I want to say that I don’t like the new, bubbly for a lack of better term, Emojis. They appeared when I restarted Zoom this morning. I think they are too cartoonish and childish looking. They are cartoonish to the level they are distracting to me and I find them annoying. So much so I found this forum just to complain about them. ;-)I’d much prefer the older ones. If there was a setting to allow someone to choose what they use, on our personal interface, I’d find that preferable to being locked into whatever set is presented in an update.

I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed.  I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting....  Sigh.....  Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there.  Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent?  I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.

having some issues with Zoom custom branding, previews okay but when the customer sends invites it sends in plain text, its a google workplace customer, rather than Microsoft

The typical behavior for an office admin here is to put calendar events on someone's calendar, with the associated Zoom event going onto the account of the person in question. Zoom normally selects the correct Zoom account to use when booking, based on the calendar selected. I'm seeing some folks where this automatic matching of calendars to accounts is broken. Is there a setting I should be checking on? In the past, we've simply logged out and back into Zoom and the issue cleared. For the folks experiencing the broken behavior, nothing so far has helped. Seeing the issue on PC and Mac. Tried:signing out and back into Zoomclosing and opening outlookrestarting the computeruninstalling and reinstalling Zoom and the plug-in

I am preparing to host a bilingual meeting, where I will need to share multiple slide decks simultaneously, one in each language. Not all participants are comfortable in both languages, so I would like them to be able to choose if they want to view the deck in language A or language B. I do not want both decks in the same view. Ideally, I would have each deck appear as a different view option, similar to when multiple participants are sharing screens and attendees can choose which one to look at, but I’d like to do it from the same computer rather than needing to set up multiple computers as “participants.” As the host, I have copies of the decks in both languages and will be advancing the slides for both decks. Is this possible?  

Hello everyone.For some reason all my contacts see me as a deleted contact (it says that the account admin deleted the user).I created this basic account myself and I didn’t delete it.I can still log into the web interface and zoom itself, and I can also write messages to the contacts, they just can’t answer me because for them I’m a deleted user.I already tried the chat bot to help me but unfortunately it was useless.I would appreciate any kind of help.Thank you!

Hello, Is it possible to embed the registration form directly on the webinar plus event landing page, so that a user does not need to visit two pages to register? The regular webinar registration page does this, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do it on the webinar plus.  Thank you

I’m trying to add virtual background photos from my Mac Mini - Tahoe 26.6.1, and the Photos Library folder is grayed out, and so no photos can be selected. I can, however, access photos from my in network PCs hard drive. I called Apple Support, and they assured me that it is not an Apple issue. Zoom has not asked for permission to access the photos, so I can’t grant it permission in the privacy and security>photos tab. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom app, and even temporarily given full access to the folder to “everyone,” but there is no change in the grayed out folder, and Zoom has not requested permission from my Mac to access my photos. Anyone else have this problem, or is just me?

We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

I'm using the Zoom client app on macOS and I have two valid Zoom accounts; one I use for an organization and the other is my personal free one.  The latter used to be linked to a different Email address which I've since deleted, but when in the Zoom app and when I click on my account icon in the upper right hand corner and select the "Switch account" option, I see three accounts ... the two valid ones and a 3rd for the now nonexistent Email address. There's not a Zoom account for the invalid address because I changed the Email address for my person account to the now good one, so I have no way to log into Zoom with the old address to delete the account. I'm just looking for a way to remove that from showing up in the client app.

Since I updated to Zoom Workplace (6.0.1),  I don't have the raise hand feature or any reactions buttons as a meeting participant.  When I host a meeting, those options are available.  How do I get the raise hand feature and reactions back????

Hi, unfortunately, I just closed an important long meeting before I copied and saved the chat notes from the meeting. How can I find these archived meeting notes and retrieve them?

With many years of using Zoom, I have literally have (HAD) hundreds of files in the Zoom directory.  Today the directory and all files are gone. I discovered my charge card was declined for a March 31st payment and my Zoom service was discontinued today. I had done a Zoom call with recording a couple of hours ago, and had no knowledge of an issue.  In checking into my account, I discovered the payment issues and issued a new card. which was approved and the account was reinstated. BUT all my files are gone!  I checked the recycle bin and nothing. I’m wondering did Zoom erase all my years of files, they were there earlier today. 

I changed my personal email address and no longer have access to the old email address I used to register my Zoom account.So I can't log in to permanently delete my account.How can I delete my old account?

For weeks I have had several people try to help me and to no avail. My Chromebook and my phone will not let me change the background on my zoom picture. I have tried doing it during a meeting when my camera is on and when the camera is off. If I use Virtual backgrounds it just comes up error it does not give me an option to use my own photo for a background. My phone should support this process according to the specifications. I don't understand. I have uninstalled soon twice and still the problem persists

 I have a basic zoom account.  There may be 4 months this year that I will need the Pro Plan.  Can I upgrade for those months only? Do I have the ability to share a video with the group and record the meeting from my Iphone?

Subscription is paid by monthly credit card. I wish to cancel this as it is no longer required.
