I'm using a Zoom Pro account, and although I can enable and use the other AI Companion tools, the AI Companion button does not appear when I'm working in a whiteboard. I've tried following the Support Center steps to enable it, but when I go to Account Management > Account Settings > AI Companion, there is no Whiteboard area. I only see Meeting, Recording, Team Chat, and Mail & Calendar.  Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on what might be going wrong here? Thanks!

Hi all. When I view my recordings, my webcam video (usually in top RH corner) tends to cover important parts of the screen. See attached pic. I don't want to turn off the webcam for the recording. How do I position it better so it doesn't cover parts of the screen in the recording? Many thanks.

When recording a meeting of the Board for the Secretary, is there a way to add to the recording the list of all attendees? So the Secretary will know who was in attendance.Thanks, Steve

Hi Zoom, My Zoom dashboard does not have the avatar option. Presently, my Zoom software is on 5.12.2 (11434) while my Mac is on macOS Version 11.6.1 (2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 with 16GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X on Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB). Regards to my settings, I've enabled and locked the "avatar" option. Unfortunately, the "avatar" option still does not appear on my "start video" or "choose virtual background" or "choose video filter" option. I've also tried using Zoom on my iPhone 13 Pro Max that's running on iOS version 16.0 (20A362) and same issue - no avatar option. Please help. Thanks!

i keep trying to register in a recording but i keeps refreshing to the same page instead how do i overcome this, its quite imp im missing my college lecture!

We often have 2 or more people sharing one email address.  This means that they get to case a SINGLE vote on polls. Is there any way to allow or assign more than one vote in a polling response from a particular email? As we understand it, polls means ONE vote per distinct email attendee? Related to this would be:  can polling handle the idea of proxy voting on one email?

In Windows 11 the "Windows Settings - Sound" is insufficient to enable external, or USB wireless microphones.  The settings in the Control Panel are needed, and with revisions now only found entering "Control Panel" in the home screen bottom search bar.  In sound there, in the selected input device's menu, Properties of device can be selected and show a menu with "Listen" top tab, within which the "Listen to This Device" option to select shown, click to enable input in applications.

I am an application developer. I do remote support, training, and configuration for clients using the Sierra Chart trading platform. Screen sharing with Remote Control is the number one reason I use Zoom, however it only works some of the time. I can control Windows, and other windows applications, but if the application is SierraChart_64.exe, I often can move the mouse but not click or type if in the app.  I have seen times where it works if the user is already running the app when I connect. However, once the app is restarted, the remote control is lost. Sometimes, ending remote control from my end and requesting it helps, other times it does not.  Is there something I need to do, or the client, when this happens? Is it a version issue? How do we check and update before or during the call? Or is it a bug, that doesn't get addressed, because of the few people it impacts? I have found a backup solution (Anyviewe

Hello Zoom Community, I’m encountering an issue while using the screen control feature in Zoom. Previously, when I was controlling another person’s screen in full-screen mode, I could press the ESC key, and it would act as though I was pressing ESC on their computer. However, now when I press ESC, it no longer works on their screen. Instead, it just restores down the full-screen mode on my side. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and is there a way to fix it? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hello!How many people can activate host key? Is there any limit?  I have business zoom account and I would like to understand the difference between Host key and License.So I can create 10 different meetings where I am a host and give my host key to 10 different people to let them have host permissions for these meetings, right?Why do I need additional licenses on my account if I can just buy Pro Plan with 1 license and just give host keys to everyone in our company?Could you help me to clarify this, please? Thank you! What is Zoom policy/directions on active bullying harassment dogpiling on disabled?I have raised this. I raise valid points and experience and then I am called Troll attacked abused threatened my disability and experience history used against me.I have sent an email to the Host before privately informing him, although he already knows I am severe disabled and serious PTSD with incredible incapacities. I am still active to address and stop same things from happening and will stand up to any contributor to suggests abuse or violence - that's when I get into trouble or if my disability experience goes against others politics religious views etc.Today is has been horrendous. Still going on in background and I am severely dogpiled on.It takes a lot for me to participate and take part. and also they now know my name and openly say they will track me down and find out all about me.I have had this before and had to leave home

Hi everyone, we are a business that is based in Croatia and we work as a contractor to a firm in the UK. Our work requires us to be able to call UK numbers and to have a UK number of our own. Thus far we have used Skype for this without any issues, but it is shutting down now so we switched to Zoom. The issue is that when we try to setup numbers for the UK, we are required to input a UK address and documents proving that this is the address of the business, is there no other way for us to get a UK number and to call UK numbers? This wasn't required on Skype. Could we at least get a Croatian number and call UK numbers without further charges? We have the "Zoom Phone Pro Global Select Unlimited" package. Would we be charged additionally for each call to the UK if we got a Croatian number?

When I am called the ringtone plays through both my speakers and headset. I would much prefer it rings to just my speakers and then allow me to take the call on my headset.This is on windows desktop zoom app. The app is fully up to date. Please advise. Thank you.

Please help!!!I went in Friday to send a registration link to someone for a recurring meeting that I have been doing for a couple years and had scheduled up until the end of 2024. I went in yesterday to send the reminders and found there was no meeting. Everything was gone for this particular set of meetings for the future and the past. All of my registrants are gone too. I can see the history of recordings but that's it. Is it possible to find out what happened or to get back what was lost? I am so pissed that if I didn't just renew I would be changing platforms. There is absolutely no support for the pro level. The chatbot was worthless after I spent an hour or two trying all diferent ways to spell out the problem.I figure someone's gotta know what's going on here. TIA!

Hi.  I use Zoom to record my podcasts. I only use the Zoom audio files, not the video files.  I need to free up space on my hard drive. I have all audio files backed up on an external disk. If I delete the video files from my hard drive, will it mess anything up?

After updating to the latest version of Windows 11, I’ve noticed Zoom occasionally freezes or becomes unresponsive during meetings. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, are there any fixes or workarounds that have worked for you? I’ve tried reinstalling Zoom and updating drivers, but the problem persists. Would love to hear if others have found a solution!

Is it possible to upload a custom Avatar into Zoom?  I do not wish to use the childish avatars Zoom offers.  I have a human like custom avatar which I wish to upload.  Google search says this is possible but the zoom instructions suck!  Zoom customer service is awful.  What do. you suggest.
