AI Companion Transcript / Summary - Question on Time Limits

Hi,

we are just exploring all options for AI Companion as we are looking into different options for transcribing and summarizing support through AI for meetings.
My questions are:
- is there a time limit until when AI Companion creates transcripts? (Others and free versions often stop transcribing after one hour.)

- is there other time limitations for the recording if the AI Companion is added / activated?
- as Admin / Manager of the Accounts (5 persons), are all AI Companion settings automatically set for all?

AI Companion has no specific time limit for creating transcripts, unlike some free versions that stop after an hour. There are no additional time limitations for recording when it's activated. As an Admin or Manager of accounts, you can configure AI Companion settings for all users, ensuring consistency across the team.

Dear @Svenja ,

Zoom AI Companion is included at no additional cost for customers with the paid services in their Zoom user accounts. There is no set cut off for the length of the transcript.  There are also no new limitations introduced by AI Companion.
The AI Companion features can be managed at the Account, Group, and User level. Level of control at each differs slightly.

I don't know how to start a new question...so here goes.  We use Zoom to capture our Church services, and then send a link out to those who can't attend.  BUT, the Church laptop is VERY slow and under-powered, and I believe the transcription is making parts of the service unwatchable...and screwing p the sound.  We do NOT need the transcription and want to STOP it from happening.  Please help.
