Hi all, Recently saw a change in my image on video--i have gone from being "regular-sized" to tiny in the video (background has remained unchanged, same hardware, etc.).  I'm using a Logitech C930 with a Lenovo ThinkPad.  I don't have the same issue with MS Teams--size there is unchanged.   I've tried using the Logitech Capture app to zoom in / out, and it appears fine.  its only when I open zoom that I get tiny.  Thanks! 

Hi,  can anyone tell me why Iriun webcam which I installed onto my computer and then followed the instructions to install it on my iphone 10XR too, it won't work. I can only see myself in the Iriun webcam v2.6.8. For some reason, I can get Iriun webcam to be used with Zoom so that what ever is on my iphone is on Zoom.  Am I doing something wrong? Would love any help.  (23-09-21)

For instance, do you rely on end-to-end encryption, or are there particular protocols you follow when setting up meetings that involve confidential information?

Experimenting with dual screens.Zoom creates 2 separate windows of content; one seems to be Hollywood Squares of people, the other window seems to be talker (or screen share).That's fine, but zoom is picking the wrong screen for each.  Is there a way to change the proper choice? What my ideal is, the focus goes on the bigger screen (usually screen 2), Hollywood Squares stays on the laptop screen (1), and also opens the chat window automatically.  How much of this can I get?  Thanks, ==mwh

Hello,I have a laptop and a 27inch second monitor. I use my laptop to run zoom for webinars of around 15 participants.I use my second monitor to share slides but when I do it the gallery view overlaps the slides.I have tried to go to 'My Screen'  at top of my screen 1and play around and yes I can have it in side by side with me next to it, but the slides do not move. I end up going back to 'meeting' at the top of my screen and just have to move my gallery view off the screen if I need to see all of the slide content.Is there a way I can see the full gallery view of my participants and reduce the size of the slide area so that i can still all of the slides and have them still moving through the presentation?Hope you can help.  

I attend a course which has both real-time, in person attendees AND people attending remotely, by Zoom. The tutor can use the Share button to show illustrations to people attending in person, using the overhead screen in the lecture room, but those attending remotely,  by Zoom, cannot view those illustrations. At other times, Zoom attendees can view the media, but not those attending in person because the images don't show on the overhead screen. Can someone advise please?

I had virtual meetings a few weeks back and recorded the entire call. These videos were saved in the Zoom folder until last week, when I suddenly noticed some files going missing from my laptop. I checked today, and all the local recordings are no longer available. I do not know if these recordings are available on the cloud, as I use the free plan. How do I retrieve these video recordings since it was an online meeting?

How can I extend the 40 minute limit on the meetings?

As remote work continues to be prevalent, finding ways to make virtual meetings more engaging and productive is crucial. Zoom has several features designed to enhance collaboration. What features do you find most useful for keeping team members engaged and collaborative during meetings? Are there any lesser-known tips or tricks you can share that might not be immediately obvious to all users?

When I am in Zoom meetings, I am told my mic sound is fading in and out to users in the meeting and this is happening when I record meetings.  I don't think it happens when the meeting is not being recorded but I am not 100% sure on that one.  Is this a known problem for this mic Rode NT1 5th Generation when in recorded meetings that I am recording?  In desktop Zoom app settings under Audio Advance Settings, I changed Signal processing by Windows audio device drivers to Off Windows Raw instead of Auto but this did not help.  Any one got any ideas how to get this microphone to work in Zoom meetings that I am recording to stop it from fading me in and out as I talk to others?

Is there a way to set an automated zoom usage report after each meeting occurrence? Use case: We have several reoccurring meeting each month that we need to track attendance for. Usually the program facilitator likes to use their own link so that they can be the host and ensure the setting are correct. Then the facilitator has to send the usage report to the coordinator for attendance tracking. It would be awesome to have this as an automated email. Another alternative that would be beneficial would be to allow access to reports by all co-hosts. I know I can schedule a meeting on behalf of another user? Why not see their reports too? 

Currently and in recent years up to a week ago have been able to log in to Zoom on my home PC. However yesterday could not log and error message was - Your app version needs to be 5.16.6 or higher to sign in -Can see my profile on the zoom website but unable to contact Technical Support. Do not know how to proceed.

I uploaded the most recent version of Zoom and deleted to old version. When trying to open the new version, I receive the message:  You can’t open the application “zoom.us.app” because this application is not supported on this Mac.   How can I resolve this?  I have a meeting in 1 1/2 hours.   thanks

My Zoom LTI Pro won't connect through our Canvas connection. Help! 

I was unable to join a meeting today despite entering the meeting ID and passcode from my own account page, getting a "Sign in to join this webinar" message every time I hit the join button.   I have a Chromebook and use Google chrome as my browser. This is the first time I have ever encountered this issue despite using Zoom links from the same company twice a week, every week on the same device.  I then noticed that despite having the "stay signed in" box ticked on my sign-in page, Zoom never keeps me signed in, so I was stuck in a loop of always getting the same message. The host sent me a direct link and I had the same issue: "The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial Zoom account to join."  Previously, hitting the sign in hyperlink on this same message automatically signed me in and took me to the meeti

Hi everyone,   I'm trying to embed a Zoom meeting on my WordPress site using the Zoom Meeting Embed plugin, but it's not displaying properly. Every time I try to load the meeting, I get the following error:   "Error: Unable to display Zoom meeting. Please check your settings and try again." Here’s what I’ve tried so far:   Installed and configured the Zoom Meeting Embed plugin properly. Verified my Zoom API Key and Secret in the plugin settings. Cleared cache and tested in different browsers. Checked for conflicts with other plugins by disabling them one by one. Updated both WordPress and the Zoom plugin to the latest versions. For some reason, meetings that I've record are not providing speaker attribution in the resulting transcript.Any ideas?  I looked through previous recorded meetings and speaker attribution is there.  I don't know if this is a result of the recent client updates or what.  I looked through various settings and I don't see anything that would toggle speaker attribution on/off.I am currently using the desktop client Zoom Workplace, v6.1.11 (45505)Is it possibly related to who the meeting organizer is?  E.g., it's not me, but I was granted authorization to record the meeting?

Usually the immediate after session, automatic recording conversion process creates three files: 1) "recording.conf" file type CONF; 2) "audio 1234567890" file type MPEG-4 Audio; and, 3) "video 1234567890" file type MP4.  But now the after session, automatic recording conversion process is creating es three files, like: 1) "zoomver.tag" file type TAG; 2) "double_click_to_convert_01" file type Zoom Recording File; and, 3) "double_click_to_convert_02" file type Zoom Recording File.  When I double click on the files the resulting conversion process creates TMP files, like: audio 1234567890.m4a.tmp and video 1234567890.mp4.tmp, neither of which are recognizable as media files.  This is a problem preventing me from sharing the session recording.  I tried the Zoom Support chat line and they ended up creating a ticket but so far I have not gotten a solution or explanation.

So I've been thinking about security methods during calls... since I have my online sellvia store I often have to call my specialists or customers to discuss something and during these meeting we ofc talk about some private things or share file that no one else is allowed. How do I ensure total security? Do I just put the password on the meeting or there's something else I can do? Thanks

Hi!   I have recorded a short (~5 minute) clip a couple of times, and get the same issue on the playback which is skipping and an occasional spinning wheel.  Any suggestions of how to avoid this?
