Hi Support Team,We have configured a webhook in the Zoom account. However, we've encountered an issue where our webhook was triggering correctly until December 19th but has since stopped. Could you please assist us in identifying the reason for this disruption? Additionally, are there any further setup requirements or configurations that we may have missed?For your reference, I have attached the Webhook setup screenshot in the below link. So when either me or my friend do a host on the Zoom app on our laptops, it’s disconnecting and booting us out within a minute or so several times we’ve done this and it still has the same results and then eventually after two times it will just have error and then just cut the whole thing off. The only way it seems to work is if my friend hosted and I use the web browser version zoom meeting and that it seems to work otherwise if both of us are trying to use the zoom app on our laptops it don’t work. I don’t know what the issue is when I’ve gone into meetings for Zoom. I’ve never had this technical issue and I’ve used Zoom on other computers and have never had this issue before until now.

Hi, I use ical. I have a re occurring meeting that I scheduled along time ago that no mater what I do re appears.I look at the zoom calendar it doesnt appear there. I look at google calendar doesn't appear. It only appears in my iCal. The associated calendar account is a gmail account, when I de select it the meeting disappears, with all my other meetings, so I think its related to that gmail account but as I said, doesn't appear in google calendar.Anyone know how to fix this?

With Zoom Scheduler can you create multiple templates for different types of invites?  Possibly having a company logo for business related, another company logo for a 2nd company, and a different logo and template for personal appointments?

GM - Does anyone have the list of audio ports that are necessary to have open on a corporate firewall?  Our Zoom Contact Center team has no audio on calls that are arriving.  However, Zoom phone seems to work fine.  

Through the Zoom app, the phone will not receive or make any outgoing calls when on cellular. This problem just recently started occurring. How do I reconnect the phone so that I may call and receive calls?

Sat through part of a meeting this past Saturday.  It was hosted by a local group and was also live streamed on FB.  Not sure if the publicly advertised the Zoom link.  Seemed most of that was pushing the FB stream.   About 15 minutes in we noticed racist audios and sexual videos or GIFs popping up.  The more we watched it was apparent they were actually channeling the disruptions through the audio and cams of the other attendees.  All of them were showing to be muted and most were no cam.  But then you would see the images pop up on different attendees feeds, like they had turned on their cams.  Also you can tell when someone is talking, because the yellow outline box will appear.  This was happening, but only for like a second or 3, then hopscotching to another attendee.  Almost like signal hopping.   Anyway, wondering if this is something new.  I know we get uninvited guest

The clock on Zoom Rooms in conference rooms with Mac minis consistently falls behind by as much as 50 seconds. I flagged this to Zoom support, and three tickets later, I was told it wasn't an issue and to submit a feature request on this community board. I don't see a section for feature requests, as the link I was given did not work (access issue).This has affected multiple rooms, and it seems like a baseline level of functionality rather than some unreasonable expectation. I've observed this on Apple silicon on various versions of Zoom Rooms.If anyone else has this issue, please comment. It would be greatly appreciated if someone from Zoom was interested in assisting.

I just scheduled Board meetings for the coming year as a recurring meeting, however, I cannot REVIEW my work, nor can i see if there are any conflicts, nor can I change one future date to another day due to a holiday. I spent an enormous amount of time and energy trying to make the "date range" show more than a few months - the pop up doesn't suggest that the time frame is limited.  And when i tried the chat bot - no success.  and when i tried to call Support, i get the requirement to give account and host numbers (which i found) only to be informed that my paid account doesn't cover support.  What bull***. This is really annoying.  Multiple people schedule meetings - not to be able to see conflicts is absurd.

We use closed captions in our Zoom meetings and some of our participants have diminished hearing.  On Apple iPads, the caption font size is very small and almost impossible for our older participants to read.  How can we increase the font size for iPad?

AppOmni says that we should "require dictionary check" in our Zoom password settings.  However, I don't see this setting anywhere in Account Settings --> Advanced – Security --> Authentication.  AppOmni Support told me they don't know what it means either and would escalate to their engineering department.  That was over 40 days ago.  Does anyone know what they might be referring to?

I have the "password is required" setting turned on and locked on the account level. My audio recordings are starting when the link to the recording is clicked - there is no prompt to enter the passcode. I am on Chrome. Tried both web and the desktop app. I tired turning on "passcode required" on the User level and admin level. Updated to the latest version of the app. What else do I need to do?

Thanks for weighing in to my thread. windows 10 laptop, version 6.2.11 I did search in interiors of background on my zoom. I did not find a good office/work settings to place as background of my meeting settings. Where can I find those? Are there any tutorials available to know about it? Thanks for your guidance.

We had a meeting that had to be canceled due to the video freezing right before the start of the meeting. I have had this setup for the last two years with no issues.  I have a Sony a7R V using a USB-C to USB-A cable through a hub with USB-C into my Dell XPS PC. The camera is less than two years old and has a fully charged battery. To troubleshoot, I made sure Zoom and Sony software were updated. I uninstalled the Sony Imaging Edge software from their site and re-installed Zoom.  I also tried different USB-C cables, including USB-C to USB-C. I tried different ports on the PC and ensured my Win11 PC was updated. After trying different settings, when the "USB Connect Mode" comes up on my camera and I select "Remote Shoot," as I've always done, Zoom will only show the Sony Imaging Edge screen and will not display the video output. I tried the "Live Stream USB" option as a workaround

I recently was the only user on my Zoom workplace Pro and had my own "meeting ID" that I used for all my meetings. I've now added a user to my account. I am wondering if we will use the same meeting ID? That is can she be logged into her account and I logged into mine (allowing us to each host different meetings at the same time)?, but using the same link we provided to our participants? 

The participants can't hear me while speaking. What can I do?

Need Inactive user report beyond the 6 month default. Obviously data is there, it just seems there's no way to export because of 6 month limit. Even trying to back calendar up to dates I need in 6 month increments doesn't seem to work. Data needed/desired is user last sign in from Aug 1, 2022-Feb 3, 2025. As I said, when paging through the default results, I see the data exists, just not in a time frame that I need it.

We have a webinar coming up and I want to be able to drop my email in the chat that is a hot link for people to click on. How can I add my email address so it is a live link? I’ve seen it done so I know it is possible. Thank you! 

Workplace version 6.3.1Appears with one of the latest updates to Workplace, Message groupings were rearranged.  Granted I like the addition of the Apps group, I'm not happy with Shared Spaces pushed all the way to the bottom.  Once another folder is opened, our Shared Spaces gets push out of view.Is there a way to change the order of Messages? 

How do I disable typing suggestions. It's distracting and annoying while trying to type. I turn this off in other apps, but I cannot seem to find out how to turn it off here. It started popping up after the latest updates.
