Is there a way for me as a participant to see a record of the meetings I have joined? I know how to look at records of the meetings I hosted and seeing all the people who joined my meeting. Can the inverse be done? Can I find a history that can prove that I joined a meeting?

Chat, Changing font size, the instructions I read to increase "Control +" but it is not working. Any suggestions?

I have a Logitech Rally Bar along with Tap IP configured for Google Meet. Some of our meetings are Zoom, and I heard that Zoom interop should be capable for free. I went into the Google Meet and configured it to allow Zoom interop. (I also added a token from my Zoom account to allow it to bypass waiting room.) I believe I am supposed to see a Zoom dropdown or I'm supposed to be able to join a meeting that has a Zoom invite and says via Zoom. I get the message "Can't connect to this meeting" "This device can't connect to Zoom video conferences". However it does say that Zoom is enabled. Can anyone help? Thank you!

At the start of February I was forced to do an upgrade and now when no one can hear me, although I can hear them.  Zoom has worked perfectly for me for years and now this forced upgrade has broken it.  I am now on desktop Zoom for Linux (Debian) version 6.3.10.  When I go into Zoom audio settings I can select the microphone and when I speak I can see the blue bar move.  However, there is no "Test mic" button to do a recording.  So, obviously Zoom is picking up my microphone but not sending it on to others or not doing so properly.  Also, the microphone works perfectly in other applications.  For instance, I can record and playback from a terminal or using VLC.

Users in our system are listed as SSO or both email and SSO, except for one user. Instead of one listing in Users he has 2, one for email and one for SSO. I automate data extraction and reporting, and this user's duplication creation duplicate record when joined with other data sources. ow can I correct this?

I host a zoom meetings 7 times but my students are facing this issue. When they entered the meeting code they face the issue it has your meeting ID is not working.What should i do. Should I buy zoom?

I recently held a Zoom meeting which I recorded, but there is nothing in my Recordings and I received no Meeting Summary via email. How can it be recovered? And how do I avoid this happening again?

I am looking to set-up 30 "Broker" meetings.  These Brokers are not related to my company.Brokers already have their own Zoom accounts. Each Broker meeting would be reoccurring over 5 days and run 8am-5pm.   Each of these Broker meetings would have  Customers join at various times during the day.  I would like to give the Customers a single link to join a specific Broker  ( Link for Broker 1, Link for Broker 2, etc.). I would like to schedule these 30 meetings and allow the Brokers to have full access (start meeting without me)What is the best way to accomplish this?Have the Broker assign me scheduling privileges?  How do I manage and review these schedules?Create a single account and add licenses for each Broker (the project is temporary and I don't want to hijack their Zoom accounts) That happened to one of my Zoom account (un-linkable).Creat

First, trying to even make this comment was blocked because I had to select a "Board" in which to post it.But, my issue concerns logging into my account....for which NONE of the boards listed were appropriate.So, Zoom has forced me to select an incorrect board to begin with.While I can log into my Zoom account normally using the Chrome and Edge browsers....I cannot log in using the Firefox Browser.When I reached out to Zoom, I was forced to use their "chat support", which could not break out of its circular logic.  As a result, none of the prompts it offered me were even nearly correct and I could not force it to break the cycle and create a new issue.That said, it is obvious that changes within "either" Firefox or Zoom have broken the ability of Firefox users to log into Zoom accounts.The suggestion "Use Chrome" or "Use Edge" is unacceptable, as I Choose to use Firefox and will not be told how to use my computer.

I am using my Apple music playlist with my zoom classes and when I select advance share audio settings, the participants are not able to hear the music, but they can hear me through my AirPods. This seems to be happening each time there is a Zoom update.  Please help.

Workplace Proで契約していました。未払によりサブスクリプションがキャンセルされたため、2025年3月6日に支払しました。・請求書を見ると「サブスクリプション期間2025年1月31日-2026年1月30日」となっているため、2025年3月6日に支払った分で2026年1月30日までPro契約になったものとの認識でおります。・ただ「プランと請求」画面ではまだ、Workplace Basicのままになっており、Proに変更されていません。・「プラン管理」画面でも、"現在のプランはWorkplace Basic"となっています。・ログインし直してみましたが、状況は変わりません。このままの状況で、Proの機能を使うことができるのかご回答お願いいたします。

I am attempting to install the AI Notetaker and Transcription by Fireflies.ai app in Zoom. However, I am encountering an error message that states: "You cannot install the app because you don't have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again." The error message also mentions "Dashboard and Report > View Usage reports". I found view "Usage Reports" in the Reports section but I am not sure what this has to do with Dashboard and if I need to check anything in the Dashboard section of permissions, too? Could you please clarify the specific permissions required to install the Fireflies.ai app in Zoom? Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hi, I am trying to import a registration list and when I click on the Import from CSV box, a dialog box opens but no file name has populated. As a result, there is nothing to save. 

We've recently run into an issue where our Zoom Room are not displaying the metting that the rooms have been invited to. I've checked setting in individual rooms and overall Setting for the account, and cannot see a reason why this is occuring. Our users are complaining that they cant just join the meetings in the room and have to manually enter the meeting IDs in order to start or join a meeting. Most of our rooms are utilizing the NeatBar system and one is a PC based system with an Android Display panel for upcoming events.  

I was the chairperson of a non-profit board that has a Zoom Pro account. When I left the board, we changed the name on the account to the new chairperson. I have my own Zoom account and get invitations to Zoom meetings not related to the former non-profit. But when I click the link from the Zoom meeting invite it grabs the non-profit account and displays my name as the new chairperson's name. When I schedule meetings using my own account, my name displays correctly. What do I, or the non-profit, need to do so Zoom links don't grab the non-profit account when the invitation is to me, not the non-profit?

When I try using ctrl-shift-c in google docs in order to see word count, it either tries making a clip for zoom, even if I don’t have zoom open, or it doesn’t do anything when I disable it on zoom settings. It is really annoying, and is there anyway I can change it or disable it so that it won’t affect me? The shortcut literally has been cutting off input for other sites like google docs. I'm on Basic plan. I've already tried old solutions to this problem but for some reason the whole layout has changed and I no longer can change my keyboard shortcuts.

If we delete a user from our account, will the meeting links that they had already created still work or no?

We've got a scenario where a teacher wants to create a One-to-One Zoom Scheduler booking page for a duration of a single day only.  However, Zoom Scheduler doesn't seem to allow you to select only one day when setting up a booking page.  If you do that and then try to proceed, it warns you "End date must be greater than start date."  If you try to only select one date it tells you "End date must be provided."  Am I missing something obvious here?  There are events that are one day only, especially in the education realm.
