Hello all, Last May, I enrolled in a series of Webinars, but from the end of last June whenever I fill out and try to send the request forms to access the recordings of the Webinars, I get invariably the same error message: "This email address has been used to send the request. Check your email or use a different one." I contacted several times the host/organizer of the Webinars, but he's ignoring me: I never sent the request before; I checked everywhere in my email, but there's nothing; the email address I'm using is the very same (and only one) registered both with my Zoom account and the Webinars account, I can't use any different one. I have left until end of this month (July 31st) to watch the recordings, and I need to understand if I can solve the issue myself, or if it's the host/organizer's responsibility to solve the riddle. Thank y

Hi, I am not able to see raise your hand option when I join meetings. Zoom version 6.4.6 (53970) on MacOS Sequoia. I checked with the host and they have not disabled raise your hand feature on their side. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Ravi. 

Hello,Last night we were attacked by a very aggressive zoom bomber showing very inappropriate video. I was unable to throw him out at first because he was repeatedly raising/lowering his hand at a hight rate. This resulted in his tile moving to the list of raised hands and back quickly, so I was unable to click his tile in order to get the popup menu to throw him out.The same occurred with the participants list giving me no chance to access the menu.Eventually we resorted to suspending all meeting activities which settled the situation and allowed me to access his tile's menu and remove him. When is was preparing a video for our other hosts and co-hosts the next day, explaining how to remedy such a situation, I noticed that participants can still raise and lower their hands when activities are suspended. Obviously, our bomber had given up when we suspended activities. He could instead have continued flipping his hand. Althoug

Hello, please can you helpI have just bought a new Asus Vivobook S15, running Windows 11 and using RealtecIn a meeting when i share music via spotify the participants can not hear the music.I have  the following..All my Zoom settings are correct.Updated the Audio driversI've switched the AI sound cancellation off in my Asus settings (a solution i found in the Asus boards)I've tried using the zoom browser rather than the AppConfusingly it worked once last week...Look very forward to any suggestions, this is vital for my work Thank you 

Good Day All This is my first time posting and I hope I am doing it right. Please help me if possible. Thank you in advance.  I have recently (within 24 hours at the time of this post) have my phone number ported to zoom and was looking to receive and send SMS.  After set up all configuration support agent suggested, and tested with different phone numbers, the number still cannot receive SMS. The last message from the tech support team guided me through more configurations and compliance settings.  I have completed the following actions but still could not receive SMS on Zoom Phone. Enable SMS/MMSAccount level – SMS/MMS toggled On.Group level – No group was setup. Set up new group with user added, SMS/MMS toggled On.Site level – I have no “Site” tab available under “Phone System Management > Company Info”.In

I teach zoom yoga classes and have a strange issue.  When using my hp laptop, spotify and my jlab wireless earbuds together everything is great for 5 minutes, I can hear the music and my participants.  Then all sound is muted only for me for 1 minute (the participants can still hear the music)  After 1 minute the music returns in my earbuds and the 5 minutes on, 1 minute off continues over and over.  I have timed it and it's always 5/1.   I've read that since I'm using 2 things  -spotify and my wireless earbuds - zoom does not support 2.  I've researched this for  many hours and found that I can use an app called Loopback (costs $99) to merge the 2 sources but it's only Mac compatible.  Any suggestions?

I am a yoga instructor. Zoom audio settings are suppressing my Omkar "AaaaUuuuMmmmmm" chanting. I tried with all settings of Original audio, removing background noise settings but failed to fix it. Tried with different microphones as well. I have ensured that the issue is not with microphone device/ system settings as using same device for other applications like Google meet is working fine.Would appreciate if someone can help with this ?Just to go in details, while chanting Omkar and pronouncing "AaaaUuuuMmmmmm", it only captures initial "Aaa" and then it starts blocking most of the sound.

I'm a licensed user with an Education account.I scheduled a webinar and I entered as alternative host a colleague.My colleague started by himself the webinar, he figured as host and things worked perfectly.At the same time I needed to start another webinar from my account, but I couldn't! A message advise me that there was another meeting going on...I read tha it's possible to host up to 2 meetings at the same time...Thank you!  Isabella 

How can I restore the possibilty to record on a coud after you have disabled it? I cleaned all the trash. It is now clean but I keep getting those mails and it is still disabled evan though I have deleated almost all the recordings. It does not acceed the limit now. please advise

I am using zoom pro and when I have people in the meeting it ends because I guess no one is screensharing or something I need help how do I fix the 40 minute idle time HELP

I have a Workplace Pro license which allows 100 participants in a meeting. If I start a meeting and 60 people join, then 10 minutes later 30 of those leave the meeting, how many more people can enter the meeting at that time? Would it be 70 because there are only 30 people still in the meeting? Or would it be 40 as 60 had already earlier joined the meeting?

Hello, captions are not translating properly for non-english phone callers (either no captions or they're incorrectly transcribed as english). Does anyone know how to resolve this? Hi community, I created a "webhook only" app in Zoom AppMarketplace and I'd like to save this data in a third-party app. The notification is sent but more than one time. Some records are sent 3 times. What could be the cause of this? Regards

Hello All, We have staff that miss being able to call in to access their voicemail box and change their greeting while they are not in the office.  It looks like Zoom has a similar capability here, but it wasn't enabled by default: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068936 Has anyone enabled this in their environment?  If so, are there any security implications to consider?  How about positives and negatives after enabling? Any feedback is appreciated! Tony

Hi, I have a single zoom line for my business. Through the auto receptionist, I set up conditional call forwarding so the call routes to my assistant's cell phone after 10 seconds.  I would like to set it up so that, if my assistant doesn't answer, the call ends with the caller in my zoom voicemail (not the cell phone voicemail). Is this possible? Or is there another way to set this up? 

Hello,  I have my Zoom VOIP set to automatically record all of my calls, but when I view them in Zoom.us there are none in the Recordings tab under Phone. Plus, when I'm on calls it says that it's being automatically reocorded, but it is not saving anywhere. Has anyone ever had this issue before?

Can I use a powerpoint presentation as a teleprompter but that other particpants dont see the slides? How?

I have a user that had email issue a couple days ago resulting in bounce backs when sending to her email. She used to receive automatic transcripts emails after each zoom call. We have got her email issues fixed but she is still not receiving those. Im assuming its because they were trying to automatically send but couldn't because of bounce backs and that resulted in that email being flagged which then cause the issue of not receiving them. Could anybody assist with this or provide any info or let me know if this is something I will have to contact zoom support for?Thanks

Hello everyone, I am synching my Google Calendar with Zoom. For the events that I manually add to my private Google Calendar, everything works fine and clients cannot book via the Zoom booking software if there's an event set in my Google Calendar. But I do also have a work Google Calendar and here, Zoom does not understands that I am busy there too. I think the issue comes from the fact that in my Google Calendar, there's the private and the work calendar (it's both the same Google account) because if I manually copy events form the work to the private calendar in Google, they show up in Zoom as well. The issue is I cannot manually copy every incoming event.Is there any solution to this?Thank you!

Hello all,I use Zoom for recurring meetings and require participants to register once for the first session. I then use the same meeting ID and passcode for all future sessions. However, once registration is enabled, the invitation link always directs participants back to the registration page—even for subsequent sessions. This has caused confusion for some of my attendees who struggle to reconnect each time.I know that I can start the meeting and copy the meeting link to share it manually. My question is: if I start the meeting, copy the link, and then close the meeting and restart it later at the scheduled time, will that original link still work for participants? Or does Zoom generate a new unique link each time I open the meeting?Thank you for your help!

Hi community. I use zoom for work meetings, and the nature of my job means it is very important I have a screen behind me and the only thing that can be seen is myself (no edges of the screen or background of the room I'm in). It is not appropriate for me to use "zoom backgrounds" or "blurring", I must use a real physical screen behind me. I have a logitech stream cam and have adjusted my image in LogiTune app to improve lighting and contrast as zoom and Teams seem to have very different settings. I have also zoomed the camera in slightly to ensure the edges of the screen I use can't be seen. When I open zoom my image looks perfect, however for other users in the meeting, my image looks zoomed out and they can see the edges of the screen and/or parts of my room. Why is this and how do I fix it? Why is zoom showing me my displayed image is different to what people are ACTUALLY seeing?

I have created a Zoom Doc during my Maths Class and have copied and pasted some images into it. However I am not able to use a pen tab to annotate on it : for example drawing graphs, writing equations or expressions. Is this feature not available in Zoom Docs?
