In the zoom chat it is quite annoying that the user selecting popup rises when typing '@' expecially when typing emails. Can the zoom chat do like Disourse here does, do the user selecting popup only if there's a space before '@'? So when typing emails or quoting '@' no use selecting popup appears. The popup should appear only when the user type `<space>@`.Thanks!

Hi I have been using paid version of Zoom which is now Zoom workplace. More than a year back I have configured to logout automatically after few hours. This has been working fine but now I want to change that setting but not able to find it. I don't want to logout automatically. Where can I find this related setting? ThanksRam

Hi. I was using Zoom Workplace on my laptop for quite a long time now, but suddenly, Zoom Workplace glitches. It automatically signs me out everytime I relaunch it, cannot download files & pictures from the chatbox, emojis downloading stucks at 0%, automatically switches to light theme every time I enter Settings (in a Zoom app meeting). And the worst thing is: When I try to DM a contact in the Team Chat tab, it just requires me to add that contact even though I did the same on my desktop computer. And when I click "Add contact" and confirm (there's a confirmation before I add a contact), it just displays another window with a barrier logo, an Ok button, and NO TEXT, WARNINGS, OR ERROR MESSAGES. I wish I could share my screenshots of what happened as I do not have permissions, but the glitches are very weird. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Zoom Workplace, and searching for other solutions from people

I created a 26-minute training video where I share my screen.   The file size is too large for where I need to store the video.  Is there a way to make the file size smaller after I have recorded it?

I've created a Zoom Marketplace app with a wide range of permissions and can successfully complete the server-to-server oauth login and make some basic API requests.However, I'm running into an issue with account-level API calls (e.g., GET /accounts/*). Zoom responds with a scope-related error:{ "code": 4711, "message": "Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[meeting:read:meeting:master]" } I have double-checked that this scope (meeting:read:meeting:master) is enabled in the app configuration, and I can also see it included in the /oauth/token response.What could be causing this? The registration page shows the event as IN LONDON - where the time of the event is listed it states "11am in London" which causes confusion for some registrants. Is there a way to change this so it reads "11am GMT"?

My goal is to have the chatbot handle the call right away without requiring manual intervention or any additional steps.Is there a setting or API endpoint in Zoom Phone that would allow this? I'm trying and failing to set up breakout rooms for an upcoming webinar via zoom events. It would appear that if a participant joins via the zoom app then they can access the breakout rooms without any issues, but if they access via a web browser they can't.Any ideas would be greatly received 

I am looking to use zoom to have students register for a webinar. I will implement a registration button on my site which when the student clicks it will take them to the Zoom registration page. However, once the student registers, I don't want them to get an email sent out with the meeting invite. I want to suppress that. I will be implement a "join meeting" button in my platform for the webinar. When the webinar goes live, the students can then click on the join meeting button to join the webinar. How can I do that?

I need my admin assistant to be able to have access to my account to schedule meetings for me. I DO NOT want to pay for her to have a pro account since she is simply supporting me; I have a pro account and she has a basic account. We do pay for a phone for her. How can she access my account besides just giving her my password? She will not be hosting her own meetings. Just setting them for me.  Is my only option to have a pro account for her?  We are a small nonprofit and want to keep costs low. 

Good afternoon, I have a pc with a USB Logitech Tap connected.   Its powered and connected to the PC over USB-C .     I see an extended windows desktop on the Tap screen and the touch functionality works great. I have Zoom workplace installed on the PC, and licenses for Workplace Pro and Zooms Rooms on my zoom account.      I am trying to get additional functionality with the Tap what am I missing?    At the moment it is operating like a pc with two monitors.  I understand the Tap with the correct licenses will give me will offer me a more personalized experience for my meeting room,. I would welcome some support as I seem to have issues finding anything regarding setting you a USB tap with Zoom. Daniel

We're using zoom events to run a webinar and no matter what I have selected I can't access separate audio tracks.As far as I can tell everything is correctly set up in the web interface and it's also set up to record seperate audio files in the desktop app but no matter what we do it's still only producing one combined audio track.Any help would be great

My SMS campaign tells me that because I'm a sole owner I will need further verification. They will send me an OTP via text messaging. I have not received a text message and I assume this is because I don't own a US number. Because the campaign required a US number, I put the phone number that I have just registered through zoom. Obviously, text messaging hasn't been set up yet fgor this number.My regular phone is an Australian number which is on my Zoom account profile. How can I get past this?

Hitting select all on the keyboard doesn't select the entire conversation, and selecting the text manually only selects a small amount, not the whole text. Am I missing something?

The zoom whiteboard feature freezes while drawing repeatedly every minute or so. This occurs on two separate devices and happens due to the Zoom whiteboards feature freezing. I am on Zoom version 6.4.1. I am an educator who teaches remotely so I would appreciate a solution. it can be unfrozen by minimizing the app but this workaround is not feasible to do constantly.

I hosted a 15-20 min webinar today for about 8-9 people and I noticed that a couple of them left and came back a few times while we were speaking. Afterwards, 3 people emailed to say they kept being kicked out - no error or message, just kicked out and then they would have to rejoin. I don't know why that would be, but I'm left wondering if there were other attendees who tried to join and first and were kicked out and didn't return. I tend not to think so, but I can't be sure until I check the attendance list I guess. But any idea why they were being kicked out at all? 

Does anyone know why in the last 3 months or so when I am in a zoom meeting, I am unable to be scheduling a future meeting within zoom.

In the Zoom Admin Dashboard you are able to see your call quality. Ours usually sits right at 100%. However, today we've seen this drop to 80% which doesn't sound bad but we're having reports from our users that callers sound like "robots". Has anyone else experienced this? There also isn't a clear outlier in the bottom sections where it splits it up by device, ISP, and video codec. They are all similar. Our internet connection to most locations was stable all day so I don't think it was that.

In Zoom Sessions, people can register for our virtual event by using either their Zoom login or an email address. In our case, most people will be using the email address option. Currently, the Zoom Sessions registration process sends the registrant an email with a code. However, this is very inconvenient for many of our registrants, some of whom are signing up on behalf of their coworkers or supervisors. Is there a way to disable this security hurdle so registrants can simply enter their email and proceed?

It's not possible to tag a guest in a Zoom doc comment, which basically means you can't use a guest; otherwise, you have to write them an email to say "hey, i tagged you" which is pretty pointless then having guests in docs It only allows tagging team members.Settings do not change anything. I've checked all settings within the Docs workspace. Does anyone else have this issue with Zoom any expected resolution for that

Good afternoon! I have been researching online about if people are able to use the automated zoom caption feature to display captions onto a separate monitor and have not had any luck. When the automated captions are enabled, you can move the caption window around your screen with your mouse, but Zoom will not let you move the caption window onto another extended display even if you have "dual monitors" enabled. I am thinking dual monitors is only helpful for maybe like a speaker view on one monitor and content or gallery on the other. The internet tells me one could use OBS, so I was curious if anyone has downloaded OBS software and tried this out, or if there is another easier way to display automated captions. The specific use case for this is that we would like to project automated captions to a 65" monitor in our theater to an audience without the zoom speaker/gallery view behind it. Thanks very much in advance, I appreciate it!
