Bonjour, J'ai des soucis depuis l'installation de la dernière mise à jour de zoom sur ma tablette. Mon son est de mauvaise qualité ce qui m'oblige à éteindre ma vidéo. J'ai pensé que ma tablette manquait d'espace, je l'ai vidée et réinitialisée mais le problème persiste. J'ai réinstallé zoom plusieurs fois et ça n'a pas amélioré la situation. Je voudrais réinstaller la version précédente mais je n'y arrive pas. Merci pour vos réponses, Anne

Bought a pro license an hour ago, can't call or chat with zoom live support unless I shell out more dollars. oom was great last year but has become greedy and added more complex features that all cost money. Downloaded the app "Livestream" and now I get error "You can not stream to this platform" and all 4 platforms are greyed out. I am owner of the account and have full privileges. Someone please help me livestream to my facebook group that I am admin of. 

Hi, I have a basic plan and trying to transcript the reunion. The recording is apparently working, plus when leaving the reunion I do have a conversion window of my recording. Then when I look for the past reunion, there is none, no recording and no transcription .Would be grateful for support. cheers

Hello everyone! Please tell me if there are any options on how to make sure that the session rooms are always working, even when no one is in the conference? So that participants can come in and use the rooms without the organizer.

I use AI transcription and since yesterday some of the Zoom meetings stopped giving transcripts (I control the space and delete old ones, so it's not a storage space issue). Now 1 summary is inactive, the next one is active, the next one is inactive again. And the system doesn't even let me delete them. I have been experiencing an issue with my team for screensharing and audio with Zoom.  Basically, screen sharing option is missing for participants. The only options they see are Participants, Raise hand, Meeting info and More.They are also unable to join with an audio in a Zoom meeting. The issue doesn't seem to happen for a host of a meeting.  I first noticed this on MacOS devices but soon realized this issue is coming up in all browsers (Chrome, Edge and Safari) and Windows as well. I am relatively green with this technology and I would appreciate your help so I can avoid any issues the day of!  Thank you for your help in advance!  FYI, I am a pro member.  I will be holding multiple interviews throughout the day with 3 interviewers, each joining separately.  Each of the interviewees will also join separately for their one 1 hour slot. To make it easier, can I create one meeting link and share it with everyone including the interviewees? And if we take a 1 hour lunch break in the middle of the day, will the meeting automatically stop, requiring us to log into the meeting again?  Should we have one link for before lunch and one for after lunch?  

I am not able to launch Zoom automatically from my iPhone when someone sends me the link thru Facebook Messenger.  A window pops up saying that I have to copy the link and paste to a browser.  Is there an easier way to launch Zoom by just clicking on the Zoom link provided?  I have the Zoom app loaded on my iPhone.  I don't want to copy-and-paste to a browser...

Zoom Version 6.1.10 doesn't seem to be able to screen mirror properly from the iphone 15 Pro max to Apple TV (Version 17.6) by rotating to landscape mode. In some cases when it does rotate, the image is upside. Only happens when screen mirroring, otherwise, app rotates perfectly. Any insights would be appreciated, thanks!

Zooms AI does not seem to know, how do I do this please, most frustrating to copy and paste my Zoom meetings into my Mac calendar, there must be a better way. Thank you for your help

I've had an on-going problem with classes I take via Zoom.  As the class progresses, the audio degrades.  It usually begins as light pops or crackle when the instructors and guests are speaking, and ends with so much static and distortion that no one is comprehensible.  If I leave the class and rejoin, everything is crystal clear again . . . for a while.  It seems to only affect me, none of the other people on the call.  And to clarify, the static and distortion are only there while other's are speaking, and does not continue through silence.  We've changed our internet service, upgraded to fiber, but the issue remains.  What else can I explore? If I were only observing/listening, leaving and coming back wouldn't be such an issue; but in some cases my role is participatory, and if I cannot understand what the others are saying, then my being there is useless.  I've had no issues with multi-hour Google

FEATURE REQUEST:Product: Zoom Meetings Feature details:Please enable the ability for PARTICIPANTS of Zoom meetings to prevent recording and/or note taking in meetings that they are in. There are certain sensitive accounts (e.g. HR, CEO, etc) that wish to prevent recording at all times for security and privacy reasons. Zoom currently only allows the host to control this, but there should be a setting for participants to disallow this as well. Note, Google Meet has such a setting (via Admin controls). Thank you!Jeff

Hi there, is someone able to assist me in changing the default ClickToCall from Zoom Phone to Zoom Contact Center, please? Currently, when we click on a number, it opens in Zoom Phone.We are hoping to change it so that when a number is clicked on, it opens in the Zoom Contact Center. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We are highly doubtful about the use of AI. These machines are not only energy-drainers, they are data extractors, and necessarily affect communications in myriad unwanted and unexplained ways. There is zero evidence that the power they offer will be resisted by the companies that build them or deploy them. For these reasons (and deeper more philosophical ones) we are preparing for a world in which computers have become unusable. We rely on Zoom for a very large part of our participation in world affairs, so it will be very sad if Zoom has to go. But if we cannot function AI-free, so be it.

Could you please allow me to change the sound when someone enters the room?The one you have is really unpleasant!

I receive an error when trying to login on my iPhone and only my ios device. I can login perfectly fine using the same credentials on the zoom browser on chrome and the desktop app. What is the issue? I am 100% certain the email and password are being entered correctly so it seems isolated to ios. 

Hi ya'll!   We submitted a number port request that was rejected by  our current carrier, but is stuck as "pending" in the zoom portal. Ideallly, we could delete that port request and attempt again with different port details, but the delete button is grayed out. Anyone aware of a solution for this issue?  

Since the latest Zoom update, every time I join a meeting on my mini-iPad and see the video preview, I must backtrack to the “meeting settings page” (more -> settings menu -> meetings) and toggle OFF the “mirror my video” as well as toggle ON the “mute my microphone” settings. Anyone else having the same issue? Okay, it’s not a nightmare, but this annoyingly repetitive and time-wasting protocol didn’t occur until recently, and I want the developers to make it stop. Because I have a basic account, I can’t contact them directly about fixing what seems like a bug. Maybe someone here can do me a solid and send my query along to the folks who can fix the problem…. unless someone here actually has a solution! Thanks in advance for any help.

The Cisco 9800 series of desk phones have been out for about a year now but I am not seeing any mention of them on the big cloud VOIP phone providers like Zoom, 8X8, RingCentral, Nextiva, etc.  My rep tells me an internal roadmap shows them as possibly being certified in June 2025. We are very seriously contemplating switching to Zoom phone and the hardware is a big element of the switch away from our legacy Avaya on prem PBX. So far, we are very impressed with Zoom Phone. We've been testing the Poly Edge phones and they are nice, but the Cisco 8800 and 9800 series devices seem just a tad higher quality, maybe more substantial, etc.I like the larger buttons. We like the Poly Edge phones, but if given a choice I'd probably pick the Cisco phones after holding both in my hands. I don't want to deploy the 8800 series (they are certified on Zoom) because they are 10 years old and lack certain modern features like Zoom App Call Control (dialing on PC in Zoom app and it dials your des

Hi, I was using Zoom to make a phone call, when i realized all of my text messages have disappeared!  When i logged into the app on my desktop, they were all there, and when a client texted me, our full conversation popped back up.  Is there any way to recover the messages onto my phone?  i'm often communicating with clients away from my laptop and need our chat history.   Has this happened to anyone else?  

Hi Team, We recently signed up for Zoom Phone and used the service for a brief period (1–2 days), during which we also ported in our business number. Unfortunately, our account was permanently suspended due to a reported violation. As a result, we are unable to log into our account or access any information. We submitted an appeal to have our number released or ported out, but the appeal was rejected without any explanation or details provided. This number is extremely important to us as it is actively used for our day-to-day business operations, and the current situation is causing major disruptions. I would appreciate your help. Best Regards,
