Occasionally, an assistant has noted when scheduling for another employee, they are shown as the host - this does not happen every time but we have noticed it on a number of meetings as of late. Create a new meeting and it does not always happen.  I have not been able to find a common thread but when this happens and it is not noticed, the person that has the meeting scheduled cannot join, they are not the host and ends up in a loop or appears as a "no show" Anyone seen anything like this?

hey guys. I have been using zoom like most of you for years! I have always had a waiting room which is fine... but over the past few weeks, suddenly, all my clients via my CRM need a passcode to get in.  I have gone into my settings and disabled "passcode" but it is still requiring people to come in with a passcode, and no waiting room... despite waiting room being enabled. please help?

How do I export the list of people who have registered to attend a meeting that will happen in the future?

I am not able able to turn on payments for webinar registrations, is this no longer a feature?   

Hello - We operate webinars from my zoom account but often have different people hosting based on the topic. They are added to the zoom webinars as 'alternative hosts' but those hosts are not receiving a meeting invite with link to join. Is there a way to fix this issue?  Thank you.

I am trying to set up a recurring meeting with registration limits. The recurring meeting has 6 sessions scheduled. If I set the registration limit to 60, will this limit 60 registrants per meeting or 60 registrants total? My goal is to have 6 meetings with a maximum of 60 registrants per session (360 registrants total for all sessions). I need the registration limit of 60 PER SESSION, not for the 6 total sessuibs. Is that possible? 

Does anyone know how to schedule a meeting where a call in number is provided. I have some people on my team that just want to call into the meeting and now go through. I have seen this with other meetings I have attended in the past but I can't figure out how to do it. Thoughts? Thanks!!

Hi,we are just exploring all options for AI Companion as we are looking into different options for transcribing and summarizing support through AI for meetings.My questions are:- is there a time limit until when AI Companion creates transcripts? (Others and free versions often stop transcribing after one hour.)- is there other time limitations for the recording if the AI Companion is added / activated?- as Admin / Manager of the Accounts (5 persons), are all AI Companion settings automatically set for all? Thanks to all who can help us with the answers. I have a problem, same on my phone and on my computer. When i'm in a meeting on zoom if my microphone is ON I can hear and Speak with the others participants but if I turn OFF my microphone , I CAN'T hear anymore the speaker, beacause of my micropjone off they should not hear me but I should still hear them.

Hello, I have a Webinar 500 participants subscription. This morning during a Webinar session, there are about 160 participans on-line, but some clients tell me that they are unable to join the Webinar and their devices are showing a message like "Webinar full" when trying to join the Webinar. Why Zoom is showing this message if my subscription is "Webinar 500 participants"?

Hello,since an update there is no more possibility for me to show Zoom windows during a screen share. I enabled this feature in the account settings, but in "setting / share screen" there is no box "Showing Zoom windows during screen share" to select (look at my screenshot).Any ideas?Thanks, Goerd

Using an old(er) Mac cinema display's camera with a new Macbook Air (M2), I get an intermittent red flicker when using Zoom. The flicker does not occur when using Zoom with the built-in camera on the laptop; and does not occur with other apps using the cinema display's camera.  I read here that the issue was fixed in a previous update, but I've deleted, rebooted and reiinstalled the latest version of Zoom, it's still happening. Thanks!

original sound for musicians is ON. The instrumental audio input is almost 100% cancelled. I need the sound to be present.Zoom cancels background music, that I need for my streaming. How to disable it?even I went to settings and I put:original sound ON, it doesn't work 

Has anyone else had this experience that all actions are very slow? When I move a mouse to the edge of the Window, it takes 2-3 seconds to activate resizing. When I hover over any button, it's the same. After clicking on "Unmute" button, it takes 1-4 seconds to unmute.

Hi There, My meeting invites have randomly started appearing in UTC rather than EST. I have checked my time zone setting in both Zoom and Google, both are set to EST. I have also asked my colleagues who receive the same meeting invitations and theirs  appear in EST. Please advise, Owen 

My camera suddenly stopped working during a zoom meeting  2 weeks ago.  I have uninstalled and installed the most updated zoom version.  Turned my computer off and restarted it.  Nothing seems to work.  I have brought my laptop into a shop 3 different times to be fixed, and it is still not working.  Would really like to get some guidance on what's going on with it and how to fix it.

After updating to Mac Sequoia 15.1, I cannot share my whole screen, instead I'm only allowed to share 1 applcation windows at once. And I cannot share my whole desktop/screen. 

Starting zoom-6.2.3 the virtual backgound disappears on connection being substituted by black background. Not always, but regularly. Tryed to turn off/on, close and launch the applications. Laptop Tecno Megabook, Linux OpenSUSE 15.5, zoom-6.2.3, 6.2.6.
