Can't find the transcripition

Hi, I have a basic plan and trying to transcript the reunion. The recording is apparently working, plus when leaving the reunion I do have a conversion window of my recording. Then when I look for the past reunion, there is none, no recording and no transcription .Would be grateful for support. cheers
