Hello all,I have a question regarding Zoom Phone: I have a personal line (A), and can also receive calls on multiple call queues (B) (C) (D). However, it appears I do not get any notification regarding an incoming call or options to handle incoming calls on the queues if I am currently busy on my personal line. I can still receive incoming calls for the call queues if I am not busy. Would it be possible on my end for me to receive notifications for incoming call queues while I am busy on my personal line, or is this something only the admin can do? Thanks all!

Hi! I wanted to know if there is a way to turn off the Call Monitoring disclaimer for inbound calls. I want to keep them for outbound calls. We currently mention call monitoring and recording on the custom greeting we have so we would like to remove the disclaimer on the inbound calls. I could not find this setting and if not it should be included as a fix in future updates. 

We have started using scorecards and evaluations within the contact center. I have made it so that they need to be manually acknowledged. However, I do not see where the agent has the ability to view their score and acknowledge it on their end. Any articles out there that I missed on how to get this going?

Is there any way to declutter the Zoom-Client? We use the app daily and it is a great tool, but the absolute onslaught of new features and apps and integrations and notifications and new pop-ups in the "Zoom Workspace"-UI is such a downgrade in our user experience. We just want a first class conference tool. We don't need 1000 other features AND most of all we don't want to be bombarded with notifications and red numbers that need attention. If there was a possibility to hide all that, we will stay happy and loyal customers, but if we don't get the option to customize the Zoom UI to our needs, we will need to switch to a competitor. Please respect your users time and attention.

I have a user report an issue where all the deleted user team chats keep appearing in his DM and Chat channels. There is no option to remove them except to clear chat history in their in-app settings nor the admin center.We seem to be able to create a folder and move them there, but that isn't an ideal solution.  

Hi there team,I would like to know if there is a way to hide the recording icon (🎬) under an event in the calendar inside the Zoom workspace app. I want to share the recording with a select few people who attended that specific video call, not all the attendees.My scenario is that everyone who attended with the same domain can see the recording by clicking the icon on their zoom workspace app; even if they do not have the sharing link, and we just want to share that recording to specific people.How can this be managed?We have a Workplace Pro account and we use Apple Laptops.Thanks in advance.

I have Call Screening enabled along with the option to "Exclude my contacts from call screening, calls from contacts will reach you as normal."  I added two numbers to my Personal Contact list, my own cell (for testing) and my wife's. Both numbers are still challenged by the call screening prompt when calling my Zoom number. I confirmed that the numbers appear in "Personal Contacts" on both the zoom.us website and in my Zoom Workplace desktop app. To determine if setting changes had an activation lag, I temporarily disabled Call Screening and confirmed that the setting change was immediately effective on my line. Reenabling Call Screening was also immediate, however the numbers in my personal contacts are still screened. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? Thanks!

Moin, nach dem ich durch den Host in ein Meeting reingelassen werde(Meetings über 30-60 Teilnehmer,einige Minuten später wird das Bild eingefroren, mildig,und oben links wird angezeigt " Program reagiert nicht".Obwohl ich den Ton von anderen Teilnehmern noch höre, einige Minuten später stürtzt ab.Ich habe einen neuen Computer mit Prozessor I7 12700K, Grafikkarte Geforce RTX 3090TI und 64GB Arbeitspeicher.Computer macht gar keine Probleme, spiele verscheiedene Spiele mit Ultra Einstellungen alles läuft einwandfrei.Nur Zoom macht Probleme. Es muss laufen, weil ich mindestens 3 mal die Woche am Meetings teilnehme.Bei kleinen Meetings z.B. ich und Freund, funktioniert alles einwanfrei... Was könnte das Problem sein?Bitte Hilfe

Currently I am working on integrating zoom meeting sdk in react app. So that my react app can start the meeting id set via zoom app.I had used sdk key and secret from another new email subscribing Video SDK | Pay As You GoIntegration looks successful and the participant shown in waiting state until host start the meeting via app.But on starting the meeting i am getting following error.Error:Joining Meeting Timeout or Browser restriction To join a meeting hosted by an external Zoom account, your SDK app has to be published on Zoom Marketplace. You can refer to Section 6.1 of Zoom's API License Terms of Use

I just installed zoom on a new windows laptop. I now cannot see the shared screen from someone else. (I do know how to share screens. This is not the problem. I have been using Zoom since it started.) Any thoughts on what is wrong?

I think someone is on my account because I have another person using my account with a different name. HELP!  I have had this account for almost 5 years and I go to 2 meeting every day.  I'm overwhelmed by Zoom's technical terms.  I called up Zoom and Zoom instructs me to do 2 numbers from my account, and I did that.  They said they could NOT find my account!  Please, can someone help me?  I have the latest update for Zoom although I have an old MAC OS computor.

In recent versions of Zoom Workplace there is no title bar on the window and so there's noway at all for me to move the zoom window around the screen or otherwise adjust it. This is super frustrating. I am running Zoom on Linux Mint 21 under the MATE window manager.

Hi, I am having problems with Zoom on my new laptop which I have not had in years of using it before.  - Black/grey boxes visible on participants' screens over any box I have open (e.g. video gallery, which I need to have open!)I have followed all the steps recommended in the FAQs (Advanced video settings, etc.) and it is still a problem. - My internet connection keeps crashing during meetings - the internet connection is still strong on my laptop, but I get "internet unstable" messages and it crashes repeatedly.  My new laptop is a Lenovo if that makes any difference.  Thank you in advance for any help!

I have have a user who cannot sign in with SSO. They are not making any error. I looked at a log and see that the NameID does not populate. I'm not on the team that would be able to check that on the network end. What do I need to be looking for on her account? Universal Principal Name?

 I chose to have a "portrait" filter added to my camera view. It's like the blurred background but not as intense. I really liked it, but now I can't find it again! Did it move or go away?  Thanks!

This application DOES NOT close when pressing the X icon in the upper right. You can't exit from the taskbar using the right click menu to close window. Even alt-f4 can't close it. Instead this application is set to automatically disappear into the user's "notification area" so it LOOKS like it's closed, but it stays active in the background. The "notification area" is the hidden icon tray. Windows users can find this in the lower right hand side of their screen by clicking the ^ icon near the clock.You have to either sign out from the user menu and then exit OR right click the icon in the "notification area" or hidden icon tray to exit. This program is predatory to people who don't know their program does not close when the X icon is pressed. It should NEVER automatically hide itself and still run in the background. The process to close the program is unintuitive, not user-friendly, and purposely obfuscates how to close the program. Cambié de otro servicio para cambiarme por ZOOM antes de la pandemia, porque tenía más funcionalidades.  Sin embargo, desde hace un año regresé al viejo servicio😔 porque el audio no me funciona para mis clases de música, se cancela el sonido, los agudos para las clases de flauta, no se escuchan. Me encantaría regresar a ZOOM si ese problema se solucionara, es lo único por lo que estoy con otro servicio.  Actualmente, estoy en la conferencia de Álvaro Luque y no tengo sonido, he seguido todos los tutoriales, me salí y volví a entrar y sigo sin audio.😠  

Hello everyone, does anyone here has the same problem with me? I can't turn on HD Camera on setting, the option is grayed out. I need this feature so bad as my MacBook camera looks very bad on 360p resolution. I tried with webcam 720p & 1080p the option for HD is still not available. Please somebody help me

A few days ago, I found the feature that allowed me to write a message, that the user sees and has to click to acknowledge, right before being to a meeting. (I'm the Admin.) Today, I want to edit that message, however I haven't been able to find the place where I created it, to edit it. I've click around for hours. Please help with detailed instructions.

Greetings, I was going through the tutorial and one of the options presented was how a phone number is going to be used? I am paying for a Zoom Phone license to use for my business, but I was wondering, because of the 10DLC laws, if would have just been better to choose Personal? I just plan on texting my clients individually, I don' t do campaigns. Is there a way to change my account?

I am troubleshooting our virtual receptionist kiosk; the reception function is set so that multiple users are assigned to receive the call. The calls are not consistently going through. We do not have zoom phones so the action type is "contacts or zoom rooms from the account" and 2-4 users are assigned. How does the system determine what users to call? What happens if someone doesn't answer the call? Is there a way to set it to forward to another account contact?  I would like to have the calls go to multiple account users without having to purchase Zoom phone license or only calling one person per action button.
