Note transcript stopped saving to Hub this week (seems to transcribe fine during the meeting)

I have been using the my notes feature for non-zoom meetings. Until this week, I was able to view transcript and summary.

Sometime this week, I can see that the notetake transcribe the meeting correctly (I can even assign names to speakers successfully during the meeting)

But when I click “DONE” and go back to hub / my notes, the entry for the meeting is present, but the transcript is empty, and therefore there’s no summary.

Anyone else seeing this?

Yes. Exact same issue when I tried to use MyNotes for an in-person meeting yesterday. Transcript was showing while we talked, but now it says “unavailable” and I can’t generate a summary. Notes for a meeting the day before are fine, although that meeting was actually held in Zoom.

I've seen similar reports. It sounds like the transcript is being captured but not saved properly. Try updating the app and signing out/in, and if it persists, contact support since it may be a backend issue.

This also happened to me - with Google Meet. It was working perfectly and then all of a sudden stopped. Transcribes perfectly during the call but does not save the transcript.

This is happening to me as well.  It is very frustrating, as it’s clear that the speakers are being transcribed.  It’s not until it is processing in the HUB that it fails to generate a summary or any notes.

    Hello community members,

Thank you all for your reports and for sharing the details of what you’ve been experiencing. The engineering and support teams have identified the issue and are continuing to work on the fix. Historical transcript recovery is also in progress, so some past meetings may still show "Transcript is unavailable" or take longer than expected to appear.

If you’re still seeing this issue, please submit a support ticket and include links to the affected meetings. This will help the team review your case and assist with recovery where needed.

We appreciate your patience and all the helpful information you’ve provided.
