Dashboard and Report > View Usage reports

I am attempting to install the AI Notetaker and Transcription by Fireflies.ai app in Zoom. However, I am encountering an error message that states:

 

"You cannot install the app because you don't have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again."

 

The error message also mentions "Dashboard and Report > View Usage reports". I found view "Usage Reports" in the Reports section but I am not sure what this has to do with Dashboard and if I need to check anything in the Dashboard section of permissions, too?

 

Could you please clarify the specific permissions required to install the Fireflies.ai app in Zoom?

    Dear Zoom Support,

    We are experiencing an issue during the OAuth authorisation process for our Zoom app. We recently added new scopes and are testing with development credentials before submitting for Functional Review. During the initial OAuth step, we receive the error message: "You cannot install the app because you don't have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again."

    We are unsure why this error is occurring, as we are testing with development credentials in our own account. Could you please assist us in identifying and resolving this permission problem?
