Zoom installed on new HP  / Windows 10.In Zoom Share Screen video is received by participants but not the computer audio.Have checked for Zoom and Computer audio setting with no success.Everything works fine on old HP PC.Any suggestion for where to look for the issue would be gratefully received.Thank you.  

I tried to purchase a 1-month add-on webinar as I have done in the past, but this time I received the following error message: This email domain has already been managed by another account. (300). The account has 2 users: myself (owner of zoom account) and another colleague (Admin of zoom account). I do not have any other zoom account with the same email address. However, my colleague does have another zoom account with the same email address. (I am not sure if that has anything to do with this error). Any suggestions how to resolve this issue so I can purchase an add-on webinar plan as before?Thank you!

Is there a way to increase font size of SMS messages in the Zoom app, I know how to increase the whole Team Chat font size but it doesn't work for the SMS messages, we have a client that is visually impaired and needs a bigger font size for SMS messages and everything I have tried does NOT increase the font size on SMS, please if anyone has an answer HELP.

I am a member of a training team.  What we would like to be able to do is to have a way for a client to have two choices when scheduling a training time.1. Select a particular trainer and then select the best time according to their availability.2. Select the best time available, and let the "any host available" option select the trainer that has availability. I'm having trouble getting both options to work together.  I can setup the any host available option and it works.  I tried using a routing form to allow for selecting between the two options above, but I can't see a way for an option that is selected to link to other team members' calendars.  It can only see mine. Is there a way to accomplish what I want to do within one scheduling link?

Hi everyoneI run a health care clinic and I'd like to add a zoom link to a form. ex: When a client books a virtual appoint. they will receive forms to fill out prior to their appoint. I would like to add a zoom link to the form, so that when the time comes they just need to click the link.Im not sure how to do this,??  granted i am still in the trail platform for zoom. so maybe that's why I don't see how to do it ??

I tried to add my assistant's email as alternative host to a webinar I've scheduled. Zoom says that email can't be added for some reason. I am on the Pro plan and paid extra to do a webinar. Is there some way to add her? If not, how do I enable her to get on for a practice session. Is there a special link for that? This would be a few minutes before our webinar. 

Hi, As an educator I want to suggest the following feature to be added to Zoom's polling / quizzes in order to enhance the user experience as well as the ability to check for understanding: 1) reordering sentences / words so that they are in the correct order (Microsoft forms has this function) It would really help and avoid me having to create forms via other websites.

We have a large event this coming Thursday where we anticipate 1,500 attendees. It is all simulive. When testing and viewing on the web client, we have been experiencing very significant issues with the video and audio. The video lags, the audio gets out of sync, we get low bandwidth or unstable network prompts. This is a very important event, and a lot of our attendees will be joining via the web client as opposed to the app for various reasons, despite our communications that the app is best for optimal viewing. Has anybody else experienced any sort of issue or has anybody raised anything to Zoom? We can't be the only ones experiencing this. We've tried literally everything. We were up until 3 a.m. today playing around with files types, tweaking any potential setting that we think could be causing the hang-up. We just tested 10 different sessions with 10 different file types, so have tested this extensively with every type of video file setting and session formats (even a live eve

I've used Zoom for years.I use the filter (the first one) every meeting, b/c it keeps me from having to mess with my settings on my camera.  That filter does most of what I would do. But... about 2 months ago, it was just... Gone.  (The option for filters at all, was gone.) I've updated to the newest version.I've uninstalled and reinstalledI've gone into settings to make sure they are turned on. Nothing. help. Thanks

I just purchased a new iPad Pro, and even after deleting the Zoom app and reinstalling, ensuring that it has the most recent updates from Zoom. My zoom room has the prior interface with all the control functions at the top rather than at the bottom. I have sent in a zoom support report and I have contacted Apple support and have not found any resolution. Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions, please!

I am wanting to select an external microphone for a zoom meeting on my iPad mini but it just automatically goes links to the iPad mic and does not give option to change it. Help!

There is a weird split second delay where my audio and video are not in sync.  This is for both my laptop and my phone, so it's not an issue with a device.  It's a zoom issue.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  If so, how did you resolve it?

I have a Logitech c920s webcam running on a Windows 11 laptop. I was using Logitech Capture software to take advantage of picture adjustments, but it's obsolete and has been replaced by LogiTune.    Here's the problem: I can start LogiTune and see the video feed from the camera, but LogiTune shuts down or crashes when I start Zoom. If I start Zoom first and then run LogiTune, the LogiTune software says that the camera is in use with another application (i.e., Zoom).    Is there some way to get LogiTune to work with Zoom? If no one has a solution, I'll have to go back to Logitech Capture.

When I connect my computer up with an HDMI cord to my TV, I can't get the sound to come through the TV, but only the computer. I do this when watching movies and have no problems, but with Zoom, I can't get the sound to the TV.Please advise.Tha

Hello dear communityI need an overlay for my online gym that shows both the times and the exercises. I have been using intervalcam and fit2live for the last two years. Both no longer work with the new Mac software updates. Does anyone have a solution - maybe even one from Zoom directly? I hope that there won't be problems with every Mac update.Thank you very much. Is it possible to find details such as who attended a previously held web zoom meeting when meeting id is known. 

I joined a meeting and all of a sudden I saw inappropriate videos, inaudible audio,  and images dropped in the meeting chat under my name - all while the meeting was going on. is this a zoom hacker or is it coming from my computer? This has never happened before. 

All of a sudden, when I open ZOOM, my web camera uses a fish eye lens.  For a while, I was able to just click on the computer camera and then back, and it would be fixed, but now it is a constant.  Sure do wish Zoom had a chatbot to help with this stuff.
