Only the X11 -> X11 setup worked correctly for us. In Polish language, the letter c with a diacritical sign (c + alt) is very frequently used. Unfortunately, using this letter starts immediate ZOOM and clip making. How to change the setting to avoid this? Eryk

Zoom market’s itself as being fully compliant and accessible. I am deaf and rely on captions. I am unable to have captions without the host of a meeting allowing them or the host nominating someone else. There is no incentive for me or for other deaf people to pay for a licence as video meetings are inaccessible whether we pay or not.  I currently attend language lessons and have been since September and the tutor is struggling to understand how to enable captions. They must be a host as the lessons are two hours long.  I have neither the time or ability to talk them through what to do. I have read all of the forum posts I can find to see if I pay for an account whether that will give me the ability to have captions whether the host is capable or willing or not. It seems not. When is it going to be possible to get captions on Zoom ?  Will Zoom stop marketing itself as fully accessible until it enables captions for all users.&n

I accepted an invite for an interview at 7am on 4/3, but as soon as I click "accept" in Outlook for Mac – the meeting lands at a completely different date and time 2am on 3/30. I tried going into my deleted items folder and accepting the invite for the correct time once again, but it continues to show incorrectly. This is extremely frustrating as this is an important call for a job interview. What is going on?

I want to view all the users on our account all their meetings that are scheduled. how do i set this up 

I am frustrated that the new Zoom look has removed recurring meetings (or at least all my former ones). And now instead of presenting me with upcoming and recurring meetings, I get my Outlook calendar. I have Outlook - I don't need Zoom to inform me when my dental appointment is and to "helpfully" be sure I know that it is "not a Zoom meeting." All these apps start great, then go downhill when they think they need to be the center of our universe. Integrate will with other apps like calendars, but don't duplicate them. I'm glad we are on MS Teams so I only have to use Zoom on occasion - very clunky and not user friendly compared to what it was a couple years ago.

Thank you to Storyhub for your support.I spent three days intensively troubleshooting a critical Zoom issue where my clients couldn’t enter the waiting room, and I received no notifications in the app. After trying all the recommended settings, the root cause turned out to be something I would have never suspected: Zoom had silently unchecked the "Use my personal meeting ID (PMI)" setting in the desktop app's "New Meeting" configuration. This caused Zoom to start using a different Meeting ID instead of my real PMI , even though my account still showed the correct PMI on the web. As a result, my clients were joining a non-existent or mismatched meeting space—and I couldn’t see them or get notified. If I start a Meeting from the iMac and share a document all other members can see my annotations and add their own and the record of these edits remains.  If I host a Meeting from my iPad or iPhone and share a document I can annotate from that device and the marks remain. I can annotate from either of the other devices and the edits remain on the host's document but disappear after 5 seconds on the screen of the device making the annotation.  Collaboration is impossible. I've checked Meeting settings on the Web portal and annotations are enabled for everyone. I'd really appreciate some fast help on this. I fly to Britain tomorrow. My wife will have the iMac in Japan. We plan to hold ZOOM classes for students and sorting this out would make sharing the work much easier. Thank you.

What is going on with the quality of the Meeting Summary with AI Companion?  Has there been some change or upgrade implemented recently?!  My Meeting Summaries have gotten progressively shorter and worse over the last week or so.

I am using Zoom Phone to handle phone and fax. I have noticed that automatic phone recordings do not appear in the desktop app, even though they do appear in the recording log. The same goes for faxes—sending and receiving faxes works, but received faxes only appear in the log, and my desktop app on my Mac says "No faxes received yet". Is there something I have to do in order to sync my desktop app with the company's account? Is it a permissions problem? Thank you!

I underatand how mirroring the front facing camera for selfie mode so it looks more like what you would aee in the mirror.  But when i change the camera to the main camera on the back of the phone.  It stays mirrored.  This is not a natural or even desired. Why is the mirroring also applied to the main camera???  It makes no sense. I feel that this is a valid BUG in the code of zoom app. The mirror ahould not applt to both cameras, only the front facing.If the main camera also needs to invert, then there should be a separate setting that is not defaulted to mirror. 

Hi, I am implementing a web app. I have a developer account. Added an server to server OAuth application in the zoom developer portal. I read some documentation but I couldn't figure it out how to embed zoom meeting in my web application. Can you please guide me? Thanks in advance. 

Hello, I've been using Zoom for a couple of years now conducting meetings with up to a few hundred participants.  The presentation always includes the sharing of a video.  I have always used the Share Sound and Optimize for video settings.  A few days ago, while doing the AV check in preparation for the meeting, I was unable to share the video.  The participants were able to hear the sound but unable to view the video.  In an attempt to resolve this issue, I have replicated the issue with a small meeting between two of my own computers, one desktop (with a hardwired ethernet connection) and an iPad (connected with WIFI).  I have also replicated the issue with two computers both of which were connected with WIFI (i.e., no hardwired connection).   The issue began with upgrade 6.4.2 and persists with 6.4.3.  I can workaround this issue by disabling the "optimize for video sharing" feature.  Any thoughts on how I may resolve this?

Why are  my scheduled meetings past July 2025 not showing up. I just scheduled one for 

I signed up for zoom phone to port my skype number .Sales told me to request porting at sign up . Saw the porting in progress for 3 days in my zoom account and then it just vanished, I have been trying to get help from Zoom for the last 5 days without much success . I  can not complete the porting document since its a skye number and my skype invoice does not have the information requested by the porting document. The  tech support request took 23 h to answer and they  send me the link to the porting page without answering any of my  question or providing more details than what is on the porting page  Sales promised me porting is simple - no worries . Now I'm stuck in a loop with NO help from Zoom and probably loose my number because I can not get any help. I any advice on how to actually get real support and help ? I cant even get this escalated ! Did anyone port a skype number

After reviewing all configuration and settings with Zoom agents, we are unable to receive SMS. I have completed the following actions but still could not receive SMS on Zoom Phone. Enable SMS/MMSAccount level – SMS/MMS toggled On.Group level – No group was setup. Several times recently I joined Zoom meetings where the person shared some short meditative songs.  I could not hear the music, although I saw the images on the screen.  Everyone else on the Zoom could hear it just fine.  And then the other day, I was hosting a Zoom and one of the attendees couldn't hear the song I screen shared.  She had been on my Zoom calls dozens of times and we've never had this happen before.  Is there a setting I need to adjust or an update I'm missing?  Help!

So let me tell you the devices I am using.Android Device - Samsung S10iPhone 11External Microphone - Wireless K8 So I bought this mic and is working as it should. When I connect it to my android and use default camera app, it starts recording audio through USB Audio and works as it should. Same goes with my iPhone. Now the problem is in Zoom Meeting Android as it is not picking up audio from the external mic while Zoom Meeting on iPhone picks up audio from the external mic as it should.Can Anyone help me with this issue? Is there a setting, or anything like?

My audio is working fine but the video is not. I get to see a pink screen when I turn on the video. In a meeting, I could not see the video of other participants (whose videos are turned on).I also see the screen shared by other participants as pink.I tried different (Bloomberg built) video conferencing platform, it worked fine, where I am able to see my video and also the participants.Versions:Zoom Version: 5.16.10 (25689)Macbook Pro 16-inch, 2023Apple M2 ProOS: Sonoma 14.3
