different operating systems.

I just hosted a meeting and recorded it to Zoom Cloud.  At the end of the meeting I clicked leave meeting like everyone else and that was it.  I thought that was where/when I would name etc my recording.  But my recording is nowhere to be found.   What did I do wrong and can I find it ?

Hello, we currently use the contact center to get inbound calls, but we also have our agents use their zoom phone to send out sms. We have seen that people will call the agents back through their zoom phone and when they are on that call they are getting a call through the contact center. Is there a way to prevent them from getting a call while on a call through their zoom phone?

I want to download the transcript from a one hour meeting. I had the AI recorder listen to. It says it cannot download it until because it’s processing. How long does this take?

I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed.  I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting....  Sigh.....  Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there.  Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent?  I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.

I’d love to see Zoom add a feature that allows users to privately adjust how another participant’s voice sounds to them.Sometimes an incoming voice or microphone can sound very high-pitched, nasal, harsh, or otherwise difficult to listen to for long periods. Zoom could allow each listener to select a participant and use options such as:• Reduce harshness/high frequencies• Reduce nasal resonance or sibilance• Add warmth• Enhance speech clarity• Simple “Listening Comfort” sliderThe adjustment would affect only what the listener hears. We want to allow transcription during meetings for accessibility - the running transcript sidebar, not the flashing captions - but we don’t want participants to be able to save the transcripts.Is there a way to enable transcription but disable saving? Thanks!

This doesn't seem possible currently, but I would like to be able to create "breaks" in the business hours in Zoom. For example, I would like to be able to set my hours from 8am to 12pm, and 1pm to 5pm, each day so my phone doesn't ring while I'm on lunch. Granted, I can set to DND but I have a more unique example where that's not the best option. We are a university and faculty have different class times where they don't want to receive calls on their computers while in class. Sure they can set DND while in class, but if they don't remember to set it, they will get a call in the middle of class. It seems like it would be useful to be able to set multiple business hours for each day. Does anyone else have a suggestion?

I regularly host online teaching sessions on Zoom and frequently use breakout rooms so that students can work in smaller groups.My breakout room settings are configured so that participants automatically join their assigned breakout rooms when I open the rooms. Most of the time, this works as expected.Occasionally, however, a participant does not join the assigned breakout room. On my Breakout Rooms panel, the participant's status then shows as “Not Joined”. The participant remains in the Main Room and is able to speak to me and ask for assistance in joining the assigned breakout room.This creates a problem.When I click on the name of a participant whose status is “Not Joined”, Zoom displays the “Move to” option, but only allows me to move that participant to one of the other breakout rooms. The auto-correction in Zoom Chat is frustrating. once I try to install zoom from rpm on my current fedora (44) workstation, I get an error:Failed to read package header from file "zoom_x86_64.rpm"It is possible to workaround using commands such as sudo rpm -Uvh --nosignature --nodigest /(...path...)/zoom_7.1.0.3715_x86_64.rpmbut it looks like there is some problem with the packages. it first appeared on zoom 7.0.5 rpm (previous linux version).Claude claims the problem may be related to rpm 6.0 installed on fedora, meaning zoom packages the zoom app using an obselete rpm protocol (rpm v3), I doubt it since it looks like rpm 6 has been around for a while - but problems appeard only last month.thank you

Hi, Recently I have run into a problem that have never been an issue.The Team Chat required me to press Ctrl+Enter to send a message, Pressing Enter only could make it go down a row.Pressing Enter to send was much faster and more convenience.I think it started since the latest Update. I use the Team Chat quite a lot. So it should be helpful if you could switch it back like it used to be.Thanks.

I do not have time to click person by person during a discussion meeting.Most times their suggestions come to me (the host) via the chat and I do not want others to see their inputs.Now, I have to click name by name to check their inputs. Ridiculous when I have almost 100 people in the meeting.I need to be able to read all incoming messages quickly at a glance as we are discussing stuff.Please allow us to choose if we want to see all messages at a glance instead of having to click user by user!
