Hi, I have a question. Is there a filter to hide/minimize the glare I see when I use my blue light/computer glasses on my laptop? It is kind of distracting to see myself with the glare of the blue reflection off of my lenses. Thanks. "Reflections on Spectacles" 

I lead a zoom meeting and record it using Zoom's cloud. I only want the speaker's face to show on the recording  so I make him a co-host and I pin him. When I recieve the recording and look at it, everyone's face shows.  How can I prevent this.

Our club requires registration to attend meetings. We are having a guest speaker who will be a co host. Can we send just the meeting link to the guest speaker so avoiding the registration process if so how?Thanks

When I am ready to record a meeting, I press the "record button" . The only option it gives is " record to the cloud" and no option to "record to my computer " .  Sometimes, I don't want to use the cloud recording. When I go to settings and turn off the cloud recording, the record button on my meeting turns off completely.  I have tried using a Chromebook,  an apple iPad and my android phone. No luck.

I teach on Zoom 4 days/week.  On those days if I teach for 2 hours in the morning , and then  later in the afternoon I go to teach again on zoom, I find may laptop has restarted.  this is ONLY the case when I've been using Zoom.  on days I don't use zoom I can use the laptop in the morning and then later use it again and it hasn't restarted.  In spent a long time with Apple support and they could not find any reason it would do that unless it was some sort of Zoom setting.  I can't find any setting that would explain that.

if I am not available to host a meeting, I would like some else to be able to access the meeting without me having to make them a co host.

When I am in focus mode, only one student can share at a time.  I want them to all share, and then I'd like to cycle through their screens.    I am sure I have seen others allow all students to share.  Is there a setting I need to change?   It even shows me that "One Participant Can Share at a time".  

A very useful feature, could it be that it hasn't been implemented yet?Give a participant the ability to share their PPT.Don't give sharing to everyone, but to a specific participant!

I have followed the procedure to Changing your name on Zoom. After going to my profile picture, and then navigating to profile/settings, my name appears correctly, but it does not appear that way in the Zoom meeting. 

Hello,  My computer for work has been recently taken to service and I got another one to temporarily replace my computer. I had a few important business meetings recorded on my computer.I badly need these recordings, but when I try to access them on my account the pop-up "This meeting was recorded on a different computer" is shown and the recording is not available. I am terrified because I though the recordings are stored in a cloud online. Please let me know if there is any way I can access them while my computer is being repaired. Thank youOla

Where can I find usage limits for different products? I had never really thought of this with unlimited calling, but have come to learn some products, such as Zoom Virtual Agents, come with limits of interactions or even call minutes under 'fair use' limits. Specifically, I am trying to find out if there are any limits on the different contact center licenses or on the Expert Assist licenses either per agent or per account. I would imagine with the full transcription and AI use, there must be something similar to Virtual Agents but cannot find it anywhere. Ironically, the search and bot features can't help me find the answer. Any help would be appreciated!

My meeting controls have disappeared.  I cannot locate the Turn Meeting Controls on under the General tab.  I would look the tools to be constantly on, especially "recording" so I know Zoom is actually recording.  I have googled and have not found a solution.  Can someone help.  Thank you 

Can you confirm if the Zoom Workplace Enterprise PLUS license includes a webinar for 1000 participants? If I have 70 Zoom Workplace Enterprise PLUS licenses, will I have 70 webinars for 1000 attendees?

Last week I set up the zoom scheduler for a recurring meeting for 2 weeks. Everything has been working fine until now. See attached image for the error. Can someone please let me know why its doing this and how to fix it?

Hello! I recently created another user both on zoom and calendly to take my calls. But the integration is not working. Not matter what I do...it says zoom is not integrated.  Help please!

If I schedule a zoom meeting directly from my Google calendar, when I go to click on the meeting to start it, I get the notice that the meeting is waiting for the host to start the meeting but I am the host.  This is crazy.  Please help

Hello all!I schedule meetings through the API, and under the platform I use, I have a bot which joins the meeting and records it, as well as generate transcripts and etc...I have configured the permissions so that the host does not need to approve the recording request under my account configs, also I have allowed the guests to join before host in the API configThe problem is, the bot can't start recording unless I am logged in as the host in the meeting, even though it was configured to always allow recording. Is there a way around that?Thanks in advance!

Hi there, I manage 4 calendars (all my own) so I signed up to Calendar Bridge to combine all calendars into one calendar which I then connected to Zoom.Unfortunately, the scheduler shows me as always available, which I am not.  🙂Any idea where I might have gone wrong, or how do I get to speak to a human in support?Thanking you 

We have a couple users for whom auto noise suppression (I would guess) seems to be clipping off the fronts of their sibilant consonants and making them sound like they speak with a lisp.  It's intermittent. Likely the fix is to "not use auto" gating or suppression for these users, but how to predict what mic models might be suceptible to it. Has anyone else encountered this? I have noticed it in the past 1-2 months, not prior. Thanks

Hi, We run course throughout the year and use Zoom as part of the blended learning. As such I can create a Zoom meeting which can be a year in advanced as some of our speakers have dual role as doctors in hospitals as well as teachers for us. I have found that meetings I have created last year are now longer available and when I try to open the Zoom meeting it comes up with invalid meeting number. When I check my account the meeting is no longer there and not in deleted meetings either. I have checked the setting and I can't see anything that would deleted them. These meetings have not been opened or used, only created for future use. Can any help me sort this, as it is creating double the work when I have to recreate them and resend to all our speakers. Thank you for your time and help with this. Yvonne 

I activated AI Companion in my account settings and turned it on at the beginning of a meeting, but received nothing and no summary is showing up in the meeting logs.  It is a recurring meeting. It generated a summary for the first meeting.  Does it not work for recurring meetings?  If not, what else might be happening?  I'm totally confused, Zoom information is terrible about their AI Companion and their Help agent even worse.  I appreciate any advise.
