I would like to have a feature to clear all the annotate of my drawings in Zoom apps right now, I have to use track pad to go to the 'Trash' option and then delete it which is time-consuming in Zoom meetings. It would be better to have some shortcuts using the keyboard to clear all my drawings when using annotate. 

I need to paste screenshot in Zoom Whiteboard using apple pencil, but unable to perform right-click operation from mouse.Anybody who might have resolved this issue

Hi, the video on zoom does not work on our new chromebook, with a black screen. Tried with zoom pwa and zoom online but still no video. Please help! I also have a mac and no issues there. 

Hello, We are holding a meeting open to our industry next week, posted this on LinkedIn with link to the registration page, and have gotten over 100 bogus registrants. Why did this happen and how to avoid in the future? Also, can I just cancel their registration or have things been compromised with the meeting? Thank you! 

Bluetooth headphones worked fine until recently. Now, when I join a meeting, I get the select join audio on the lower left. Selections are WiFi or Dial in. When I select WiFi, I get a message "you are using device audio". In addition, when I go to More..., there is a Disconnect audio highlighted in red with a headphone icon with a small x underneath.   I have gone through all the setting and cannot figure out how to have Zoom recognize my headset. I have tried on other devices and I get the same messages, so I know it is my Zoom settings. On other applications, my bluetooth earphones work fine. 

Hello. A few days ago, I was adjusting my mic settings and what I did is I unmuted myself and then muted the mic (It has a feature that allows me to mute the mic) for reference I have a Fifine A6V microphone. As soon as I did this I was kicked out of the meeting and every time I would try to rejoin and click on "Join with audio" it would kick me out again. I could only see everyone in the meeting but I couldn't hear anything. I was able to fully join the meeting once I unplugged the mic. Now, every time I have my mic plugged, go to settings and click on "Audio" it closes the settings window. I don't understand what happened and I'd appreciate if anyone could help me find a solution for this problem, since I have an online class every day and I need the audio quality to be good so I can be better understood. Thanks for reading.

Hello!For the last couple of weeks have been facing this problem: I join the meeting (which I host), the window of the meeting appears for a sec and then it starts reconnecting over and over again. After 5-6 trials it crashes and nothing happens. I uninstalled and installed the app, but it didn't help. Windows 11, zoom version 6.3.11 (60501), laptop MSI.

I didn't know the reason for real, but I noticed that when I try to click on the audio settings the app crash, I asked then I found that I put my mic default format to the max 192kHz then I asked copilot, and I found out that zoom app crashes if your mic format is higher than 48kHz so that is the reason I hope I helped someone to fix this problem.

When I try to join a meeting with my USB microphone, my Zoom crashes immediately. I have also tried with other microphones, but this does not happen. Only when I select my actual microphone (the USB microphone) does the meeting crash for me. my mic: (mixer) Steinberg UR22mkII Windows 10 

We would like to skip the "session is full" popup by having any attendee who joins once the session is full to be automatically redirected to our YouTube event. Is this possible?

Does anyone know a third party app or program that will allow me to do bulk downloading of my recordings (preferably one that doesn't cost 70 bucks a month)? So far I only know Salepager, but bulk downloading only comes as part of the "Webinar" plan, which is kinda pricey.

Hello, I recently had an employee change the recurrence of a recurring meeting with all kinds of details. I want to revert this back to "Recurring meeting - Meet anytime and Recurrence - No Fixed Time". But I can't seem to edit it. Can someone help?

Hello, I am trying to find the utilization percentage for my agents. Although I do notice that we have productive tasks listed under the not ready status and wanted to see those tasks fall under the time they were occupied. Any help with this issue?

Just got latest Zoom Update on MacOS - the mentions tab only shows mentions from external people. Any idea why? 

Hello, I teach in person and via zoom using my iphone, at the same time, projecting my phone to a TV. The zoom app (this problem started last year 2024) flips screen. Meaning it flips the video on the screen making it seem backward, this only happened after a certain update last year 2024. If there could be a setting were I can flip the orientation of the screen so this problem does not occur when mirroring from the zoom app on my phone to a television. When i'm trying to launch zoom meeting using Boss Gigcaster 8 mixer , and trying  to open audio configuration the zoom application crashed. When I"m using Zoom version 6.2.6 , It works ok. All the new versions crashed. 

When I return to a meeting on Zoom app calendar, I have the option to 'summarise the meeting' and ask 'what was discussed in the meeting' etc via the AI companion. But sometimes it says I do not have permission."Sorry, I cannot answer your question because you don't have the permission to access either the meeting transcript or the meeting summary."It works on some meetings, and I am an admin and I have looked at all the permissions and cannot see anything obvious.Any ideas? 

Tested version: 6.3.5 (54827) Trying to open the audio settings or making a call with a microphone configure with a high frequency makes the window crash instantly. Mic configuration: 1 channel, 24 bits, 192000 Hz To reproduce:- Change the microphone settings to 1 channel, 24 bits, 192000 Hz in the windows sound config- Try to either make a call or open the settings in the audio session- The call / settings window will instantly crash Workaround- Set the microphone to use a lower frequency (like 96000 Hz or lower)

I am on a Mac and there is purple icon in my menu that I have never seen before, when I scroll over it, it says "zoom.us is capturing your computer screen" but I was not on a live zoom call.  first, I quit zoom.   still there.  then I just went ahead and deleted the app from my computer: still there.  now I am going to restart.  better not be there when I get back. 

 Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me out here. My Zoom desktop app crashes every time I connect my condenser microphone. The video works perfectly, but as soon as I plug in the mic, the app quits. Interestingly, the web version works fine with the mic, but the video quality there isn’t great. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting steps—rebooting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, checking and installing updates for both my PC and the app, resetting, running a disk cleanup, and even deleting data—but nothing has worked. This has never happened before, and I’m really stuck on what to try next. Any advice would mean a lot. Thanks so much in advance!

I am an admin in my company account. I would like to switch off the "Meeting summary with AI Companion". Unfortunately, this is not possible. I get the message "Blocked by administrator". But I am the administrator. How can I switch off the summary with AI Companion? My ZOOM version is 6.4.0

My company have enabled "Advanced Chat Encryption" for our Zoom messages. This adds a little 'lock' symbol above the message field that says:"Chat content is Advanced Chat Encrypted. However, this chat's metadata (such as the chat's name and chat members' names) will still be viewable or editable by account owner, account admins, and others designated by the account owner."This pop-up comes up every single time your mouse cursor passes the icon. This is extremely frustrating as I have multiple monitors set up, with Zoom on my right-most monitor, and my cursor very frequently passes this icon. Every time I go to write a message, or move my cursor away from that location, the pop-up message appears. The issue is that it does not dissapear unless you click elsewhere in the Zoom window. As per the image attached, you can see that the pop-up covers a large portion of the text in the chat window, which means that if I move my cursor away from Zoom and

I want to expand  the scheduler to show meetings after 6-30-2025 but cannot find the setting

Is there a way to change the background color of the Meeting Chat??? SOLVED..  just changed it to dark mode..dont know how to delete this message yet though..
