I have my reminders set at one day and one hour before the webinar. I have had several tell me that they did not receive their email, or the email came an hour later than it should, like something is wrong with the time zone. How do I fix this?

I am admin for my office on Zoom Phone.  Today one of our staff began experiencing no sound when calling out (using Workplace or cell phone App).  When dialing out she can hear the individual number key notes; once a call routing begins she can no longer hear the call ringing, and once connected she cannot hear the person who answers and they cannot hear her.  Again, this is happening to her whether using her  computer via Workplace OR using her cell with the Zoom phone app, using speaker and mic, or headset.  This issue started today - we have been using Zoom phone since July 2024 without this issue.  All other users are having no audio issues upon call routing or call connections. Any thoughts?

Hallo, wenn ich einen neuen Termin versende, erscheint er in meinem Kalender immer korrekt. Beim Kunde besteht seit neuem jetzt aber jeweils eine Zeit Differenz von 1 Stunde. Im Headline von der Email ist auch die falsche Stunde vermerkt. Der Termin wird bei ihm immer eine Stunde früher angezeigt, terminiert.  Ich bin am verzweifeln. Das war bis vor kurzem nicht der Fall. Die Uhrzeit ist an die meines Computers gekoppelt und es betrifft nicht die Zeitdifferenz.

Hello! I am able to press any button on the bottom of the screen after the latest update because the Zoom windows is too high for my screen. Screenshots are attached.I tried changing Zoom Scale in config files, but the don't have any effects.  

Hi, I can't seem to find the right setting for this.  We rarely record calls right now but we do have a warning message through the auto-receptionist.  I'm also considering having all calls recorded so we can access important information discussed but we don't want the first words they hear from us being a loud announcement (and it's not required where we are). How do I turn off the announcement for everyone?  I turned it off under Account Management, Account Settings, Recording & Transcript, down at the bottom for Recording Notifications - Zoom Clients.  The setting below this is Recording Notifications - Phone Users seems to be the place to do it but there are no options as the admin to turn anything off.  I have an option to get the phone user to press 1 to consent or have multiple notifications.  I want zero notifications like for the zoom clients.   How do I do this?  Thanks!

My version is Zoom Workspace Pro. After about 18 minutes of recording each meeting, the sound becomes noisy. What could be the problem?

Hello. I am unable to locate a local recording and hoping you can help.None of the guidance provided helps in finding it.Back story:I was sent an invite.Accepted then changed to the host and pressed recording.Once done i stopped recorded.Other party left and i exited the meeting.From there i couldn't find it saved on my laptop, in recordings or any place listed it might be. When entering the meeting i simply followed the link and didn't actually sign into my account and wondering if this meant the meeting then wasn't saved.Is it possible to find the recording anywhere? i still have the original link? Desperate for this recording. Thank you

Since yesterday (Monday, 02/17) I haven’t been able to join my restricted meetings on my Chromebook with my registered email. I am able to join on my phone with the same email. I have heard that this is currently a problem with Chromebooks from others who join the meeting. I have tried everything on my Chromebook (deleting cookies, restarting, re-logging in, disabling extensions, trying from Firefox, downloading the Zoom app, etc). How can I join on my Chromebook? Has anyone been able to resolve this problem?

I want to allow a participant to record a meeting, but the option to grant them permission does not appear in their profile. In my settings, I have already enabled "Record to computer files," which allows hosts and participants to record the meeting to their computer, including video, shared content, and an audio-only file.Additionally, I have activated the settings for both Internal meeting participants and External meeting participants to record. However, I still don't see the option to allow participants to record.Why is this happening, and how can I enable participant recording?

I am currently doing a sign language course over Zoom. The problem I am having is, when the Tutor shares their screen to type what they sign, their video screen goes very small (the same size as the rest of us in the class). It's very difficult to see their hands clearly and what they are signing. I believe on Zoom for windows you can simply just click the 3 dots on the top corner of their image and select it to be larger but there is no option to do that on Mac apparently. Hopefully someone can help me. I've gone through all the various view (Gallery, speaker, multi-view) but none of these work.

I am using a ThinkBook 14 G6 IRL. During my Zoom meetings, everything runs smoothly at first. However, after having back-to-back long meetings—around 3 or 4—the Zoom camera stops working. When I check the built-in camera app on my laptop, it operates normally. Sometimes, restarting my laptop temporarily resolves the issue, but other times it doesn’t. I’ve found that running Windows Update can also help, but after a few days, the same problem reoccurs, and the camera stops functioning during my meetings. How can I permanently resolve this issue? 

When installing or upgrading Zoom Rooms Installer x64 5.15.7.3094 MSI (zoomrooms-5.15.7.3094-x64.msi) on Windows 10 22H2 PCs, the setup/install hangs and never completes. I've eliminated several security agents as the cause by uninstalling the agents before attempting to install Zoom Rooms Installer. We use an enterprise deployment tool called Tanium, and all installs/upgrades run as the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM account. The installation command line is:C:\WINDOWS\System32\msiexec.exe /i "C:\Program Files (x86)\Tanium\Tanium Client\Tools\SoftwareManagement\data\temp\tasks\Deployment_89_task_141\zoomrooms-5.15.7.3094-x64.msi" /qn /norestart ALLUSERS=1 ACCEPTGDPR=true SILENT=true /lvx* "C:\<proprietary folder>\logs\Zoom-Rooms-Installer-5.15.7-20230923150010-install-silent-Setup.log" The install hang does not occur on every PC and about 50% of them succeed. When I share screen to present a pptx file and change slides, the slides advance on my screen, but not for the viewers.I have tried to reinstall Zoom, but to no avail. Help!

Hi all, We've got a number of common area desk phones, and sometimes one gets voicemail intended for the other. The issue is we can't seem to forward these voicemails to other common area phones. When we listen to a voicemail and press 6 to forward it, we're prompted to enter the extension. When we enter the extension of a common area phone, we get the message "Your entry is invalid. Please try again." This seems to happen with any common area extension, and when attempting to transfer from either a desk phone or a softphone. Voicemails are able to be transferred to Users or Call Queues with no issue. Is this a restriction of common areas we're not aware of? I can't find any documentation on this specific issue. Thanks!

I have an odd issue that has only happened a couple of times and is seemingly random (first time was in August last year, second time was today). Basically, I'll be in a Zoom meeting, not sharing sound or screen, and I'll watch a video on my computer (eg. on YouTube or Twitter). Even though I'm not sharing anything from my computer, other people in the meeting will hear the video audio. It's not through the computer mic as I have earphones in and the friends in the Zoom also said that it was definitely coming directly from the computer (not as indirect/background sound being picked up through mic). It seems intermittent as well, as the first time I watched a Twitter video today, others in the Zoom heard it, but when I played another Twitter video a few minutes later to test if they could hear it, they said they couldn't hear anything.

I am reaching out because we have noticed that a banner image of the registration appears automatically in the confirmation email, however on Desktop it looks wrong. I was unable to locate any options to remove or modify it within the Zoom Webinar Email Settings or Branding settings. Could you please assist us in: Confirming where this banner is being added from (default Zoom settings or branding)?Providing instructions on how to remove or edit it from our confirmation emails?

I saw that Zoom recently revised the page for creating new meetings - page has always had a nice look & feel, but recent (unneeded, I'd guess) changes, at least 1 which seems like it was make "just because we could" have made my meeting setups a bit harder.I setup regular meetings for 12-step groups, and until recently, it's been a breeze.  The meeting title, like almost all text boxes on web pages, "remembers" the last few entries, I select one that's close and just change the date - good to go!  Then, I'd just scroll down and select "allow participants to join anytime", since sometimes members would sign on before the host.NOW - The text box for meeting title no longer remembers latest entries (my guess is they either made their own control , which doesn't support history, or they deliberately disabled history... why???).  Now I have to keep a .txt file with the subjects so I can copy n' paste/edit, rather than re-type it every time (it's

Hello! For the past few weeks, I’ve been unable to schedule meetings through the Zoom module on my computer (Mac). I keep receiving an error message: “Unable to schedule the meeting. Error code: 100000403.” I’d like to specify that nothing has changed in my security settings or networks, and I never had any issues scheduling meetings before. Also, every time I open the Zoom app on my Mac, I always see a message indicating that my calendar couldn’t be synced, which states: “Meeting and calendar services are temporarily busy. Refresh or try again later.” I’ve refreshed and retried several times… without success. Could you help me resolve these two issues?

I schedule meetings for someone else & am his delegate.  He's asked for audio only meetings so tried doing One Tap Mobile.  However when he dials into the meeting he gets the message that the host passcode is incorrect.  Participants hear that the meeting has not yet started.  I've triple confirmed the passcode is the same as in the meeting invite.  This works for me when I send from my own account, but not as his delegate.  Wondering how to get the host passcode for his meetings to work. 

I have been experiencing issues with Zoom meetings for the last few weeks.  My Audio/Speakers work fine. When i go into a Zoom meeting the Speakers stop working. - The other people on the call can hear me but i cant hear them. - The speakers work fine when i test them before entering the meeting. - The speakers work fine for everything else. - When in the meeting i can go to Sound>Playback> Disable and Re Enable my Speakers and the sound will come through in the call. It seems as though Zoom is blocking my speakers when i join a meeting. I have reinstalled drivers, windows updates, Installed the newest version of Zoom.   Has anyone else experienced this?Im using an HP Probook 440 G9 ( issue is the same on a 430 G6)Any ideas how to fix it?    

I am in a Toastmaster's Club.  We have a zoom link that works fine however the meeting ID and passcode don't work.  How can I fix this?
