Hi, at the end of the meeting. ZOOM didn't convert the meeting. I go to manually converted from Meeting - Recording. I open the folder and then I double click the file named: "double_click_to_convert_01" and I get the message: " Failed to convert recording. There is another recording conversion in progress, please convert this recording later from Meetings>Recording". Any help?

I would like to report an issue regarding my recent subscription renewal and user plan change.Since 27/2/26, I notice that my plan needed renewal. However, the credit card registered on the account had already expired, so I needed to update the payment method. At the same time, my company planned to reduce the number of users from 2 to 1.Since 2/3/2026, I tried several times to downgrade the number of users before renewing the plan, but the system would not allow me to click or make any changes. I also checked the steps provided by ChatGPT support, but the options they mentioned were not available in my account interface.Because my subscription had already expired last month and I had an upcoming meeting that required more than one hour of usage, I had no choice but to proceed with the payment first. I updated my credit card details and the system immediately charged my bank card. However, there was no payment confirmation pop-up and I did not receive any OTP verification from my bank

My participants can´t join the meeting. It says "waiting for host to start the meeting". I have started it. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I'm trying to use Camo Studio with Zoom, but "Reincubate Camo" isn't appearing as a camera option in the video settings. The camera is working Fine in Camo Studio. I've tried restarting both apps, updating Zoom, and reinstalling Camo Studio, but nothing seems to work. My device is connected, and Camo Studio is running on my computer. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions for getting it to work? Thanks in advance for your help!

At some point my Zoom started recording my video meetings automatically every time I start it up.  I went into the settings and the "switch" for automatic recording was already switched off.  How can I stop it?  I tried switching it on and off again...Thanks

It says only meetings in the selected time range will appear. You can see more meetings by updating the time range.I can find absolutely no way of updating this. And I can see no tuition on how to do it.Can somebody tell me how to do this?I found it much easier when we could just see all of our booked-in meetings.I don't know why this has changed.If you can help me that would be great and many thanks.

Hello,  During our breakout rooms, the audio is leaking from one breakout into another breakout. Each individual is remote and not located in the same physical space. The audio is slightly decreased but is overtaking the breakout rooms discussions. Is anyone else having this issue or heard of something like this?

Zoom looks like a scam now!!! I canceled my subscription last month, but the money was still charged. I haven't used it a single day! Today there was another attempt to charge me for a subscription that I don't use and was sure I canceled it. I can't do it myself. I write to support, your useless bot answers me and sends me to instructions that I can't follow. And also replies that there are no refunds and this is provided for by the policy. That is, I can't cancel the subscription and there is no refund. I insist on dealing with this immediately.

The AI generated transcripts of recordings put timestamps in the middle of sentences, and overall there are far too many timestamps.  Is there a way to turn off the timestamp generation for the .vtt auto generated transcript?

Hi all -   I'm using Zoom on a Neat Bar system (neat bar + TVs), and with a recent software update, the camera is automatically enabling camera tracking. This is causing issues with the video as it does not frame the room correctly.   How can I disable this camera tracking permanently? I'd like it to start with a set framing of the room each time.    Thanks!

Hello, My other account is currently inaccessible, so I’m posting from a different one to reach the team.Google Sign-In was disabled, and now I’m completely locked out — I never created a separate Zoom password, so I can’t log in using any other method.   Every help article or chatbot response tells me to “log in” to fix the issue, but that’s exactly what I'm unable to do. I’m now stuck in an endless loop where all recovery or reset options lead back to the same login screen. "You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2,025)"   I have already paid for the account and urgently need access restored. Please help. How can I re-enable Google Sign-In or connect me with someone from Zoom Support who can manually unlock my account?   Thank you very much for any assistance — I’d really appreciate help from a moderator or support representative.

I tried to use phone in the web browser of my zoom account, but I can’t.Please refer the screenshot attached. 

I paid for a Pro annual subscription in full. After cancelling the subscription (with the expectation of a possible refund), my account was immediately downgraded to the Basic plan with a 40-minute meeting limit.However, I did not receive any refund, and the annual period I paid for has not yet expired but I don’t have access to the Pro features. At the moment, I am unable to contact support directly, which makes it difficult to resolve this issue.Can someone clarify whether I can return to my paid plan?

How do I apply for a refund  from Zoom converter I cancelled my subscription om day due . Can anyone advise as to where / who I contact 

We hold a meeting 5x per year.  Meeting invites are sent to our mailing list via Mailchimp.  We also produce flyers to encourage those not on our mailing list to attend.  We also post the flyer on Facebook and Instagram.  Over the last 5 years of hosting these events, we have never had more than 100 people register.  For our February event we have over 350 "people" register.  Our audience is typically those that reside in the SF Bay Area.  I suspect that many of these "people" are not real because 117 of them registered BEFORE we advertised the meeting and many of them are from outside California - plus a few from outside the United States.  I think that there is a glitch in Zoom's system but cannot speak with a live support person.  I have gone back and forth with service tickets - but that process has not been helpful.  I also noticed that previous meetings of this type are no longer available in the past meetings view (other pas

Due to the sale of my company last year,  I no longer have the email address that my paid Zoom account is linked to. I still have the password, but when I try to Log In to Zoom, I am asked to provide a code -that is sent to the email that I no longer have access to - so I am unable to proceed with logging in to the paid Zoom account. I need to change email address & billing info associated with the paid account, but am unable to do so unless I can log in to the account.  I have tried following the steps provided on the 'help' page, but those steps require logging in to change the email address on file - which I cannot do due to the 2FA that I cannot access.  I also was able to email customer support directly (from my new email address), but got messages that "Our records indicate that the email address provided in the request is not associated with an active Zoom account so we are unable to respond to your open ticket."  This response also said to contact custom
